This Ten Ren's Tea is located on the second floor, just inside Entrance 4.There's some bar seating along the wall and a few tables at the back of the store. There isn't much room for customers to line up, so the line generally extends into the corridor. I've been here a couple of times recently, and I noticed that both times, during the afternoon, there was only one employee. The same man was working both times. The line moved very slowly since he had to take orders, accept payment, and make drinks. Kudos to him for working through these long lines of customers without getting frustrated and losing his cool. Management really should add another employee during these busy times to help customers move through the line faster. I've noticed potential customers leave the line due to the long wait. read more

Ten Rens has improved since I frequented a few of their shops a few years ago. Hokkaido milk tea, no sugar and with grass jelly was truly divine. They have a huge variety of lactose-free options for my spouse. Their milkless mango slush with no sugar was very good too. I think I've started to prefer grass jelly over boba. Was craving for ten ren bubble tea I have not drank it in a long time due to the fact there is too much selection out there. I wanted to try their teas again. Their green tea in particular is good but it tastes watered down. The quality is not like how it used to be. The drink i got overall was okay not the greatest. Would I return ten ren I would say NO. Due to lacking of quality in terms of taste of the tea is watered down. My all time favorite remains to be shuyi tealicious. read more

Ordered Valentine's Day specialty green tea slush with taro at the bottom. Both the green tea slush and taro had Oreo cookie mix. It's a very creative drink but came out to be almost 8 dollars after tax. Got the paradise lime. I think it's a shame this couldn't be a little less sweet. Even with 0% sugar the drink is fairly sweet. I can't imagine it with full sugar. Ten Ren has replaced Bubble Tease as the bubble tea spot in Fairview Mall ever since the major food court renovations. Their drinks are not too sweet (which I like, but my boyfriend with the sweet tooth complains), and their tapioca are always nice, chewy and sweet. They have a stamp card so you can earn yourself a free drink after spending $$$ with them - you can only earn a stamp for one large drink or 2 small drinks so it adds up quickly. On average a large drink with tapioca is about $6, but considering there is not much substance to it (syrup, ice, etc) I'd rather just go next door and buy myself a Jugo Juice smoothie. To be honest I haven't had a bubble tea here in at least 3 months since Jugo Juice opened. Also - their straws are plopped horizontally in a couple of bins on the counter for customers to reach into and grab. I don't find that very hygenic and although I hate packaging, I almost wish their straws were individually wrapped. read more

The straws here at Ten Ren were a problemo for me because they were exposed to other germy hands. I squealed in delight when I saw that they now have the straws individually wrapped! I tried their hot coconut milk tea and it was a creamy and soothing delight on a cold fall day! Truly a flavorful treat I think people should try if they like milky teas. read more

Recently i find they are hit and miss. 3-4months Maybe because they have been training for new employees. I use to come here quite a few times a month... and the employees use to know my order whenever i see them. But ive been seeing new faces . And their bbt sugar level is not consistent at times. When they are good they are pretty good When they are not that good, its not extremely terrible or anything just hope they finish training their new employees! read more

Tried their Lychee Slush with tapioca. Went there right when they opened and their tapioca wasn't made properly... not as chewy. The slush was more ice Than lychee... I wouldn't recommend getting this flavor. read more

This location recently renovated June/2019 and their tea prices have gone through the roof!! Other locations remain the same.

The tea here is quite expensive. The sugar level is inconsistent (sometimes sweet sometimes not) when I ask for 30% sugar (an option that is available at almost all other bubble tea chains). They also don't fill up the bubble tea to the rim which really annoys me since it was pricey, to begin with. read more

Unfortunately this is the only bbt place in the mall. You would think such a big name as Ten Ren's who specializes in tea and bbt would make their tapioca right. WRONG. Their tapioca is nasty. It's hard in the middle, doesn't taste like it's cooked and not soft/ chewy like other bubble tea places. I returned the whole drink back and told them their tapioca wasn't cooked right. They gave me a lame excuse saying that my drink was a "slush" and because it was cold, it froze the tapioca lol. For a $7 drink, this is definitely a place I would not be coming back to. read more

I got a Strawberry Lychee Slush and they put a lot in a small cup so that was nice, but I felt like the flavour was too overpowering than other drinks. But unless you have a big sweet-tooth, I don't recommend the Strawberry Lychee Slush. But in all means, it's a great place to have a drink! read more

As the newest Toronto location, I found that the Ten Ren standard was not lost at this location. Its bubble tea is as good as the Yonge location and just short of the Highway 7 keystone. You won't find better bubble tea in a mall. read more

Tea is good,service is terrible,really liked their honey jasmine tea, king's tea with milk and grass jelly, but in my opinion this place is a bit pricey, and customers are terribly treated. For a $6 drink I'd rather go for Starbucks, at least people wear smiles there. read more

The people who run this restaurant can be described as nothing but awful. The waitress was rude when we entered and complained when we wanted to order food saying the kitchen was closing in 10 minutes. I showed up with 8 friends last night and they charged me $3.50 for a glass of tap water. If you have a friend who doesn't feel like eating anything more and wants to hang out with you, this is not the place to go. If you desire awful service, rude staff and to pay for a glass of water that pretty much every restaurant in the city provides for free this is the location for you. I will never go there again. Evian bottled water costs less at the convenience store down the street. read more
