The milk shake had just the right amount of sweetness and thickness consistency. The shot of expresso mixed with ice cream was the perfect mix, and a great afternoon pick me up. After someone else walked in for a pick up order I noticed self serve kiosks under the menu and placed an order for two cookies of the week- cannoli and strop waffle. Got home and they gave two cannoli cookies. When the employee handed me the order, I asked if they'd have the other flavors of the week available later today and he said yes. I've now called 4 hours later asking if they'd be making more and the associate told me they are not making anymore for the night. Very disappointed and likely will not be returning to this location. Although the cannoli cookie was good I wish I could say the same about customer service and attention to orders.
