We have an existing patio cover that covers about three fourths of our back patio. The area around the pool that we prefer to sit in the afternoons was always in the sun until about 4 pm. We finally decided to add on to our pation and go the entire lenght of our house. After checking reviews here on Yelp I got a couple of bids that were all pretty close in price. Rick was able to look at our existing patio and assured me that he would be able to match what we have pretty closely. We hired Davis Patio Covers to get the job done. He was about two weeks out from giving a deposit and his wife, Megan, called to set up the dates. He dropped off all of the materials at our house and I paid him half of the remaining balance. It took him a couple of days to complete the job and he matched our existing patio perfectly. It looks like it's been there the whole time. He stays on site until your job is complete. He doesn't run off to another job site to keep it all going. My wife and I are very pleased with the experience we had with Rick. read more

Ricky was the second estimate I got on an alumawood patio cover. Just after meeting him, I knew he was the guy for the job. Everything went smooth, from the estimate to the final build. Ricky doesn't rush work to get to the next job. He's meticulous and pays great attention to detail. I will be recommending him to my family who are looking to build patio covers. Unlike other contractors, Ricky is there doing the work start to finish. Him and his wife make an excellent team. Thank you! read more

If you need a new patio cover, stop looking, you found your guy, call Davis Construction and Patio! I called Rick and talked to him about what I wanted and he came out to give me a quote. He is great at communication either through calling or texting. He showed up on time and it worked well with my busy schedule, as he likes to do estimates in the later evening so he can avoid traffic. Rick is very personable and it was easy to explain to him what I wanted. Rick also suggested that I put a cover over my pool equipment to keep it protected from the sun, something I never thought of. He was able to give me a great price for both the patio and pool equipment cover and got me on the schedule in under two weeks! (All the other quotes were at least three weeks out). Just before he was supposed to install the patio, he had some health issues but still sent his partner to get the job done. Johnny, his partner, showed up and busted his butt to get it done! He was always checking with me on where I wanted the fans and the lights on the posts to make sure they were exactly where I wanted them. Also, making sure everything was perfect as far as the design went. Johnny is very meticulous and doesn't settle for anything less than perfect. They got it done and it looks amazing!! It came out perfect and the equipment cover turned out better than I expected! Please do yourself a favor and stop looking and just give Rick a call! read more

Needed to replace my wood patio. It was old and falling apart due to age, weather, and termite damage. Davis Construction was from a referral from my friend. He had a very good experience with Davis Construction doing his patio cover. I got a couple quotes, and Davis Construction pricing was very good. Rick provides excellent service. He's very knowledgeable, polite, and easy going. His team came out and did the job in one day. They did an awesome job. Quality workmanship. I've referred Davis Construction to a few people already. Ricky was very professional and did a great job on our patio cover. I would highly recommend Davis Patio Covers to my friends and family.

We (our family) are BEYOND excited with our patio. These gentleman worked their behinds off Tuesday and Wednesday. And their poor souls, they were getting attacked by the mosquitoes ! They did incredible! We had steel poles added for our hammock. My mom has been battling with my dad to get a patio since we moved in the house back in the late 90's. We can't wait to host parties, set up some furniture and enjoy the nights outside (once these mosquitoes leave). Thank you guys for our amazing new addition to our home. We will be handing out referrals whenever we get asked who we contracted! read more

I am in the construction business and Davis construction is top notch. Called for an appointment and he came out next day for the estimate. He answered all the questioned I had and had all the thing to show me colors and styles. And his prices no one can beat. He worked around my schedule and had all the materials on the job. They started when they said they would and finished in one day. And I couldn't be happier. No coming back to fix anything and went way beyond what they had to do. I will recommend him to family and friends or anyone. Thanks again great working with you. read more

My experience with Ricky has been extraordinary. He has gone well out of his way to be accommodating. He is very timely and communicates well. His work is stellar and his prices are phenomenal. My patio was literally a wind storm away from collapse and was, simply put, dilapidated. From the discussion of the estimate through the last day of work, Rick has been awesome. There really is no need to look elsewhere for services. Don't even think twice. This is who you want to do business with, you will be very pleased and it the entire transaction will be smooth. Without question I will be contacting him for services at other properties. GREAT JOB! read more

Great looking patio. Had problems with a more well known company so we went with this team and this guy just listened to our wants and hammered it out to perfection. Ricky did a great job from giving us several options and quotes to the final installation of our new and very wonderful patio cover. He removed our old patio cover, leaving no trace of trash or mess, and had our new cover up...all in 3-days! His suggestions came from lots of experience and we got just what we wanted, including a higher mount so we could still see the mountains from our back windows. He is very personable and professional (and he and his partner listen to GOOD music while they work!) and was happy to follow-up in the event that we needed anything done after the job was completed. In other words, he takes his work very seriously and doesn't abandon the customer later on. I highly recommend him! read more

Of all the patio cover contractors we reached out to, Davis, who we contacted last, got our business for various positive reasons. First, Ricky is a very personable, honest, informative, and just a downright hardworking good guy. There were no scare tactics, no games, just straight talk about building a patio cover for us. He even came to our home after hours since we work the typical 9-5 shift. No other contractor did that for us. Second, of all the contractors we contacted, they had the best price by far. Lastly, they installed our 12x35 foot patio cover in a day. I didn't expect them to finish, but somehow they did it. So don't be fooled by the fact Davis doesn't have a lot of ratings. They are great and amazing at what they do! read more

What a great Company! We had a new patio installed by Ricky and Johnny...What a hard working team. They handled the demolition, haul away of the old patio. Ricky Davis and his partner just finished our patio cover and it's everything we asked for. He always showed up when promised from initial estimate, dropping off sample colors, to meeting the inspector. Start to finish took about 3 days all combined and all in the same week. If it wasn't for inspection requirements and the fact that one of our panels was dented from the manufacturer and needed to be replaced, the job would have been completed in about 2 days. This included can lights, ceiling fans, and added outlets with all required wiring. When the job was done they cleaned up so well you didn't even know they were there. We felt that Ricky worked on our house as if he was working on his own. Excellent experience. read more

Originally I was trying to Contact a company from an advertisement and they cancelled the first appointment and never called back. My boyfriend tried to set a new appoinment several times, but the girl that answered the phone never called back. My boyfriend and I started looking for reviews on yelp and we found Mr. Davis. This was a very easy and great experience to get my patio up. Mr. Davis took care of getting my patio permitted, and had it up in about 10 days and left my patio cleaner than it was when he got there. Now that's Awesome service. He was friendly, professional, prompt and his prices are very reasonable. If I decide to add another Patio cover to the other side of my house, he will be the one I call!!!! read more
