Felt like some Teriyaki and I'm checking this place out. Walking in and it's a usual teriyaki spot with a decent amount of seating. Menu on the wall and order what you want. I bought a Chicken Teriyaki & Katsu. I was never asked if it was for here or to go....but I'll take the box and eat it here. Chicken Teriyaki is good....Chicken Katsu is good. You don't get a lot of meat....but it's good overall. If your in the area swing by and check it out

    Chicken & Beef Combo ($14.55)

Out of the many teriyaki restaurants on the Eastside, I'd certainly return here another time! Three of us picked up an early lunch one Saturday to bring over to my grandmother. When we walked in, an employee in the kitchen kindly greeted us, while another employee emerged from the back to take our order. Both of them were so welcoming and personable. We decided on three dishes which, when we asked, the employee said should be enough for 3.5 people (my grandma is a light eater). At the time, there were already a number of customers waiting for their orders, but the kitchen slung the food out pretty quickly! + CHICKEN & BEEF COMBO ($14.55): The chicken and beef slices were lean with nice grill marks and the charred flavor that all teriyaki should have. I liked how the beef was cut into actual slices as opposed to chopped or the thin sukiyaki style. The amount of teriyaki sauce was ideal as well, with the meat lightly coated rather than swimming in it. This combo included two scoops of rice and a salad. + CHICKEN KATSU ($13.51): As a quick note, they only offer chicken katsu, not pork. I appreciated that they cut a hole in the lid of the box, so the panko coating remained completely crispy. That may seem like common sense, but not all teriyaki shops have done this. Despite the slight sweetness of the breading, I enjoyed it. Most of the chicken pieces were uniform, but some were "crumb-like" in size, and I felt those should have been excluded. This one also came with two scoops of rice, salad and a cup of katsu sauce. + VEGGIE YAKISOBA ($13.51): Stir-fried noodles with cabbage, carrots, celery and broccoli. These noodles were addicting, cooked perfectly with a light peppery flavor. The veggies were still firm with the cabbage and carrots still slightly crunchy. Servings were reasonable and we didn't have any leftovers. However, they do offer both "regular" and "large" meal sizes. I would say that a "regular" size (which we ordered for all dishes) is truly intended for a single serving, whereas if you're sharing amongst a larger group, I'd probably suggest getting the "large". Just something to keep in mind!

    Large size 1. Chicken Teriyaki

Good portion of meat in the large teriyaki. It came to $16.61 including tax and was enough for 2 meals. I do wish there was a bit more rice though.

We enjoyed a great dinner at Teriyaki Time, sharing the chicken teriyaki combo, and chicken katsu. The owner was really nice. The chicken teriyaki was super moist with just the right amount of sodium and flavor. The chicken katsu was the crispiest katsu I've ever had and the chicken was also perfectly moist and just the right amount of sodium and good flavor. (It was so refreshing not to have our food oversalted, which sadly happens too much at some other restaurants.) Our surprise bonus was fortune cookies-which are usually missing from take out these days. This was our first time at Teriyaki Time and we'll definitely be back. Though I do wish they 'd replace their styrofoam containers with more earth friendly options.

Special Combo with Chicken, Salad, Potstickers, and Egg Roll

I've been a fan of the various small restaurant shops scattered throughout the Factoria area - Teriyaki Time popped up as solid looking option based on the photos and reviews, so I decided to swing by to give this place a try! I went on a Friday around 7pm and had a 5-7 minute wait for the food to come out. The restaurant is a casual takeout and dine in where you order at the front where the menu and cashier is, and wait at your table afterwards for your food - gives off a homely, casual, and cozy ambience. I got the Special Combo, which came with teriyaki chicken, salad, potstickers, and an egg roll. I really like that you get a good amount of teriyaki chicken with this dish, and that the sauce isn't too sweet which usually an issue that I have with teriyaki sauces. The potstickers and egg roll definitely felt like they were store bought though, as I feel like I've received these exact egg roll and potsticker from the frozen section at grocery stores, and the salad was just some iceberg lettuce with salad dressing. But I would say the teriyaki chicken was good in flavor and great in quantity, living up to the name of the restaurant. In the end, I spent about $14 for the food that you see here - which I think is a good price given the quantity of food. If you are hungry and looking for are a place to fill up on some generous portions of yummy teriyaki for a good price, I would recommend Teriyaki Time in the Bellevue area!

If you are around the factoria area, you should come and check this place out. It has to be the best teriyaki place in seattle. Their food is consistently amazing, I haven't had bad experience and I have been coming here at least over 100 times, helps when it's walking distance from your work. The owner is very friendly and her customer service is amazing, she remembers most of her customers and builds rapport which I thought was very special. If you come around lunch during a work week, be prepared to wait a whole bit it's worth the wait. The food has increased and the portion has reduced over the years but I guess that can be attributed to inflation. Give this place a chance and you won't be disappointed.

Ordered their chicken teriyaki for lunch and it was awesome!! Service was fantastic and the food came out super fast. So glad I came across this place. I will be coming here more often. Price is adorable and portions are good.

The salad is now in a smaller container and it is browning

The fries were crispy with a nice earthy-with-a-kick Indian masala flavor! Not much of a dine-in experience just so you know. Its more of a pick up joint. I placed my order online and it was ready at the estimated time. My bill came up to $34 total, but these are specialty burgers so it makes sense. I would totally recommend this to a friend. And looking forward to trying other items on their menu.

This was on a Friday night at almost 6pm and my friend and I came in to a nearly empty interior that filled up throughout our stay. Is it just dinnertime that time or were my friend and I bringing in the crowds? You'll enjoy a very clean and well-kept restaurant with clean tables and chairs, with lighting that's very little but lights up the whole place well. Menu has a lot of offerings (both regular and vegetarian) but since it's dinnertime I decided on a rice dish as usual. I got their beef short ribs rice dish, which has their usual marinated short ribs with a fried egg and veggies. I actually liked how they offered their rice in a separate bowl, and everything else on one plate... which means the meat almost covered my whole plate! By the way, my friend got their grilled pork chop rice dish, and the meat also almost completely covered his plate. Both our meats were marinated so well and held in so much flavor, and came off their bones easily. We both agreed the grilled beef short rib dish I ordered was the winner because of the bolder and more defined marinated taste of the meat. I've tried so many Vietnamese restaurants and almost exclusively get their beef short ribs rice on the first visits of them, but this is the first time I've seen meat portions this huge for a rice dish. I'm thinking of coming back here for another visit even if I have to deal with the tight parking plaza this place is close to.

I went with their Classsic Vermicilli bowl which comes with pork, shrimp, a tiny egg rolls, noodles and cucumbers. It was delicious the pork was very tasty and the shrimp were seasoned perfectly. Although it was pretty busy inside, we were able to be seated in about 10 minutes, which was great for a last minute decision for Shabu Shabu. I haven't done many Shabu Shabu places, but this one is a bit different since you get a set of vegetables and meat rather than ordering multiple rounds. The quality of the meat and vegetables, in my opinion, was much higher compared to those places where you're able to get multiple rounds of meat or select your own vegetables/sides. The broth (I had kombu) was pretty light, so it wasn't the best. The service was pretty friendly and the only fault to them was they didn't come around to refill our pots with hot water. I enjoyed dinner here and would definitely come back again. The quality of the food, the calm restaurant atmosphere, and the polite staff made it an enjoyable experience.

It's a very cute Japanese restaurant, with very patient staff who answered all our questions. (Thank you for doing that). Tha takoyaki was pretty good but if it memory serves I believe it was over $10. It wasn't too mushy and it was well-flavored. The salad was worth its price. It was very small. The dressing was pretty good, not too overpowering of sesame. The crunchy tuna rice was really good (I really like crunchy rice) but it felt over priced. This could honestly be made at home. The shabu shabu was very impressive. I got the sukiyaki shabu shabu, which I think had the most flavor out of the ones my family got (spicy miso and original). The ponzu and nut sauce that comes with the dish is delicious as always, and the meat was really fun to cook. If you don't know, it is called "Shabu shabu" because you swipe the meat back and forth and by the time u finish talking it's cooked! We got the Americans wagyu, beef, park belly, and pork. Everything was well made, fresh, and beautifully presented (the pork belly had a rose made out of meat!) Overall it was good. It's a fun experience.
