He removed the roots carefully, paid close attention to detail, and surprised us by applying weed killer between the pavers and shrubs. Our family was impressed. For the 2nd visit in March 2026, unfortunately the company did not meet the same standard. We communicated via the same number, so they were aware of that we were interested in the same work as before last year (weed removing, trimming of tree shrub) This time, a different employee (H.H.), performed the work. He trimmed the trees and shrubs a bit more quickly than Francisco did, which was not an issue in itself. However, he didn't remove the overgrown roots, but rather just trimmed them, which caused the plants to grow back much faster than before. He also didn't apply any weed killer. After we paid via Zelle, we noticed that our 24-hr security sign had been snapped in half and left on the same spot it was planted. No shrubs were around that area. The employee didn't mention to us at all, but when we asked him what happened, he initially said he didn't know. Only after we saw pictures showing that the sign was intact, he apologized. Additionally, another blue security sign next to our AT&T fiber box was missing. The sign had been in place for months and was clearly visible from the driveway since the shrubs didn't fully cover it. The worker claimed he never saw it. We understand accidents can happen, but the lack of communication and transparency is unfortunate. We are likely moving on to another company.

I might even say slightly excessive, which is what I love and most people appreciate knowing how their job is coming along. Not only did I get great communication and quick communication. I also received photos of the job and recommendations that needed to be done for safety. The moment that I put in a request for a quote, I received a prompt response and even a visit out to the property because they were in the area. They did an excellent job even taking care of things I said I would do. my renters even commented on how everything looked great and how they they did an excellent job cleaning up after they left. My renter said they feel safe. I would highly highly recommend them as I felt truly connected to the job although I was miles away and they were so kind and helpful.
