This started off good and turned bad. I would not recommend Alex the owner of "my plumber" in Victorville. He comes off like a cool guy but when you are not happy and call him it's an argument. He did not care. He cracked my tile in my tub and put texture all over walls. I will never use him. I should have known the first time the price just automatically changed. Alex came all the way out to Upland, with his crew and very professionally laid out his guys to handle different tasks to a expedite the installation process. Being an older house, built in the 60's with various owners, some surprises did come up, but My Plumber handled them like a champ. My Mother in Law's water meter was advancing when everything was shut off in the house. It was running a little less than a gallon a minute, and no water was visible anywhere. We called Alex and he was on site the same day within 2 hours of our call! He found a small leak in a wall at the water regulator, and also in the irrigation feed line underground near the irrigation valves.
