Beware of Tenco construction. Each window cost about $1,800 each on average. In addition Tenco will tell you they have a 20% discount but it's all a game and the mark up for all there products are the highest ED in the industry. Also the office is very unprofessional and know one knows what is going . For example Me and my wife order windows and it is took 2 months to get Installed. On top of that we ordered special auto locks and Tenco tried to install regular locks and thought that we would not notice it. Also the financing that they use is HERO program. Hero will put lean on your home when getting products installed. Do your homework never say yes when they show up because they get paid once hero pays them. There are legit and other great company's That are have better financing and products are cheaper. Average window cost a sour 1800 bucks Roofing they charge you like 1000 sq foot times your homes sq foot. Tenco prices are so high it should be investigated . Beware of this company . Very un professional and after you sighn loan docs the office folks will never know what going on. Nasty experience..... Do your home work Do not. Tenco exceeded my expectations! I got my entire back yard done for a great price, They even offered financing. They originally only came out for a Patio but I ended up doing concrete & turf as well. Might as well knock everything out at once. Every question I had someone was quick to answer which was very appreciated because I have never done a home improvement before. I just bought my home end of 2023 and was eager to get started. They had my project completed in about a month. I was very skeptical at first after reading other reviews but they were so old, this company seems to be taking their time communicating and working closely with their customers now. I also don't think people should leave reviews solely on pricing if they chose not to move forward with a company, you pay for what you get, i chose a family owned because they seem to care more about customers then these bigger companies who build for cheap. Tenco Construction was easy... helpful.. and quick... I set an appointment on Facebook, the sales rep came out on time, was very friendly and left me a quote in writing. I was getting a couple other quotes so a few days later when I made my decision I called my rep to proceed with the project. He came back out and helped me do contracts, helped me set up financing. That same day the office manager called and scheduled a remeasure with a Patio tech to ensure everything is right and make sure its built correctly. From there we ordered materials which took about 2 weeks, on the 3rd week my Patio was installed and is BEAUTIFUL. I highly suggest Tenco for your Patio Cover. They also did my neighbors concrete and windows and they were highly satisfied as well. Thank you Brad, Kayla, and Installers for helping me through the whole process from Start to Finish. In June of this year we were getting estimates to get our roof repaired. We got estimates from many different roofing companies. We chose Tenco. We also ordered a patio for our backyard. We were hoping that we had made the right decision by choosing them. They started work on a Tuesday and within about 8 days they had the job completed. All of the workers they sent were very experienced and very professional. They did an excellent job and cleaned up all the mess left behind. They did not start the job and then just leave us hanging. They were very consistent with getting the materials here and getting the job done in a very quick manner. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. They have great customer service, they respond to all of the questions you may have, they are thorough and very knowledgeable and the finished product is absolutely beautiful. In the beginning, Tenco Construction did my patio cement, and we had some problems. Apparently, there were issues with the cement that came from Robertson's. Unfortunately, I did not know this at the time, and as a result, I left a very nasty review. Once the owner of the company (Doug) found out about the situation, he called me personally and reassured me he would take care of it. And boy did he! Tenco came back demolished all the old cement and laid new cement and even made me a rock garden river. I would recommend this company to anyone/everyone, 1, if you do have a problem, Tenco will fix it. 2, Tenco customer service is outstanding. Very happy with the work done by this company. The sales rep that came out (3/20/24) was very patient while we went over many different options, and pricing. I never felt rushed or pushed to do the project. Once I decided to move forward we were in great hands, Kayla is the owners daughter and also the measure technician, she was fast, nice, and easy to work with. We got constant calls and emails from Cheryl to update us throughout the process. Come to install. Alex & his crew showed up on time, walked me through the plans, and finished in one day!! Big shout out to Tenco! I originally saw them on Facebook and then my neighbor used them for Windows. I decided to take a chance on the family owned company and go with them for my Backyard Patio. I ended up doing Concrete & a Cover, and it came out beautifully. I informed them of a little scratch I noticed on one of the posts and they came out next day to clean it up. The ladies in the office are very informative, I got calls 2 times a week to let me know I was on their mind and they're still working on materials. I was originally quoted 6 weeks time frame, and the entire project was completed 4 weeks from signing a contract. I am very pleased with all they had to offer and their communication. read more

I am very pleased with my experience from this company, i did my insulation with them back in 2017, the owner was the original person to come out to my home so i knew i was in good hands. come 2024, i decided to check if they did these new alumawood covers, and sure enough i was in luck. this time around i dealt more with his daughter and office, but still good hands. the whole process start to finish took roughly 4 weeks which was impressive considering i got 2 patio covers. i was only available weekends but they accommodated nicely, i would suggest asking for roberto and his crew, they were very quick. dont forget to offer your crew water on the job, it was a hot day to be dealing with metal. read more

after 3 years i am still enjoying my patio cover. i have had to call tenco one time for a service back during the stormy weather and once rain cleared up the service was taken care of and since i have not had any leaks. kayla is very busy overseeing all projects so as long bc as your patient or text her, she gets back to you as soon as you can. there office is also always open which makes me feel better about the company i picked. after 3 years i've had little maintance, and have paid off my loan. we absolutely love it and are happy with our choice in trusting tenco. read more
