Of course, no show so I texted them to give them a benefit of the doubt and again scheduled another date and time and no show again. This is typical of businesses up here having constant work but when there isn't they look for you. Time to move on and give someone else a chance. I called another company and no answer, so 3rd time is the charm, I called RLM and they answered and said they could come to my house and give me a quote within 40 minutes or less! So they came over gave me a quote (which was super affordable) and said they could do it same day! Randy at Oakes Landscaping did an amazing job on our backyard. He met with my husband, returned a…read morevery reasonably priced quote for what we were asking for. Which was an irrigation system, sod, rock, and some type of barrier along our chain link fence so the rock didn't escape. My husband called and told him, he was good to go, and that following Tuesday Randy showed up with his crew. On Tuesday, they did the irrigation system and completed it within a half of a day so they continued on and laid down the rock. Since they were on schedule, they said they would be back Thursday, which they were, and knocked out the curbing and even provided us with different styles of concrete curbing that could be poured. We went with a slant style curbing and he told us since there had to be a gap between the fence and the concrete we had enough rock to fill it in which was perfect. On Friday, they came back and finished up and I am already in love with my new back yard! It couldn't have been a better match for us to go with Oakes Landscaping and for them to provide us with a perfect yard for our fur babies and our soon to be little one. Thank you, Randy and Crew!

He's super busy all the time and that can be a positive or a downfall because sometimes it's hard to get a hold of him or communicate, but he will get things done, no matter what. He's a good guy and his service is worth the cost. What he does is not overly priced and he will come back and fix any issues if they arise. The work done: valves that leak , timer 1 disconnected on the ground, timer 2 not programmed to run the whole system, 90% hoses that don't deliver water , 1 hose system that delivers enormous amount of water but NOT to the ground. Job verbally guaranteed for a month , and not honored . Basically the manner in which the job was done was 30% for which I paid 100% out of seeing/expecting the best in people . I'm frustrated and disappointed. Do not hire nor waste your money/time with this business . I'll submit a complaint to the Best Business Bureau as well .
