I wanted to try this place since grand opening when they were doing the $2 drink promos . Currently all drinks are around $4.49 on the app. We decided on the Melon Jasmine creama latte and added a blueberry muffin for $1.49. There are special promos on the app.. in store this combo would have cost $1 more . Starting with the drink , I thought the coffee was pretty smooth . It was an interesting combo with a hint of melon taste . Couldn't taste the Jasmine at all . It was different . I'd like to try the milk teas and frappes next time . They're always pretty busy here. They sometimes have deals on the app (very convenient for ordering ahead). Drinks are okay, I've tried most of the coffee although I taste mostly milk. Matcha could be better but it's a coffee shop so didn't expect too much. read more

This kiosk near the new T&T supermarket is always busy. They have some unique drinks like the coconut milk coffee, which I really like. The drinks tend to be wayyyy to sweet, even at 50% I find it too sweet for Asian palates, so recommend going for 25% just to be safe. Ordering from the app usually gives you a bit of discount than ordering at the counter, and you can customize the drinks on the app as well. Expect around 5-10mins wait time on weekends. read more

I love that they opened up Cotti Coffee here as you can pick up a drink to enjoy while shopping! It is a kiosk, just outside T&T on the newly renovated side of the mall. Just a disclaimer, this spot is very busy! Even when it doesn't seem like there's a lot of people lining up to order and/or pick up, they likely have a long list of mobile orders to make - so keep this in mind if you're tight on time. I came here on a weekend, seeing 1-2 people in line to order, then after placing my mobile order, it said it would be ready in 20 mins. I do believe it took just about 25 mins. Their app is very easy to use and shows a description, as well as photos, of their menu. Currently, beverages are discounted so $3-4 for a 16 FL oz drink is a really good deal if you think about what it would cost you at Starbucks for the same size. As a result, I didn't mind feeling adventurous and trying out their unique menu items, such as the MELON JASMINE CREMA LATTE as an iced drink. This automatically comes with their Gold Medal Sirius, which is a dark roast with caramelly notes. Their description is as follows: "The jasmine tea is intertwined with the mellow milk latte, blended with the rich aroma of honeydew melon, just like the open and unrestrained summer gusts of wind staining the dark ink in the field, the dark curry is filled with light green, and the rich and fresh aroma intertwines, leaving a lingering fragrance on the lips and teeth." First sip thoughts... "Mmm subtle melon flavor and oh, there's the coffee notes at the end!" It was quite good for what it is supposed to be but not something I'd get regularly. Even at full sugar, their drinks are not very sweet which I enjoy. Their coffee is strong, they have unique flavors, and the price is unbeatable! This drink was about $3.50. I will definitely be back to try more drinks, especially their matcha. Service was also quite friendly. For example, my sister is a sweet coffee drinker. She ordered the caramel macchiato and said it was "too coffee" for her so I requested two additional pumps of caramel syrup. With no questions asked, they happily fulfilled our request. read more

I didn't know about this chain from China and was not aware of the Grand opening last month, but I did happen to walk by on my way for groceries and saw a huge crowd. They had signs up that they were doing a $2 every drink opening special and the wait time for your coffee would be 45 minutes. About a month later, I finally went to the mall and saw no lines. There were tons of mobile orders being pumped out though so I went by. First I asked how long my drink would take and they said it's normal now, so 5 minutes. Phew! And they still had the $2.8 per drink promotion going on. So I ordered a jasmine milk tea to try. Iced with half sugar. I wanted the matcha jasmine but every time I've seen the menu, it's sold out. Within two minutes, my order was ready to go. The jasmine is a nice flavor, but sadly there was so much milk. My drink was white and tasted like milk with a hint of jasmine. However other people have complimented their coffee as their signature so I think maybe coffee drinks may give this place a try. read more

I happened to be at Fairview Mall this afternoon and noticed there's no long lineup at this new coffee spot right outside of T&T, so I decided to give them a try. They have a 2 page menu on their counter right between the "order" and "pick up" counter. When the staff waved me down to take my order, because of the placement of the menu, I didn't have a chance to look at the menu, so I went with the first item that caught my eye on the menu, the Pampas Blue Coco Latte. This drink caught my attention because of the unique blue colour. The knowledgeable staff said the blue colour is the natural colour of their coconut syrup. I ordered the drink with half sugar. Right after I ordered, I noticed a long lineup of approximately 8 people behind me and the staff immediately advised everybody it's going to be approximately 10 minutes wait time for drinks. I really appreciate this gesture as their location is situated to the exit closest to public transit, some people might be on a schedule to catch the next bus or subway. Because I ordered my drink right before the wave of people joined the line, my drink was ready in under 5 minutes. I enjoyed my latte, it wasn't too sweet with a light coconut flavour and you can definitely taste the coffee! They are currently having a promotion for all drinks at $2.80 (Americanos are $1.50) until November 27. This drink is definitely worth it even at full price. Pretty solid coffee and a convenient location (inside Fairview mall). They've been having quite a few promotions for their opening and continue to have good deals through their app. We got the large pampas blue coco latte for $2.80 through the app (regular price is around $5) I'm not a huge coffee drinker but this was good and not too sweet even though we got it with full sugar. There wasn't much coconut flavour and I don't think the blue colouring added much taste but overall it was nice a creamy caramel-y drink. 1st of all , the milk wasn't frothed, so it's not really a latte. 2nd, since the milk wasn't frothed, it made the coffee warm temp only. Not sure if it was the coffee or croissant, after I finished, I was burping the hole night and want to throw up. It was cheap as new place having promotion but it was very slow on the service waited probably at least 15 min. The place is in the middle of the pathway in the Fairview mall so lots of traffic going around us and loud due to holiday shopping. I would not go again even if the latte was only $3 read more

Recently opened in front of the T&T at Fairview Mall. Ordered the caramel oat macchiato and matcha oat latte on the app. The app was buggy - didn't let me adjust the item for sugar levels or remove an item when I was at the checkout. On the app it said it would take 3 minutes to complete my order but when I got there it was a longer wait. Although I ordered no sugar in my matcha oat latte, it was prepared sweet. I decided to go to Cotti Coffee because my friends had been saying good things about their prices and their drinks, so I thought I'd give it a try. I ordered the iced matcha latte, and I specified less ice. When I got my drink, there was still a substantial amount of ice compared to an iced matcha latte with regular ice. I'm not one to complain and have them redo my drink, so I decided not to say anything about it, but I could tell after I had finished my drink that with the amount of ice, they had out in my drink, my actual drink only filled up about half my cup, which was a little disappointing. I would come again, the prices are affordable and the staff are extremely nice; hopefully, they take sugar and ice levels more seriously next time. read more

Came across Cotti Coffee in Farirview and it happened to be their grand opening. They had a promo where you can get their drinks for $1-$2. The trade off is that it generated a crowd and drink orders were backed up. They do have a mobile app so I would suggest putting your order there. I ordered the Pampas Blue Coco Latte for the sole fact that it was unique and uses dark roast coffee. The drink generally would take 5 to 10 minutes to be ready took 45 to 50 minutes due to the backlog of drinks. It wasn't a big deal for me as I walked around the mall and grabbed lunch while I waited for my drink to be ready. That's where the app came in handy to track the progress :) 4/5 - Pampas Blue Coco Latte Now for the taste of the drink, it tasted pretty good. The balance of the richness from the roasted coffee and the coconut milk and creamy milk they added in. It wasn't too sweet which is how I like my latte. Curious to try the other drinks 5/5 - Service They did such a good job in managing the flood of orders and still had a smile on their face. I know there were a few reviews complaining about how long the wait is, but you cannot expect them to fulfill the orders in 5 minutes when they're probably receiving 100x more orders than usual.
