We also split the dip trio. The chips are made in house and are so delish! I feel like usually with dip trios something falls short, but everything - the guac, salsa and queso - were all great! The queso had tomatoes and peppers in it I believe. So flavorful! I got the 3 birria tacos for dinner! I honestly think these are some of the best in town - and I don't hear anyone talking about them! I really liked the refried beans on the side too. Our server Andrea was so sweet! The tortillas reminded me a bit of my husband's Mexican grandma's tortillas. As for the carne-asada meat, my husband said, "I don't know what that was supposed to be." Eek! However, he added, "The beans and rice are very good. There's definitely a Mexican in that kitchen."
