They even disposed of large unwanted items for me (they offered the service even though I did not request it initially.) Chris has been taking care of our industrial corner in Hesperia for several years and he does a remarkable job of keeping the weeds knocked down and the property otherwise clean and tidy. We are currently selling the property and as part of the drone footage shot for that purpose, the place looked like you could eat off of the property. Good help is hard to find! I was disappointed in the work I had done. But even more so how Chris texted me rudely and disrespectful after the work was done and he was paid. After each time his guys came, I had to clean up after them and I would find roots hidden not pulled. First I spent $1400 to have my yard cleaned and trees pulled. I was still finding roots so I call Chris, he recommends rototiller $365 to rototiller I do that. One of his workers breaks a sprinkler, you think they would fix it, NO they just inform you they broke it. His guys were supposed to be there for 4hrs that's what I paid for they left in 2hrs. After rototiller still finding roots that's what I text Chris, you can see the conversation in the photos posted. I will no longer be dealing with this company nor do I recommend them. read more

Owner "Chris" was good in the beginning to get the job, but since then it all went downhill. Lazy crews not doing the job agreed to. High employee turn over so we never knew what they would do. They went from 40 minutes a visit to barely 10. Chris became unresponsive to emails and such, then had an attitude making excuses. Do yourself a favor and pass on this company. I was very disappointed in the $2,000 job to clean up a new property I had purchased. Chris came recommended by a very good friend who had received good work. I needed the yard cleaned up, the house had been redone after a fire, there were plastic bags, glass bottles, trash, construction nails etc. Chris said they would spray for weeds, I said that wasn't needed, it had been done. The weeds needed to be removed along with stumps and trellises built for grapes. No stumps were removed. There was still noticeable trash. He repaired an irrigation line and had the water turned off at the property and did not turn it back on. The grapes had 2x4's run but not in line with the grapes, and nothing was tied up. An ocotillo was whacked off straight and the trash in the plant not removed. When I met the new renter to give him the keys he told me the yard was not cleaned up and he decided not to rent! When I asked Chris if he was "done" he said "Yes, are you not happy?" I said I was not happy. My husband said it was my fault because I paid in full. I had been asked for 50% down before work began which I had to point out was not legal. Chris said he could not trim my 3 palms and gave me a referral which was excellent. The crews they have do a horrible job of trimming bushes. First they cut bushes way down without asking. But worse than that, later as the dead pieces dry, you find them INSIDE the bushes, where they fell. And they say they will do something next time, like raking dead leaves out from under bushes, but then it's different people. Last time I had them here, I asked them to do some raking, that I had asked the prior people to do. Then later Chris called and said he wanted $ 85 more, because they were here longer than 10 minutes. I said no, and he quit. They also don't want to work for my neighbour, as he is Mexican from Pennsylvania, and doesn't even speak Spanish. They don't speak Spanish back east. LOL.!!! " We don't work for tweakers". Yet they have Mexicans working for them. Go figure.!!! read more

I called Easy Clean Up and Landscaping to make an appointment to receive an estimate on clearing my property of weeds. After waiting a week for them just to inspect the property, two gentleman showed up an hour and a half after the scheduled appointment time. Neither one of them apologized for their tardiness. I understand that crews can get behind schedule, but this was inexcusable. They sat in their truck for a couple of minutes as I waited on my porch, and then finally got out of their truck to speak with me. They asked what exactly I wanted done to my yard and briefly looked at the property. One of the gentleman asked for my email and explained to me that he would email me an estimate. It is now a week since they "inspected" the land and I have yet to receive the email with their quote. My property is large, if the job was beyond their capability all they had to do was say so. It's disappointing that they couldn't just tell me this when they came to my property. Customer service is definitely lacking from this business. read more
