The initial scheduled walk-through had to be delayed which was unexpected and caused some challenges for us to move our schedule to the next day. We fully appreciated the quote breakdown showing us the different pricing for key work, other work tasks we had asked about, and an item they pointed out. It really. My almost 6 year old Rheem tankless water heater stopped heating. I called another company out for repair and was told that it had to be replaced. Due to miscellaneous issues that arose, the repair man wasn't able to replace it that day. My intuition told me it might be a good idea to get a second opinion. I called Zeb and he came out within a few hours to give me a free diagnostic. He checked it out and within minutes figured it out that it was only the ignitor coil, a $22 part. When we lost the water pressure in our house, I discovered our pressure reducer valve had broken. I called 3 different companies for estimates and met with each one the next morning. I found Zeb to be extremely professional, friendly, knowledgable, and made me feel confident that he would be the best guy for the job. I really appreciated that he actually was the one who did the work. Other companies can send out someone else, but Zeb was here the next morning on time, and began the repair. He provided me with excellent communication of when he was scheduled to come, and when he was en route. His price was very reasonable! Another company quoted $2200 but Zeb took care of me for just under $1000. He left the area clean and we have water again. I can't thank him enough. We will definitely use his services again.
