Zilk, (the owner) is incredibly kind and helpful, which makes every visit even more enjoyable. Although I enjoy their **Pumpkin Cheesecake Protein Shake** at Haus of Vibes, I decided to try something new at this location. I went with the **Pumpkin Banana Bread Protein Shake** from their seasonal menu, and it did not disappoint! One of the best things about this spot is their rotating seasonal drinks, which always keep things fresh and exciting, making me want to come back and try more. Each standard size shake is around 200 calories (depending on what you add) and packs 24 grams of protein. They also offer **protein waffles** with just around 200 calories (80 additional calories depending on what you add on top) and a solid 30 grams of protein. Their shakes are water-based, helping keep the calorie count low, and they even have cookies that are around **15 calories**--the lowest I've ever seen! I loved the cookies so much that I brought a box home, especially enjoying the caramel and sugar-free chocolate flavors. The **Pumpkin Banana Bread Protein Shake** was delicious, and their muffins are absolutely irresistible! The vibe at **Healthy Haus Spot** is so cute, too. The mural of the Volkswagen van with an "H" adds a fun touch! If you're into fitness or health and wellness, I highly recommend checking this place out. Every shake I've tried-- whether it's Dutch Chocolate, Pumpkin Banana Bread, Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake, or the **Caramel Iced Protein Coffee**--has been amazing. My favorite protein shakes off the menu are: #1 strawberry cheesecake, #2 Reese's #3, pumpkin bread, #4 Dutch Chocolate, #5 Pralines and cream; however, all of these shakes are absolutely delicious and I would order anyone of these again and again.
