Reasonable, accommodating and great communication. Happy with our project and would use Rb paving and landscaping for any future needs.

RB Paving & Landscaping made our dreams a reality! We had some sort of idea on the layout we wanted but with Rubens expertise and feedback we were able to come up with something amazing. Our perfect backyard oasis. Ruben and his crew worked hard, cleaned up as they went and were communicative throughout the entire process. We couldn't be happier, we have gotten nothing but compliments on our backyard transformation. Highly recommend RB Paving & Landscaping! read more

Company gave a quote that was far less than others. Work requested was adding small cement area for 3rd car spot in driveway. Arrived in the morning and had cement poured by noon. Finish was near and manicured. Employees professional and cleaned up after job done. Quality work!!! Thank you!!! read more

This is the third job I've had Rubin do at my house and has been his (and his crew's) best work yet. Rubin was patient with me since I took my time finally committing to the project. He actually came out twice to re-run quotes with no expectation of my hiring him. He has always been professional and on time, and his crews have been respectful of my property and worked with the neighborhood weirdness since I live in an HOA (parking, work hours, etc.). Their work is exceptional and is a huge value for money spent. All leftover materials are cleaned up and they even cleaned up the street. I couldn't be happier. read more

Our backyard was all dirt when we purchased our home. We quickly realized we needed to do something for our kids to play. We had many different vendors come out and quote us on our project. We ended up picking Ruben because he gave us a lot of confidence when speaking to him. We could tell he knew what he was talking about. He was able to stay within our proposed budget and was amazing to work with. Our turf is soft and has a good drainage system that actually works. (This was our biggest concern with turf). Our concrete is stamped in the main patio area and brushed on the sides of the house. We are extremely happy with the project. We'd recommend Ruben to anyone who is wanting to improve their backyard. read more

Excellent work! I hired RBP to landscape my old and outdated backyard. Ruben and his crew did an excellent job transforming my backyard into a beautiful oasis. He was the only one out of the many companies that I had out that had a plan and a design in mind. He did such an excellent job in the backyard I also hired him re-do my front yard. Ruben and his crew are extremely professional, courteous and provide excellent work. read more

RB Paving's work is nothing short of great. I looked at 4 contractors, but I liked RB prices and backyard designs. I had a somewhat large backyard, upper planter, lower planter, and ground level that was nothing but dirt. They demoed, hulled away dirt, laid stamped concrete with curbing, laid turf, water drip system, and rockscape with drought resistant plants. The project took about 3 weeks. The work crew was nothing but friendly and professional, always asking what I thought of the project at every step. I could not recommend a better company on YELP. read more

I'm very happy with the work we had done by RB Paving. We had a big problem with drainage and our house was at risk of flooding. Ruben listened to our concerns, our requests, and then made recommendations to make the final result even better than imagined. It rained for 2 weeks straight and we had zero flooding/standing water. Now I can sleep easier knowing my biggest investment is safe. Ruben, Frank, and Priscilla were all very responsive and professional. The workers were professional. Our property was left incredibly neat and tidy after their work was done. Pics will be added after we have RB Paving back in a few months to add a patio. read more

I am a landscape designer that recently moved to the High Desert from Orange County. I don't do concrete work, so I scheduled RB Paving to have a new 1400 sq. ft. driveway and 50'-long & 24"-high retaining wall installed. Work was to start on Monday. Received a call at 1:55pm the Friday before telling me that I was going to be bumped because they were behind a week on their current job. Apparently, it took them till the close of business on Friday to discover they're behind a week. The week they wanted to reschedule for, the kids were on Spring Break and would make leaving the house even more chaotic, if not practically impossible. The week after that we were having ductwork done. This blatant lack of consideration would put the work back 3-weeks. It certainly showed me he didn't want the $10,500 job. And he certainly doesn't want any of the concrete work my business would send his way from future designs. I am a firm believer in paying for workmanship. The original bid was about $2000 higher than what I pay for average work in Orange County, CA. I talked him down a little, assuming, from the pictures I've seen here, that I was paying for quality workmanship. I cannot comment on the quality of work. I was surprised that he didn't ask what type of vehicles I was going to have parked on the driveway (necessity of rebar?), as RV parking would be a major resale bonus in this area. I canceled the job because of the lack of notice and was not charged the $100 cancellation fee. It is because of my 25-years experience that I can say that lack of consideration always shows in one's work, in one form or another. read more

I had been looking almost 2 months for a decent contractor and a fair price for concrete work. I was immediately impressed by Rueben's professionalism the day he came out to my home to give me a quote! From the beginning to the very end his crew showed up on time and worked hard to get the job done...and quickly. I also appreciate that the communication with him and his company was clear and there were no hidden costs or unnecessary setbacks. One of the worst companies out there. Made an appointment over 5 days ago and they were over 3 hours late for that appointment. No one called me to say they will be late or anything. When I finally called them they said they were having trouble getting the equipment. Even after that I tried calling them 3 times with them ignoring my phone calls. My wife even called them twice with them ignoring her calls as well. When they finally showed up over 3 and a half hours later the guy had no idea what time they were supposed to be here and acted like nothing was wrong. I told them to just leave and that I don't work with crappy companies. Will never recommend them to anyone. read more

We called RB landscaping for an estimate for sprinkler repair and a medium to large job of installing irrigation, turf and rockscape. We had some other companies no show to the estimate appointment, especially for the minor repair job. Ruben showed up on time and was professional and provided a reasonable quote, even for the smaller job. We hired them to install irrigation, turf and gravel along with a concrete curb. The work was done on time, and I now have a nice yard to enjoy. RB team did not leave behind any waste or piles of dirt, hauled everything away, and even powerwashed my driveway after the job. The team was polite and professional, I felt my time was valued as a customer and I would definitely call them again. read more

My initial contact with RB Paving was by phone when I talked with a pleasant voiced lady who scheduled the appointment for a quote. We wanted pavers to replace the grass on both sides of our driveway between the sidewalk and curb. For our backyard we needed the hillside cleaned up and a landscape solution. The remainder of the backyard needed to be cleaned up and prepared for them to pour cement. The moment the crew arrived work began quickly and the project was well organized with no down time. All was completed in five days time. Design changes were taken in stride. I am thrilled with the results. My only regret is I have no additional work for Ruben and his crew to do at my home. read more

Ruben Beltran Paving does amazing work! Quick to respond to phone calls, messages and prompt for appointments. I wanted to give this company actually 10 stars. They went well and beyond the call of duty for my family and I. When we were searching for a landscaper in the Victorville area we were really nervous. We heard of some real nightmares that customers were ripped off. But Ruben and his wife Priscilla were so professional. His crew were very nice to my elderly parents and they did such an amazing job. Our backyard is beautiful now and we now enjoy sitting there in the evening and kicking back looking at how gorgeous our yard is now. They installed a new fire pit, concrete pathways, eco-friendly plants and a running fountain. This will also increase our home's value in a year. Contact Ruben for an honest estimate and he'll answer the call. read more

We decided that we wanted to go "GREEN" in our front yard landscape. From the first call to the office requesting an estimate from RBP to the final sweep and clean up RBP was nothing less than exceptional. When the owner Ruben arrived for estimate I gave him our desired job info regarding installation of artificial turf and he gave me his professional opinion on what would look attractive. Within 24 hours his estimate arrived via email. Ruben and his foreman Frank came within a week to walk the job and by that time I had decided to ask for additional work. They happily agreed it could be done. At this point Ruben and Frank advised me on the complete process. Frank and his crew began the job the very next day. Admiration must be given to "The Crew" for their ability to show nothing but politeness and professionalization the whole 5 days they worked on our project. Each day they worked steadily and at the end of the day cleaned up like no one had even been here. If you are looking for a company who shows 100 percent quality this is the company to hire. We are 200 percent satisficed with RBP Landscaping. Kudos to the entire team! read more

Ruben and his crew are the very best landscapers money can buy. They are honest and forthright. Friendly and very polite. They show up when they say they will, do what they have agreed to do, and do it and clean up after themselves. Their knowledge of landscaping needs is without equal. We had inferior watering set up for our yard and were in danger of losing our trees. Ruben and Daniel redid our drip watering system and our yard has never looked better. And, our water bill went down because of more efficient watering. They are expensive up front, but will save you money in the long run. Great customer service! Worth every penny.
