However, my new HOA did not agree with that and we received some brown grass fixing notices. It quickly moved up to number one to do. I found a few places on Yelp and got quotes. All the turf people didn't do concrete and all the concrete people didn't want to do turf. It was weird. The last estimate was Joe and Hugo and I was blown away. Joe set it up so I'd be able to meet the partner in the business that takes care of the concrete and he, the guy in charge of the turf. All in one short. I greatly appreciated him putting this together so quickly. They both arrived on time and provided straight forward and very reasonable pricing. They were both professional and knowledgeable. Since we had to run the plans with HOA, Hugo had to provide a drawing of the plans and submit for approval. This process took a couple of weeks and then our date was set for project start. The demo crew arrived bright and early. They encountered an unpleasant surprise when they found a whole bunch of roots on the front lawn. The crew hacked all they could but it wasn't enough. I spoke to joe and he gave the option to either add a change in work order/more money to hack some more or hire a pro tree root removal guy. After I spoke to some tree guys, no one wanted to touch the roots. We ended up DIYing it ourselves and got them removed in time for the turf project to continue. Joe gave me time to ensure the slope and everything was to my liking before they came Back to continue the work. The concrete molds were made. Joe and Hugo were very patient with us changing the plans a couple of times and still kept a friendly and professional attitude. Each time we had any concerns, we spoke to Joe and it was quickly addressed. We also had a couple concerns from our neighbors which were addressed promptly. Please don't let the ups and downs of my experience deter you from going with green forever. I want to assure you that Joe and Hugo and willing to go the distance to make sure everything works out the way their clients wish. I greatly appreciate all their efforts to give us OUR beautiful green forever lawns and nicely poured concrete :) thank you Joe, Hugo and Team!

I might even say slightly excessive, which is what I love and most people appreciate knowing how their job is coming along. Not only did I get great communication and quick communication. I also received photos of the job and recommendations that needed to be done for safety. The moment that I put in a request for a quote, I received a prompt response and even a visit out to the property because they were in the area. They did an excellent job even taking care of things I said I would do. my renters even commented on how everything looked great and how they they did an excellent job cleaning up after they left. My renter said they feel safe. I would highly highly recommend them as I felt truly connected to the job although I was miles away and they were so kind and helpful. When it comes to safety, you have to pay the price, but they worked with me and I was truly satisfied. Thank you, thank you thank you for the exceptional communication and great service. I will call you again. Professional, polite, and honest. The individuals operating this business are the same people we previously dealt with for a party rental service that took our deposit and never provided the services we paid for. Because of that experience, I feel it is important to warn others to proceed with caution. We originally found their party rental business through a Facebook advertisement. After exchanging messages and speaking with Vincent over the phone, we felt comfortable moving forward and paid a deposit. Vincent told us the business belonged to his mother and that Teresa Avalos would be receiving the payment through Zelle. After receiving our deposit, communication became increasingly difficult. A few weeks before my mother's wedding, they stopped responding altogether. We made multiple attempts to contact them by phone and message but never received a response. The event date arrived, and they never showed up. My mother was left scrambling on her wedding day after paying for services that were never provided. To this day, our deposit has not been refunded, and Vincent eventually deleted his Facebook account. Because of our experience, I do not feel these individuals conducted business in a professional or trustworthy manner. I encourage anyone considering hiring this company to do their own research, ask for references, and proceed carefully before sending any money.

Of course, no show so I texted them to give them a benefit of the doubt and again scheduled another date and time and no show again. This is typical of businesses up here having constant work but when there isn't they look for you. Time to move on and give someone else a chance.
