The solution to my septic plumbing ordeal began when I called Cisneros Bros. in the middle of the night meaning to leave a message, but surprisingly, after several calls (accidentally called several times in my stress) an actual person answered the phone. Nicole (who answered) must have guessed it was urgent even if after hours. The next day, I met Nathan Knapp who walked me through every single step the crew would take. (Thank you crew!). I was helping my parents with this -- their septic tank broke into a foul river of waste in their front yard. Neighbors called the city for help, we were cited to fix things immediately, and almost $18,000 later it has been fixed. I could not pay ANY company this amount without understanding what in fact they were fixing, how, and the different options. Apparently for many decades, we were not meeting city codes (we didn't know until this septic tank disaster). The cheaper options to "fix" the septic mess weren't really an option because the city citation did not allow the cheaper fixes, but also because we truly needed a major fix. Nathan and the crew (Jeff, Victor and Rogelio) were super hardworking at pumping out the tank and Victor luckily spoke Spanish who could better explain things to my dad. It's hard to pay a bill like this, but I recognize the value of it -- it was necessary, and I really don't think it would have been cheaper or done better by others. We passed the city codes with flying colors and we don't have to worry about a sinkhole or wastewater mess. So glad to have have a brand new seepage pit, new outlet lines etc.!

I really appreciated her honesty upfront--it's refreshing not to be surprised by extra charges after the work is done. She also let me know that a complimentary camera inspection would be included after the service, which added even more value. On the morning of 4/16, I called again because my wife likes to prepare meals and beverages for workers, and we wanted to know how many people to expect. I spoke with Yasmin, who was upbeat and friendly. She let me know that a crew of three would be arriving and that the service would take about two hours. She also updated me that the arrival window had narrowed from 8 AM-5 PM to 8 AM-noon, which was helpful for planning. The crew arrived later than planned (no big deal), led by manager Nate, supervisor Lance, and a trainee named Hector. It was clear right away that this team, assembled by their "big boss" Arelic, was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. I had several questions--probably six or seven--and each one was answered thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand. Nate even took the time to draw a diagram on his tablet to explain how the underground system works and what they would be doing. At one point, Nate had to leave for another job and confidently left Lance in charge. That alone spoke volumes about the trust and teamwork within the company. Lance did an excellent job leading the operation and ensuring everything ran smoothly. I also appreciated how he mentored Hector, making sure he followed all safety procedures and even offering him praise for his work. That kind of positive reinforcement says a lot about the company culture. Overall, I was 100% satisfied with my experience. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, everything was handled professionally and with care. I highly recommend Cisneros Brothers to anyone in need of septic services.

The owner, Patrick, arrived during my four hour appointment window. He was very courteous both through Yelp and in person. After climbing on the roof and determining the issue, he gave me a repair price and also a price to replace the whole, almost forty-year-old, unit. The prices were very reasonable compared to other companies I had asked for a rough estimate. He didn't pressure me to choose the more expensive option at all. I chose to repair and the air conditioner was up and working less than ten minutes later because he had the two replacement parts already in his truck. Patrick even installed a clean filter in our house, with the filter we had on hand, as a courtesy before he left. Overall, I highly recommend Exclusive HVAC. we called roto rooter about our toilet being clogged…read more they told us it was a free estimate. after he inspected the toilet, he advised us that we needed a new toilet then he charged us $200. which we paid. then he got our permission to go out and buy a new toilet before we knew it, after everything was said, and done, then we owed another $325.00 the receipt didn't even explain what all the different chargers were to equal this amount of money. first, we paid $200, then later it was another $325, without anything being itemized on the invoice. we have no idea of the type of toilet he bought, or any other expenses that were incurred i believe that we totally overpaid for the services, and got taken advantage of. we would greatly appreciate getting some of our money refunded back to us, for the lack of communication, and no breakdown of the different costs on the invoice.
