We decided to go with Turf Green Express because of the honesty, the choices of turf offered, the friendliness of the staff and the pricing. Karla took all of our concerns and gave us great solutions and answers. There was absolutely no pressure to book, either. On installation day 1, Santiago and his crew showed up on time and started right in. Old grass was up & out, new curbing was installed, and the base laid. Day 2, base compacted, weed barrier put down and new turf put in. The results are stunning and we couldn't be happier. Santiago and his crew are a well oiled machine and I will recommend him to anyone who asks. A+++++

My big issue was with punctuality. I was given a window of 7-8 AM, so I planned my morning around that. By 8:30, no one had shown up and I hadn't heard anything, so I had to reach out myself to find out what was going on. It turned out the crew didn't actually arrive until 12:30 PM -- nearly 5 hours after the promised window, with no proactive communication in between. If you book with them, I'd recommend padding in extra flexibility for the arrival time, or asking for updates throughout the morning.

We had multiple projects with him, that we had started around July 2024, that consisted of landscaping our front yard, with rocks, & desert friendly plants, Palm trees, & Crepe Myrtle trees, which I look forward to watching grow & bloom each Spring! Israel & his crew also did landscaping work in our backyard, grading our property, eliminating tumble weeds, etc., & putting in rocks to eliminate dust & allergens from weeds down in a back drive- way & trailer parking area, & he also installed artificial sport turf, which looks beautiful, & is great for our grandchildren & our dog to safely play on. The turf holds up well, easy to keep clean & to maintain. Israel & his crew also designed & created in our front yard, along with other landscaping needs & planing beautiful plants & trees, as I've mentioned above, a beautiful rock riverbed stream along our front side yard where we have three mature trees along the fence line. This rock riverbed stream Israel inserted runs dry in good weather, but runs with rainfall water during rain storms, & looks beautiful wet or dry, & prevents property flooding during heavy rain storms, by guiding the rain water out to the street to city flood drains. We have had one rain storm & thus has proved to work & do it's job as planned. My property is beautiful, & I enjoy looking out & spending time, at both, my front & backyard. I especially appreciate that my property no longer has dirt & tumble weeds that induce & trigger major allergy asthma attacks in me. Thank you so much Israel Arzate, for your willingness to work with us, & to create such a beautiful look for my property. Andy & I are throughly pleased. You & your crew were very pleasant to work with. I am so glad I found you for our Landscaping needs. I also hired Israel's brother, Samual Arzate, for consistent twice monthly yard maintenance, at a very reasonable fee. Samual Arzate does awesome great work as well. Payment methods are easy as well, which I have paid both, Israel & Samual Arzate, by check, and or Zelle. I am very pleased with my interaction with Israel, & his work, & I will be calling on Israel Arzate & his Evergreen Landscaping company to do future concrete & fencing & gating, & a bit more landscaping in our backyard in the future. I recommend Israel Arzate & his Evergreen Landscaping for all of your landscaping needs, which includes plants & trees, & landscape irrigation, rocks, curb work, fencing, gates, concrete, & block wall work, & so much more. I also highly recommend for yard maintenance, Israel's brother, Samual Arzate.

Let me just say that there are quite a lot of options if you are looking for someone to install artificial turf. I spoke with at least 10 or more different companies before I decided to go with Turf Vision. I have never done a project with artificial turf so I wanted to know everything about it. I suggest that you do some homework before choosing a company. From my experience there is a very wide variety when it comes to cost, so be careful and get a few quotes. I can say with confidence that Turf Vision has the Best prices by far. As I said, I shopped around, and no one could even come close to what Turf Vision had to offer. From the moment I spoke with Roman I had a great feeling. He was friendly and very professional. Most importantly he took the time to explain everything very thoroughly. He was patient even though I had many questions and was generally a very nice person. He made time to come out to my home and help me plan my "Turf Vision." He brought many different samples of turf for me to compare. He explained all the pros and cons of the different grades until I was confident choosing the right one. There was absolutely No pressure involved and I felt good about my decision. The date was sent and the job was done on time. I could not be happier with my Turf. It looks and feels Amazing! Over all I had a wonderful experience with Turf Vision and plan to use them again and again. I am so pleased with my Turf that I am already planing the next project. I can't wait to see my future Turf Visions come true. Thank you Roman

Rafael is not a great communicator at all. Even if you send him a picture of what you want he will…read morestill do whatever he wants to do and not communicate any changes or updates to you. I tried to work with him on two different projects and both times even with pictures he attempts to do what he wanted and had to be stopped. To top it off he gets an attitude and shows frustration towards his client if you don't want to accept what he wants to do. I couldn't believe the way he handled me as if I was the issue when I'm sending pictures and showing my exact request and expectations, and he is giving me quotes on my request, yet and still he then comes with his own plans in mind. I requested my deposit back. & Thank God I did! I found out he was double charging me. The same Palm trees he was charging me $845 each for, I found for $350 each! Look at how much I saved on 7 Palm Trees ($3,465)! I'm able to purchase 7 more not going through him! Oh and get this... he told me the price of the trees went up because he quoted me 90 days before I decided to move forward. Be careful people or ladies at least. Not sure if he would even try this behavior with a man. He starts out as a nice and reasonable person and then everything slowly begins to change with his professionalism and attitude towards customer satisfaction and the work to be done, If you don't allow him to do what he wants. I will say the first job I hired him for, he did do a lot of concrete for me and I thought it was a decent job until it started cracking in less than 6 months. He said he would fix it when he did the other project that I didn't end up allowing him to do because he had his own agenda. Now, I'm stuck with a brand new cracked concrete. I also noticed how my concrete had dips in it and he started explaining it was done like that for the rain to flow in direction of my drain, but the water drains in the opposite direction of my drain. Just a headache overall. Oh yea, and I requested rebar in my concrete and he did not do it. By the time I noticed it was too late. He just was saying it's not necessary and would be more expensive. If I ask for something, he shouldn't be determining my finances for me. I can decide if I want or not, but quote me on what I'm asking for. I just feel like I was ripped off completely especially after realizing the way he was over-charging on the Palm Trees. I wonder how much cheaper I could have got my concrete done. During that job, he came to say the cost went up on supplies as well. I personally do not recommend Contemporary Landscape and Maintenance based off my own experience. So at your own risk...

In the meantime, he was constantly trying to talk us out of what we wanted, and when he finally did the work he went ahead and did what he wanted, whether we had agreed to it or not. The only thing we actually got as we wanted was the color of the rocks. The job they did was rushed and shoddy. The weed barrier doesn't block weeds, but it does block the water from hitting the soil around our plants so that our concrete walkway is being watered instead. Our plants are dead or dying, several of them are plants we specifically told him we do not want in the first place, and there is a leak which we have called them out twice to fix but has not been corrected. Additionally, they actually did less work than we paid them for, but he somehow feels justified in asking us for even more money on top of that. I won't work with this company again and I wouldn't recommend  them to anyone. Update: They did refund the money we overpaid.
