My family and I recently bought a new house and was thinking of doing some concrete and turf work…read more Since the new house had a lot of fixing, this project became lower on the list of to do's. However, my new HOA did not agree with that and we received some brown grass fixing notices. It quickly moved up to number one to do. I found a few places on Yelp and got quotes. All the turf people didn't do concrete and all the concrete people didn't want to do turf. It was weird. The last estimate was Joe and Hugo and I was blown away. Joe set it up so I'd be able to meet the partner in the business that takes care of the concrete and he, the guy in charge of the turf. All in one short. I greatly appreciated him putting this together so quickly. They both arrived on time and provided straight forward and very reasonable pricing. They were both professional and knowledgeable. Since we had to run the plans with HOA, Hugo had to provide a drawing of the plans and submit for approval. This process took a couple of weeks and then our date was set for project start. The demo crew arrived bright and early. They encountered an unpleasant surprise when they found a whole bunch of roots on the front lawn. The crew hacked all they could but it wasn't enough. I spoke to joe and he gave the option to either add a change in work order/more money to hack some more or hire a pro tree root removal guy. After I spoke to some tree guys, no one wanted to touch the roots. We ended up DIYing it ourselves and got them removed in time for the turf project to continue. Joe gave me time to ensure the slope and everything was to my liking before they came Back to continue the work. The concrete molds were made. Joe and Hugo were very patient with us changing the plans a couple of times and still kept a friendly and professional attitude. Each time we had any concerns, we spoke to Joe and it was quickly addressed. We also had a couple concerns from our neighbors which were addressed promptly. Please don't let the ups and downs of my experience deter you from going with green forever. I want to assure you that Joe and Hugo and willing to go the distance to make sure everything works out the way their clients wish. I greatly appreciate all their efforts to give us OUR beautiful green forever lawns and nicely poured concrete :) thank you Joe, Hugo and Team!

J Martinez Landscape trimmed both trees ( on 8/17/24) exactly the way I asked including cutting branches which the other company refused to do. They worked so well with me. If I wanted a branch cut, they did it. If Jaime recommended not to do one, we discussed it. I love a company that will work with the customer. Very collaborative. The fee for this tree trim was $600. Not too bad! I am very pleased with this company!! I highly recommend them. PS. They now do my weekly gardening.

Also, that 6,600 pound Beast of a vehicle you have seen darting around town is NOT meant to target all those "Tech Bros" with a McMansion, 2.5 kids and a Tesla parked in the driveway, lol! NO, these guys were pretty darn AFFORDABLE! And they are looking to service the AVERAGE household...a household like mine! :) I got a VERY good rate. There were 3 guys each working very hard to clear the weeds and other yard debris from my property. I have NEVER seen a landscaping crew 3 men deep. The more hands, the quicker things move! One guy even ASKED me if it was OK for him to trim the dead areas of my little 4 foot palm trees, which I thought was hella COOL, as I have hired TWO other companies to do the same job and NOBODY EVER mentioned or even touched my two little palm trees. They needed a lot of help and some good ol T.L.C. They look MUCH better after the pruning! I call that GOOD LOOKING OUT! I AM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! P.S. The trees have not been trimmed in 5 plus years, debris everywhere, irrigation issues at every property address (5 properties next to each other, more than 20 trees, hedges, falling limbs from the trees- you name it, this property had it.... ) Andrew not only gave me a reasonable bid, he went above and beyond to address my concerns whenever I raised them during the cleanup process. I was being told from other companies that they needed 3 months to get the properties to a place where curb appeal is looking good. Andrew and his team did that in 3 weeks. The amount of fallen leaves that were piled in the planters, dumpster areas, and the lawn had not been cleaned up since September- it was a lot in conjunction with broken sprinklers, irrigation lines that were half missing, and trees that needed to be removed in their entirety- Andrew and his team handled this like true professionals.
