This was actually my first time visiting any Palgong Tea but after a recommendation from a friend, I couldn't keep putting off visiting this store because I was already somewhat in the area :D When I walked in, one of the workers was hard at work taking promo shots for new drinks that were incoming. (he ended up giving us a few of the drinks to take with us to try but shhhhh) A different worker helped us during our visit to the store and she was extremely friendly! I ended up getting my standard drink of -[OOLONG MILK TEA] in large $4.49 with the least amount of ice and sugar possible! I usually always go for this flavor of milk tea because Oolong is one of my favorite flavors of tea to drink. This is usually how I establish a baseline to see whether or not I'll be back to try some more adventurous drinks! If you're wondering, I'll definitely be back and I have my eyes on a couple of drinks already.... -[TIRAMISU MILK TEA] *seasonal* I guess I have to go back REALLY soon or else this drink may evade me forever D: -[STRAWBERRY EARL GREY MILK TEA] This sounds like it could very well be up my alley because I love earl grey and the flavor of strawberry! We got the mango black tea with milk foam and mango smoothie with pineapple jelly. The mango black tea was so good! It is now one of my favourites. You can taste the mango pulp in the drink, and the milk foam is a nice touch. The mango smoothie was average, nothing outstanding. However, the pineapple jelly was different and went well with the smoothie. A bonus is that their prices are not as expensive as the big chains here like Coco, Chatime, etc. Great place for good and reasonably priced bubble tea. Would recommend you give it a try!

For the Strawberry, it was nice with real strawberries in the drink. For the Double Roasted Frosty, the taste was good but I recommend getting 50% sugar because it was quite sweet. They also offer catering. There is no free WiFi or washrooms. There are 7 stools, one round table and one counter. Most people would order for takeout.

But they do have a decent variety of different milk tea & drink, as one of the largest global boba chains. There's something to be said for consistency, fast service and good deals. Recently their May special was the Sago Taro Milk Tea ($5.50) and which was a good entry drink with chewy sago pearls and a smooth taro tea. You've still got the usual milk teas like 2 Ladies (puddings + pearls) or 3 Guys (with grass jelly too). Their Brown Sugar Pearl drink w/ macchiato cream on top may not look stunning yet is a mouth amuser. And the Bubble GaGa is a bold passion fruit juice topped with coconut jelly & tapioca. Of the boba ordering apps, CoCo seems to have the best iPhone app which can be used to order without credit card info. Then get a text when drinks are ready, usually within 5 mins at this location! Skip it or hit it? It's a quick relatively affordable BBT option if the craving hits.

She took a seat on a rather cozy bench in front of the CoCo logo on the right. I headed up to the counter. The man who helped me with my order was great. My usual order is a large strawberry black tea (no sugar and less ice) with coconut jelly. It's my favourite drink at CoCo. No other joint does it was well as this place does. I entered my phone number to continue earning points towards free drinks and more. I then paid with a credit card. I tapped and tipped. Done! I joined my friend as he and his colleague were making my drink. They were so fast. I wasn't even seated! I was putting away my card in my wallet. The nice man said that my drink was ready. Holy! I was happy. I thanked both of them, grabbed my drink, and we both headed out the door. We said bye and headed our separate ways. I drove home sipping on my bubble tea. I absolutely loved my drink.
