They used black sand to fill in for tan sand. They sealed over mud on our patio. We called a mulligan and they came back to fix their mistakes. Power washed again and replaced sand and only resealed the patio not porch or walkway. They power washed so much to remove the black sand we now have stones sinking on our patio. It rained a couple of times and sand washed away showing black sand in some parts. We now have black and tan sand in our joints. The job was not done correctly and has damaged our patio. We have to add back missing sand and take out their black sand in spots and reset stones. Our patio, porch and walkway was only four years old. They are blaming the age of the stone for the sand washing away. We now have to hire a new company to fix their mistakes and deal with them asking for payment for work that was not completed correctly and resulted in property damage. When power washing they got water in our first floor windows. We told them to be careful as they were getting water in the house. They corrected and were careful after we told them. However, we have drywall damage from the water. Also, the good reviews that are posted look like names of their workers/contractors. Be careful with this company.

He explained they should die out over the next day or so, and if they are around in a week, they will come back to treat it again.
