Just finished my walkthrough and service with Tom. He was so kind and full of information it was…read moreso reassuring that he really knew what he was talking about. There wasn't any of that weird pressure to do the maximum like other pest control companies. I also had to reschedule numerous times and each time Kate was understanding and flexible. Great service! Blake came out to help with our mice problem. We started with some traps to see if…read morethat would resolve the issue. Sadly, it did not. We had to do more. We called Blake out again to which he set more traps, identified entry points around the outside of the house, and sealed everything up. He was kind, polite, and very knowledgeable. He showed us what he was doing and why. I personally love when I learn the "why". After sealing up the house, he came back 2 weeks later to check on the traps and see how things were going. Their service comes with a solid warranty and any new critters we encounter, just give them a call and they'll come out to check, diagnose, and fix. It's not the cheapest to get your house sealed up, but worth it with the extra home visits and warranty. Highly recommend!

I am writing to share my experience with this company regarding recurring pest issues at my home. I…read moreinitially contracted their services in July 2023 for a rodent problem, but the issue remained unresolved. I requested a follow-up visit in January 2024 due to continued signs of activity; however, the technician concluded that their previous work was intact and that I should not be experiencing further issues. Additional charge six months after what should have been a complete sealing of my property. Despite their assessment, the problem persisted. I have attempted to contact the company several times since then to seek further assistance but my calls have gone unreturned. The ongoing nature of this infestation, compounded by the recent discovery of another dead rodent and a hole in a flour bag, suggests that the initial exclusion and sealing services were not performed effectively. As a customer who paid for both the initial service and a follow-up visit, I am disappointed by the lack of resolution and the company's failure to respond to my inquiries. I will be seeking a different provider that stands behind their work and maintains professional communication.

After receiving an…read moreinitial message describing their service and guarantee, I was told they "don't service my area" because they "don't want their technicians to get carjacked." Their website clearly states they service the Chicago area. This type of statement is discriminatory, offensive, and unprofessional. Watch out for deceptive sales practices!…read more Was told one amount for three treatments and turns out that was PER treatment, not all three. Also, no mention of a contract and was never presented with a contract to review. The door to door salesman was real smooth and conveniently left out this information. So now I either pay way more than I had ever planned or get slapped with a significant early termination fee.

Salesman just came to my door at 8:11pm on a Thursday night trying to sell me pest control…read more Although I appreciate the salesman's hustle, it is not ok to go to people's homes when it is late, dark, and their kids were just put to bed on a school night. From reading other reviews, this seems to be normal practice for this company. Their office hours close at 6pm, but they think it's ok to bother people at their homes after 8pm. It's unfortunate, but for this reason alone, I would not ever use them. They don't respect boundaries right off the bat. No good.
