I provided the info via text after our talk on the phone as he told me he would be providing a free estimate for a tree removal and cleaning the lot of debris and shrubs. He stated he would go to the property "tomorrow". Well I sent the requested info and then he disappeared. I followed up a few times and no response. Over a week and a half and he didn't provide me an estimate or respond. I finally asked if he was even interest in this job, and he still didn't respond. Went with another provider who gave me a quote within 48 hours of talking on the phone. Don't waste your time. Go with someone else. read more

I had just purchased a house and had a dead tree that was starting to split,I did not want it to fall and with a possibility of it landing on my neighbors campers I called them to give me an estimate. Two days later they came out and cut the tree down and also cut in half four big cypress trees I had for a discount been that they would already have the boom lift out to cut down the dead tree. They cleaned everything up I will be calling them back out to trim 5 other trees that I will need done. I highly recommend them for any tree work you may need they have competitive pricing. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! I cannot say enough about how wonderful Warren and this company are! My elderly aunt had a huge tree fall in her backyard. After getting a very high quote from her usual arborist, we called Tree Pros. Not only did they beat his price by more than $500... They actually did more work than the first guy quoted,he wasn't going to grind the stump. They provided her with all of the certifications and permits, insurance, and bonding information in a folder, which made her feel very safe and very comfortable. Which was huge. They communicated well and they left the yard super clean and there was nothing for my aunt to do but write the check. NEGATIVE 5 stars! DON'T BOTHER! Very rude & unprofessional. I had used this company in the past for tree trimmers & also my aunt used them, they were great. FAST FORWARD to 2023 and Warren, whom I think is the owner comes out to give an estimate for an insurance claim. I really think he smelled money. He was a fast talker & wanted to do the work next day. I told him NO my insurance company needs to see this first, then they'll pay me, so I can pay you. Waren said "Oh no, they won't pay until the work is done". I told him sorry, that's not how AAA works. I knew he was upset about that... HOWEVER he said he would give me a quote the next day ... TWO WEEKS LATER, nothing! NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. I called to tell the nice lady who's worked there forever about it ... and then Waren gets on the phone & says "it's not my ego, You didn't trust me, have a good day" AND HANGS UP ON ME. THEN HE TEXTED ME ; Sorry you think I'm a ass hole and all the other insulting thing you called me... very unprofessional. WELL, I never called him anything.. I did say he seems to have an ego ... I worked for Tree Pros for a very short time and I can vouch that treat their employees pretty badly. Super disrespectful owner, with a grumpy alcoholic guy who runs the company. They do remove trees pretty quickly but don't expect good customer service skills by any means. Their personalities are like sandpaper. I'd personally go elsewhere. read more

I do not recommend this company. They gave me an estimate of $950 to trim two trees. Their regular guy was not available, so a another guy was sent out to climb the trees. I asked for branches to be trimmed and I was told, no, no you don't want to do that. It will kill the tree. So, they did trim some of it but left a lot of leaves. Not what I wanted. Single female not being listened to. Shocking. Called the owner to ask for a return visit. He said, well you told me you loved it. I did say I liked the job initially, but after reviewing in my head what happened, I did call back that day to explain the situation. Warren said he'd think about it and get back to me. Never heard from him again. So (1) did not do what I asked for initially (2) did not follow up. So, I will not be using them again. I just moved here to Apple Valley one year ago and was hoping to find a good company to yearly trim my trees. Sorry, but I will not be using them again. read more

I used this company in the past for a huge tree in the backyard and they were by far the cheapest quote and they did an amazing job! Fast forward a few years later and they just took down about 15 oleander trees and a giant tree and 3 other trees as well. They showed up on the day promised, although it was several hours late; so what was supposed to be a one day job turned into a two day job. They were unable to remove one of the tree stumps due to a piece of rebar in the ground that they said they couldn't remove. My 63 year old husband removed the rebar with no problem, though. Clean up afterwards wasn't quite as thorough as I had hoped. The owner of the company contacted me after the job was done. I have him this feedback but got no response. All that being said, the price was competitive with other bids I got 5/11/17 Reply to Warren: the stump is still there. I can send you a photo of it if you like. The piece of rebar that was left was not pulled out by a jack and chain. It was pulled out by hand. Update 5-23-17 Tree pros have contacted me and will make everything right. Excellent Tree Services. I had a pine tree knocked down by the super gusty wind a couple day ago. I called The Tree Pro, and sent Warren a picture of the tree. Warren was able to send the guys the next day at a very reasonable price. They are very professional and courteous, the guys were strong, worked hard, fast, and finish the job as schedule.
