Travis took it in and when he got the phone apart he pulled the connector off of the board. It wasn't due to his inabilities but actually the way Google (which I will never buy another phone from) designs their phones. Travis was able to solder on another connector but then realize the cable between the screen and the connector was also broken. When he went to try to get another connector (GOOGLE WON'T SELL THE CABLE) so what does Travis do? He buys me another phone. He could have so easily ripped me off here but instead of doing that, he did the right thing and the good thing for his business. I can't recommend the fix Hut enough. The glass was ordered and although it took a bit longer to arrive, the work was done correctly. Unfortunately, the mouse USB was left at iFix and realized it hours later.
