Of course, no show so I texted them to give them a benefit of the doubt and again scheduled another date and time and no show again. We had multiple projects with him, that we had started around July 2024, that consisted of landscaping our front yard, with rocks, & desert friendly plants, Palm trees, & Crepe Myrtle trees, which I look forward to watching grow & bloom each Spring! Israel & his crew also did landscaping work in our backyard, grading our property, eliminating tumble weeds, etc., & putting in rocks to eliminate dust & allergens from weeds down in a back drive- way & trailer parking area, & he also installed artificial sport turf, which looks beautiful, & is great for our grandchildren & our dog to safely play on. The turf holds up well, easy to keep clean & to maintain. Israel & his crew also designed & created in our front yard, along with other landscaping needs & planing beautiful plants & trees, as I've mentioned above, a beautiful rock riverbed stream along our front side yard where we have three mature trees along the fence line. This rock riverbed stream Israel inserted runs dry in good weather, but runs with rainfall water during rain storms, & looks beautiful wet or dry, & prevents property flooding during heavy rain storms, by guiding the rain water out to the street to city flood drains. I also received photos of the job and recommendations that needed to be done for safety. The moment that I put in a request for a quote, I received a prompt response and even a visit out to the property because they were in the area. They did an excellent job even taking care of things I said I would do. my renters even commented on how everything looked great and how they they did an excellent job cleaning up after they left. My renter said they feel safe. I would highly highly recommend them as I felt truly connected to the job although I was miles away and they were so kind and helpful.
