I typically get the cardamon chai latte here and its one of my favs. They use their own blend to make the flavour and then top it off with a cute design on the coffee. You could taste both the banana milk and the coffee, though it was a little on the watery side. Not my favorite but still enjoyable. The Persimmon Cloud Tea on the other hand, was the winner for me. It wasn't too sweet (even though I forgot to adjust the sweetness), and the cloud foam on top was super yummy. They were also running a $6 off first drink deal, which was awesome. Plus, I got a cute magnet and keychain with my order. One thing to note: there isn't really space for seating inside, so we ended up taking our drinks outside and sitting on a bench nearby. So my friend had to ask for more ice and the barista asked how much, which I honestly feel is a strange question for a barista to ask. There tends to be a standard for these things. Both of my friends said the beans tasted burnt and not good. Also, both of their pastries were not great either. The lemon poppy was so dry and I don't know what my other friend purchased, but he threw it away after a few bites. I'm not sure if the reasoning behind this place being so terrible is because it was inside of a corporate building and they rush their orders, or if it's because it is a chain (so we found out with all of the locations around the city). Either way, we all decided we would have much rather settled for Starbucks.
