HORRIBLE SERVICE ~ DO NOT USE. We are a business and have used ""Terminix"" for 20 years no issues. They send out Terminix-Anderson without even telling us they are using another company to service us. Last time tech came out he sat in the parking lot for 30 mins came inside for 5 minutes and left. ~Billed $180.00 didn't change any sticky traps. Complained. After complaining they send out another tech who isn't really nice at all. He is acting as if WE are the problem. Couple months later SAME ISSUE~ He didn't change any sticky traps out even when I showed him where one was with a huge spider in it. He still left the sticky trap. Save yourself the headache and use a local family-owned business. read more

initially billing of $386 then a monthly bill of $86. I have only seen the guy twice. its like dealing with comcast. how about a negative 5? read more

This is a terrible company as far as service is concern, prepaid for a home visit, three times gave a window of time during which the technician will show up, but no one showed up, when you call they would apologize and another appointment will be given. Poor service with no sense of responsibility towards the customer read more

Terminix charged me for services before the service was complete. I complained and they agreed to credit my account. When the credit failed to appear, I spoke to several of their representative on the phone: all were friendly, but none of them could get the credit issued as promised. Eventually the work was completed. But I cancelled my account and did it in writing. Still, they kept my account open and I had to call them to stop the scheduled service calls - and endure a lengthy (save the customer arm-twisting) call before they finally agreed to cancel the account. Avoid this company! read more

My experience or lack thereof with Anderson Pest Control has left me very angry. Decided I needed to hire a professional exterminator for a pest. Anderson Pest Solutions was recommended to me by multiple associates. Sent emails. Left voicemails. Three days later got a response, and had to wait a week for the appointment. Took it. Arrangement my entire Saturday around this and no one showed up. Received zero notification either. Called 30 minutes after the appointment window and was told they were be at my home in 20 minutes. Again, we were ghosted. Go with a company that knows how to do business instead of this flake-fest pretend "company." Great friends. read more

Having a BEE issue in May I had them come out. I was told it was going to bee $229.00 or I could get a package deal that included 3 visits yearly for 249.00. I thought why not and took them up on their offer. After the second visit to spray for wasps in August I was charged another 236. After calling I was old it would be 236 each time. Bait and switch! I canceled the service and will be going elsewhere when needed. Kind of funny how much different reviews are between Yelp and Google! read more

No stars. First appointment was a no show. They kept emailing me dates that were not set up. I called 4 times to confirm the date we set up. Each time was an apology for the incorrect email and I was definitely on the schedule for the date we originally set up. I even got a confirmation call the Friday before my appointment. NO ONE SHOWED. I called again and they asked if I would like to reschedule. HELL NO!!! Extremely poor customer service. Stay away from Anderson Pest Control. Does not matter which office. I used the 800 number. read more

DO NOT USE ANDERSON PEST CONTROL! I had them come to my home for a one-time elimination of wasps in a bathroom vent. Without signing a contract they put me on an annual account and they are billing me monthly without any service provided. Attempts to cancel this have gone unheeded and Anderson has failed to respond to inquiries from my credit card company. read more

We signed up with Anderson in the Summer of 2016. The tech assigned was awesome. (Charlie) He arrived promptly, did a complete job, was nice and knowledgeable.. we have a complicated situation with mosquitos as we have a pond on the property and Charlie was very straight that we were going to have mosquito issues regardless of treatment. Never experienced ants, spiders, wasps or other pests. Then Anderson was bought out. The scheduling group went from local to a national call center. We were never called about appointments. Charlie was able to call and let us know and things were ok. Then Charlie left and things are terrible. Techs missed appointments but we were still charged. We have ants back in the house. Spiders. Wasps have set up again. We had our quarterly visit and the tech actually asked why he was there. It's in the paperwork!! I have tried to work with management but get passed to people in Pennsylvania who have no clue what's going on. Still getting billed but have attempted to cancel for last six months. Called for ants and wasps as part of our contract and tech shows up and does not have proper tools for either. Waiting two weeks now for someone to take care of wasps. Stay away, they have no clue. read more

5 stars for the local technicians, as they are excellent! Professional, courteous, a pleasure to deal with. The national office in Wyomissing PA? Not so much as they continue to send out past due notices as a "friendly reminder" on invoices that aren't even due yet. Unprofessional and rude, they need to take note of their local associates and follow their lead. read more

This company, Anderson Pest Solutions, it terrible! I would not recommend them for any pest control services. My wife scheduled one-time service for insects and mice. The technician was nice and applied treatment for an initial fee which we paid, and scheduled a follow up visit without disclosing there would be an additional charge. When asked if we wanted to go on a monthly plan we said no because we wanted to see how effective the initial treatment was. We were put on the monthly plan regardless and are being charged without authorization. Additionally, after an infestation of wasps in a bathroom vent, we contacted Anderson for assistance. We were told that our technician was unavailable but another would contact us. This was 2 weeks ago and we have not heard from anyone at Anderson. Their customer service is horrible. read more

I discovered bed bugs in my bed Labor Day weekend , called Anderson , they came a week later and inspected , came back a week later for first so called treatment , repeat occasionally and here it is 2 months later and still have bed bugs . Make up your own mind ! read more

The technician Tim came over to my house, he made a very thorough examination of the outside and inside of my home. He then treated for insects and covered holes where small field mice were coming into our basement. I was very impressed with his attention to detail, people skills (very Friendly) and over all job well done. I would recommend Anderson Pest Solutions and Tim to anyone. We are now insect and field mice clear! thanks! -Marco read more

Chris has been coming to our house for years. We always appreciate his thoroughness and dedication to our house. Most recently, he checked a crawl space for rodents and notified us of a gas leak. We appreciate him taking such good care of us. Great company! read more

We had a serious ant problem in our yard. Anderson came out and sprayed for an hour. Almost immediately, I was amazed to see a decrease in ants. After a several weeks, we had to have them come back which they did a day or two after I called. They knew we had a puppy and were mindful of the sprays they used to keep the puppy safe. They will not disappoint! read more

They are very thorough inside and outside our home. We suffered with mice for years. They even placed traps in our basement ceiling (we have a drop ceiling) and, sure enough, that was the only place we were catching mice. Our technician, Fred, found the entrance-way they were using to get into our house. A huge crack in the cement underneath our deck. Fred went through the effort and "pains" to crawl under there. This is exactly above the area of the basement ceiling where we were catching the mice. As soon as we get the crack sealed I'm expecting to be mouse-free. Thanks Fred! And thanks Anderson! read more

Used for mosquito control for four years. Four years of billing nightmares - and I was on AUTOPAY! My contract was for every three weeks, but whenever a summer holiday would come they would take 4+ weeks to spray. Leaving my yard full of mosquito's for our backyard holidays. I assume one time party clients trump contract customers. This year I cancelled my contract early and was told they updated the records appropriately. Received a bill three weeks later for services - they were never at my home. How can you bill someone for a service never done? Contacted them again and they said it was by mistake and would take care of the records and would be updated in within 48 hours. One week later they CHARGED my credit card - once again - THEY WERE NEVER HERE! So I am posting my first negative review in my 57 year life! Well, I have to go and get busy contacting Anderson Pest again, they are just like a pest that just will not go away! read more

My technician, Darryl, was great at figuring out where the ants gained access, and treated everything. He was great with my dogs, and very mindful that I did not want many chemicals with the dogs around. He stressed that I could call after a week if there were still a few ants, and I did. The first visit resolved the issue at least 95%, but the second visit eliminated any issues. I was very pleased. And, he tolerated my 100 pound dog! read more

I called Anderson Pest Solutions and got no solution to my problem. I asked for a good trouble shooter to help me figure out how mice were getting into the basement. When the technician showed up, I showed him where I had caught mice and the places where I had sealed up holes. The tech then proceeded to put his mouse traps in the exact same place that I had caught mice, as if to say that he would not believe me unless he were to catch mice too. Six weeks of dry weather went by and when a tech came back, there were no mice in the traps. Problem solved, according to them!! Some weeks later, I caught more mice. He did nothing to trouble shoot my problem. While he was there, I pointed out little piles of mortar sand next to the foundation outside. There were little light colored ants in it. I was told by the tech that ants don't do that. I then found some rotting wood around the patio doors. After removing it, I found piles of these ants (termites). How could this guy not know what a termite looks like? I paid around $240.00 for no solutions to my problems. Maybe they should change their name to Anderson Pest No Solutions. read more

They have been keeping my home pest free for many years. The workers have gone into my crawl space, attic, and on the roof. They stop at nothing to get rid of pests. read more
