Pedro was quick to respond to our request, he came out to do the estimate...for WHAT needed to be done...it's quite a fair price for the amount of work that needs to be done. Pedro and his Crew are here today working on the property. The yard had been in need of maintenance for a long time. It's a huge lot...close to an acre and way too overwhelming for my boyfriend to keep up. I'd say to DEFINITELY contact them. You won't be disappointed !!! Thank You Pedro and Crew !!! PS... They are almost done and Pedro spotted a stump in the ground by the garage...it wasn't in the estimate...so he really didn't have to remove it...but he did anyways !!!! This man is SOOOO conscientious !!! He's AMAZING !!!

I might even say slightly excessive, which is what I love and most people appreciate knowing how their job is coming along. Not only did I get great communication and quick communication. I also received photos of the job and recommendations that needed to be done for safety. The moment that I put in a request for a quote, I received a prompt response and even a visit out to the property because they were in the area. They did an excellent job even taking care of things I said I would do. my renters even commented on how everything looked great and how they they did an excellent job cleaning up after they left. My renter said they feel safe. I would highly highly recommend them as I felt truly connected to the job although I was miles away and they were so kind and helpful. When it comes to safety, you have to pay the price, but they worked with me and I was truly satisfied. Thank you, thank you thank you for the exceptional communication and great service. I will call you again. Professional, polite, and honest. I come from human resources and luxury hospitality, and honesty and transparency are by far so critical when you are looking for someone to perform work that is safety related.

We reached out to Superior Roofing for a quote for a tile lift-off and reset on our house…read more Danial was quick to arrive and walk the roof while discussing options for underlayment and some facia repairs that were required. We opted for two layers of 40# underlayment and felt the price was reasonable for the work to be done. (Middle price of the multiple bids received) A large crew arrived and quickly stripped the tiles and installed the underlayment in advance of predicted rain fall. The workers were skilled and efficient and worked well as a team. The crew worked very hard and were respectful of the property. Communication with Danial and his foreman Marcos was good and I always had a quick response to any questions during the work. Marcos even found hard to find replacement tile that closely matched my existing tile color. (Something a previous contractor said he could not do) Superiors carpenters did an incredible job replacing several sections of the facia with splices that are invisible to the eye. The crew finished on time and cleaned the area well. I highly recommend Superior Roofing.

I hired Mike and Bergstrom construction again to build my wood patio cover…read more I used Bergstrom about 6 years ago for another project. They didn't disappoint me again. Both separate issues but both related to the work done by Mike Bergstrom. The leaks are where he added on to our existing home, and we choose to avoid issues to not just add to the roof but completely redo the whole thing! We invested the extra money ironically hoping to have a worry free addition using all new. The first electrical issue was related to the fire detector in the room addition being installed incorrectly, so it kept going off. The second was a short in the new wiring in the kitchen addition done by Mike. When hired Mike talked a good sales pitch he promised to always stand by his work. We've tried to seek his help over the last 8 years with numerous issues undeniably related to the addition and he will not repair his work. When called a gal named Rhonda answers.... Promises to help but then ghosts you. Contacting a company you paid over $70k for should receive at a minimum a response. We reached out simply to obtain documents or proof on our roof warranty seeing that most have a 10 year warranty. We didn't want him or his team back in the home considering his work is a danger but we did want to check warranties seeing that the roof he did had leaked several times (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2023 and 2025) all at the joints of the addition. Simply put..... stay away from this company, not only is the workmanship a failure but there is zero accountability and integrity from the owner.
