The place has a wide open and welcoming environment. Sure it gets busy, but you never feel without space to stretch out. The bowing, the games, and the slides are all great. Lots of fun. And tons of "free" stuff to do in there. I enjoy that you can bring in outside food. I wish that they had napkins or something for you, but not a big deal! The beer variety is great and the cocktails are pretty good. Can you tell I'm eager to get to the bad? It's the service. Mainly the bar service. This is a sample size of probably 10+ times being here and without a doubt, most of the bartenders are miserable, not polite, always act as if you are inconveniencing them. It's wild. It's not always the same person. I see new bartenders all the time there and without fail, they are really bad. The woman who was working the first floor main bar on Saturday 1/17 around 1:30pm was by far the worst. She was so bad that I'm at a breaking point and I need to avoid this place for awhile. Pins Mechanical - please fix this culture of bad service. It's a shame and unnecessary.

However... we did not get any food until an hour after we placed our order and didn't see anyone else around that ordered their food get theirs either. I ordered buffalo wings and fries that came out overcooked/burned. The manager did offer another item/remake and didn't have me pay for it. I opted not to, but it was nice that he offered. The others I was with liked their food, so maybe just the wings and fries were off that day. The atmosphere was ok. Typical south side environment and they had a couple djs for the opening. Trust me there's nothing to dislike about the food and booze offerings. There's even a Whiskey Wall of Fame (iykyk). The folks that work there are top-notch service industry pros.
