Ever since my last review, I've had several people from Terminix reach out to me about "trying to fix this issue" for me. It's all been empty promises from too many people at this company. I even called to try and see if they would be able to come back out here to spray the inside of my house because the treatment outside my house obviously did not work since there are ants inside again. Not sure what they're doing over there at Terminix, but clearly some sort of communication between the employees is missing. read more

Steer clear from this company and branch. We had a pest problem in our attic a couple weeks ago and we contacted Terminix for a quote. They sent out a tech named Philip Gonzales who arrived late for the inspection. Then after everything we set an appointment for 7/5/24, day of the service arrives and our service window was from 8-10 AM. After 10:30 AM we called and they told us their tech would show up at 6PM. We ended up cancelling since they were a no show. Two weeks later Terminix had the gall to charge my CC after we had canceled. I issued a chargeback with my American Express and got the charges removed. A month goes by and we receive a paper invoice for 5k, saying our account is past due. How would that be possible if they never showed up in the first place. We called and dealt with Teresa who was next to useless, she had us on hold for 30 minutes only to tell us that the cancellation department would help. Kimberly from the cancellation department told us that she could not cancel. And said that Oswaldo the branch manager never processed the cancellation in the first place and they claimed the performed the service. Kimberly was helpful and said they would escalate it to their regional manager. This is very poor customer service, not only did Terminix failed to perform the scheduled service they charged me 5k and lied about actually performing the work. If you have pest control needs do not give them your business, or I would advise to seek other options to avoid the headache and false charges. If the problem persists I will be forced to take legal action. read more

A big shout out yo Daniel Morris...my favorite pest control guy ever! Granted, that's a weird statement, but it's still true! Daniel is great! He shows up and asks enough questions to understand any concerns we might have . Then he takes the time to explain what he plans to do and makes sure we understand the process. Ok I am going to be honest ... I haven't always loved the service from Terminix. It took them a while to respect that my schedule is crazy and I needed service at a very specific time. With that said Today that all changed when Daniel "Dan" Morris came to my house. He greeted me with the sweetest smile wished me a happy holidays and then went to work. I called them and they came and gave me a price and they sent someone to spray. He only sprayed one and a half room with a can of spray that look like he bought it from Home Depot and was really bad. I called them. Nobody call me back because all calls goes to central calling place And they have to tell the manager of that place to call you back unfortunately for two days I called,text and nobody called back. I had to go personally to the office and the manager in the beginning denied that he was the manager then later on he gave me his card And I found that he was a manager he send the next person and did the same bad job I went to Walmart and bought spray and I sprayed my house and clean everything in the house to get rid of the bugs I do not recommend this place for anyone because nobody will call you back to help you or care.as long they get your money they ignore you read more

I have seen many reports lately from Terminix and I am in shock at the misdiagnosed findings as well as the oversell of services that are NOT NEEDED!!! Terminex is the best. Dan Morris is our service professional and is outstanding. We have used other companies, but they were unable to get ants under control. They made multiple visits to our house but we were still getting ants inside. Dan came out and was thorough and had the ants out of our house after one visit. I have used Terminix services since 2007. I've been meaning to leave a review for years but would always forget. My review is for a specific tech - Dan Morris. I truly don't believe it matters which pest control company you use, the tech that services your home is what matters and Daniel Morris cares for your home as he would his own. I was spoiled for years, then he moved to another territory. When I heard his voice calling to confirm my appointment I was thrilled. I'm not sure how long he was servicing another area because his replacement was no good - sorry to him but this is the truth. I have always wondered how pest control companies can claim to help you control rodents but then require the customer to clean up after the messes rodents make. When I called Andrew T. (My Terminix rep) to let him know I found a rat's nest in my garage, he informed me of the expected Terminix policy of not cleaning up rodents' nests or even cleaning up the messes made by killing rodents. He must have heard the exasperation in my voice, because although he couldn't violate company policies, he did his best to make my garage feel clean and whole again. Just a few minutes talking with him when he showed up for his first visit and it's easy to see why he gets such glowing reviews on Yelp. This company is not reliable I scheduled my first appointment to get an inspection for my mice problems , they schedule my inspection forTuesday between 10-12 They never called or showed up I called them and they said it was rescheduled for Wednesday between 10-12 and again no call and they never showed up. Both times they did not call to cancel the appointment nor did they show up. I finally called them again and asked why they hadn't come they then put me on hold and sent me to someone else. I asked for their corporate office number so I could make a formal complaint and they just hung up on me. I advise everybody not to use this company they are not reliable. We have been seeing Ants in our house and we picked Terminix to do the service. During the first service visit, a little grumpy technician came and he treated very few spots inside the house. After about 10 days, we called Terminix for another service. Daniel Morris was our tech from Terminix this time. He was very thorough and had a great attitude and was very friendly to talk to. While leaving, he said he would visit us again in 7 to 10 days to make sure, ants are gone completely. I would highly recommend him as your technician for the next Terminix visit. read more

Daryl who usually doesn't service my area called me before coming and asked what my concerns were. He was very professional, knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He exceeded my expectations! He thoroughly sprayed outside my house, the kids play structure, the mulch around it and even d-webbed cob webs which I didn't ask for. He went above and beyond. I called today and spoke to a sales representative in Florida. They said my first appointment will be made within 24 hours as part of their "24 hour guarantee". To book the appointment you have to provide a credit card. When I did not receive an email confirmation, I called them back. First to find out the appointment I confirmed was not honored. Instead it was booked on another day. So I selected the option to speak to a representative. I have made 3 attempts in one day. After 1 hour of being on hold, the agent said that she could not do anything to assist as it is not in their notes. Since they do not believe their customer, I asked if they could not contact the person who entered the note. The agent's response said that she cannot contact the person as there is no means to do that as all she has in the system is a first name. In short they will say anything to get your business but not honor their business guarantee, they will not believe you and have no way to resolve it. When I asked for a discount for the initial booking she said that she could not offer that because its not in the notes that I was offered a 24 hour guarantee. Read the other reviews - do not use this company. I am now on my third attempt to get through to their customer service and I am on hold for 2hours! In today's world where the economy is unstable, consumer spending should not be taken for granted. This is clearly a company that does not stand behind its brand nor care about your spending. Not sure the main location for this company but just wanted to give a quick review! "Stay away"!! Long story short cancelled our plan with them 2x over the phone. They still came out and charged us so we paid since they did the work when we were not home and they deducted our acct automatically! Called them to cancel. They came out again with no call to let us know they were coming or i would have cancelled! Tech guy shows up to our home and proceeds to start working on our home we came out to tell him we did not need his services and that we had cancelled our plan 2x now. He seemed very annoyed and left. Next day we had a $99 dollor auto charge on our bank acct. Called them once again they said they would credit us! Weeks go on and NO credit. I call them again they said due to the Covid-19 they were short handed and would have a rep call me but they never did! I called again and the lady that answered Sally at 1800 490 2481 was very nice but told me notes said tech did his job no refund would be given. Notes said we refused to sign work order!! Excuse me he totally lied!!! Not sure why! So my word against his! I asked to escalate the call to a manager. Sally agreed but she was waiting a long time on the phone and asked if it was ok if they called me. I agreed trusting one more time but that was two days ago and no call! This is just ridiculous and very poor customer service! Please do not use this company!! read more

So yesterday I was minding my own business, and the doorbell rung. Anyone that knows me knows I enjoy the solitude of where I live and despise solicitors. I answer the door and there stood a young, cute kid with one of those hideous "man buns"- geez, I hate the "man bun". He was from "Terminix" and was pitching a special start up rate. I politely stood there and let this uninvited solicitor give his pitch, and explained I needed to discuss with my husband. He tried to get my phone number, which I refused, but set up a return visit today at 11:00. So, last night when Bob rolled in at about 7:00 pm (he gets up at 3:15 am for work), I told him about the offer. He thought it sounded like a good idea. This morning I got cleaned up and was ready by 11:00 am for the kid to return... which he didn't. Just further cements my hatred for solicitors, and Man Buns. End rant. read more

Watch out. This the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would give them negative stars if I could. The insect control guy threw white powder all over our patio rather than in the garden where the insects were, and after half-hearted attempts to clean up the mess, he became insolent. I had to get a supervisor out to do the clean up. They are also overpriced--when I said that I was cancelling their service, they offered to reduce their bi-monthly charges by 30 percent. But who wants to hire a company that prices on the basis of what they think they can get out a customer? Much worse was their so-called exclusion service, where they repair attic and foundation vents against intrusion by mice, rats or birds. The salesman came out and purported to do a thorough inspection, told me that there were a a large number of vents needing work but that the charge would only be $1,200 because we were a new customer. The workmen came out a few days later and the "large number" turned out to be 5. They spent about an hour, part of which was deciding which ladder to use, and patched 5 vents with perhaps $20 worth of material, so the cost per vent repair was $240! They now claim their charge is for guaranteeing the work for one year--really? Is their work so sloppy that it might fail in one year when the original vents lasted almost 50 years? If a salesman from Terminix shows up at your door, don't open it. read more

Very weird company! We booked the tenting and fumigation service on Sep 8, 2020. Today is Sep 8, and my tenants have been calling/texting them the whole day. Until now (5pm), no response at all!!!
