He and the crew showed up on time, as a matter of fact a few minutes early + I was amazed at the equipment they had, made quick work out of an immense job otherwise. Jesus had to come back to do a second pass on stump grind as I lowered the dirt level slightly for my new planter, which he offered at no charge, I appreciated that and offered to buy his dinner : ) If you are needing tree service in the High Desert, JS would be my 1st choice! I first used them three years ago and hired them again today, and their work is just as phenomenal now as it was then. They expertly removed the dead trees we agreed on, and then completely surprised me by taking down several other small dead trees that weren't even in the quote. They also beautifully pruned the rest of the trees on my property. What really blew me away, though, was the cleanup. They went above and beyond to make sure not only my yard was spotless, but that my neighbors' yards and driveways were completely clear of debris, too. Don't bother calling anyone else for tree service!

They quickly and safely removed the trees, trimmed another one, and did an outstanding job cleaning up afterward. As a bonus, they neatly stacked my new supply of firewood, which was greatly appreciated. Everyone on the team was professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. His pricing was great and he scheduled us in quickly. Joseph and his crew showed up right on time, and these guys are pros. Great equipment, all top-notch stuff and they knocked out a huge job quickly efficiently and cleanly. They ended up having to cut down over 40 trees, they ground all the stumps down and stacked up the wood that I asked to keep for firewood. I highly recommend Mason's Treescape!

First off, Anthony and his team were not only quick to empty out my entire house and garage but they were at my house bright and early and ready to get our stuff to our destination as fast as possible! Our appointment was at 6 AM and they were already loading their truck by 5:45 AM, done unloading just before 7AM, and our stuff made it 61 miles down the hill by 8AM! I had my entire garage full so I was worried that everything would fit along with my very large furniture but this team made it happen! My things all arrived to my new house safely, they were unloaded quickly, and placed exactly where I wanted them. Hiring them made the start of our new chapter to seamless and stress free. Absolutely Outstanding -- Good Faith Hauling Company, LLC…read more I cannot say enough good things about Anthony and his family at Good Faith Hauling Company, LLC. If I could give them more than five stars, I absolutely would. Anthony arrived at 6:00 a.m., ready to work, along with his family crew . I'll admit, when I first saw that this was truly a family operation, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was moving out of a five-bedroom house, and in my mind I was expecting a crew of several big movers to show up. I could not have been more wrong about what was needed. This family was one of the most efficient, hardworking, organized moving teams I have ever seen. They moved with purpose from the moment they arrived. By around 10 or 11 a.m., my house was loaded, we were on our way to La Mirada, and by approximately 12:30-1:00 p.m. we were at the new house. By around 2-3 p.m., they were DONE unloading. A five-bedroom household moved from one city to another in essentially one day! Instead of still dealing with movers late into the evening, I was sitting in my new home, relaxing and able to start settling in. That alone says everything. The professionalism was just as impressive as the speed. They were careful with my belongings, organized, respectful, and clearly took tremendous pride in their work. And then there was my refrigerator! I have an absolutely HUGE refrigerator that I genuinely thought was not going to fit. I had already started thinking I would have to put it into storage. Anthony took one look at the situation and figured it out. He made sure that refrigerator got where it needed to go without scratches or damage. That was the moment I knew I was dealing with someone who truly knows what he is doing. I have experienced a major professional move before, including an interstate move with a large corporate moving company, and I honestly believed that level of organization and efficiency was something you only received from a big company. Good Faith Hauling Company, LLC proved me completely wrong. Anthony and his family delivered that same caliber of service--if not better--with the care and personal attention that comes from a family-owned business where the owner is right there working alongside his family. This is what supporting a family-owned business should feel like. You can see the pride, work ethic, teamwork, and commitment to the customer in everything they do. If you are looking for a moving company and want what I would call top-of-the-line, Cadillac-level customer service, professionalism, care, and efficiency, choose Good Faith Hauling Company, LLC. I would recommend Anthony and his family ten times over. Anthony, I genuinely wish you and your family continued success and expansion. Other moving companies could learn something from the way you run your business. Exceptional experience from beginning to end. Five stars simply does not feel like enough.
