Shriya, our waiter was delightful! She did an amazing job guiding us through the menu and was a pleasure to talk to. Every dish we got was unique and delicious. We will definitely be back!

Medium size space with booth and other table seating. This is my second time here and service has been improved. People were helpful in answering our question. They are not closing in afternoon is perk for me. Fusion wrap - 5/5 - Tasty fusion with paneer Veg. Seekh kebab - 4/5 - Good taste may be need work on seasoning. Paneer Biryani - 1/5 - Masala spice hit me badly. Raita was tart so can not lower down the spiciness. It was not like chilling spice but more dry masala that was hard to handle even by person who eats habanaro. I did not have good luck with entrees here but appetizers are always good.

Paneer Tacos

First Indian restaurant in dt Naperville so had to come out n try! The menu is super broad with so many fusion options, but I ended up going with the paneer tacos and paneer makhani. The tacos were super stuffed with toppings and had plenty of sauce. The paneer makhani was very standard but tasty. I'd recommend for solid Indian food, it wasn't anything over the top but everything was good

My husband and I went for taco Tuesday and it was exquisite! I am gluten-free and was well taken care of my tacos were putting a corn shell and I can have a lot on the menu. Wonderful rice dishes and meat dishes. I'm going to go back on a Thursday for their Indian Buffett and salsa Dancing classes Nextdoor! highly recommend the lamb!! I loved it and the bit of spice It had!

Majestic Bao Buns

Went tonight for a birthday celebration and enjoyed it even more than expected! We were intrigued by the fusion concept of the menu, but primarily stuck with Indian food dishes. I have to say we enjoyed all the dishes we chose. We started with Bao buns with delicious chicken. With garlic and plain naan we enjoyed two types of chicken, lamb dish and salmon. Ordered all medium spicy which was perfect. None of the dishes were too oily or over spiced. Added an order of Kashmiri biryani, really full of flavor but not taking away from the other dishes. Staff was attentive clearing plates and filling water. Owner came and chatted with us and brought a complimentary dessert for the birthday celebration. The music was a little loud but nice set up inside and understand they'll have a banquet hall next door. We'll go back and try more fusion items next time.

Chaitini

Absolutely love this place. The atmosphere is beautiful and the food was delicious. Service was on point. My friend and I both got chaitinis and they were delicious. We also got samosas and this fried cauliflower appetizer that was a little spicy but not too much. I could eat that cauliflower every day it was so good. My friend got the Korma Mushroom Ravioli and I got the tumeric shrimp and the sauce was so good. I can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu.

Goan Shrimp Biryani

A Taste of Goa in Naperville - TemptInn Indian Fusion After browsing TemptInn's menu online, I was excited to see several Goan dishes--a rare find in Naperville. As a Goan myself, I had high hopes, and I wasn't disappointed. We visited for a Valentine's Day lunch and were warmly welcomed by Anthony, the owner, who has lived in both Goa and Bombay--just like me. He shared his vision of creating an Indian restaurant that stands apart from the many South Indian spots in town, and I think he's succeeded. With so many tempting options, choosing was tough, but we settled on: -Gobi Manchurian (mild) -Goan Shrimp Biryani -Sizzling Chicken Cafreal (with rice and fries) -Sizzling Goan Recheado Masala Pompano The Gobi Manchurian was perfectly crispy and spiced just right--an absolute delight. The Goan Shrimp Biryani transported me straight back to Goa, with bold, authentic flavors and plenty of shrimp (they didn't skimp!). The Chicken Cafreal was flavorful and true to its Goan roots; the spice level could be dialed down a bit, but the buttery, fragrant rice it came with was incredible. I'd happily trade the fries for more of that rice! The Sizzling Recheado Masala Pompano had that unmistakable, tangy recheado masala flavor I know and love. However, I found the fish too bony--I'm more accustomed to recheado-stuffed pomfrets or mackerels. That said, it was still a treat to experience these flavors outside of India. Overall, TemptInn delivers on its promise of unique, well-executed Indian fusion. I'd definitely order the biryani, gobi manchurian and cafreal again--and I can't wait to try more from their menu!

Exceptional service, fabulous food! Ate here with my daughter before, but today was my first solo visit -- treated like a queen! Russell went the extra mile The Indo/Thai Curry and Indian beer were amazing. Definitely my go-to spot!

Everything we ate here was so yummy but the bao was definitely the favorite. Service was fast and the ambiance was that of a normal nice calm desi restaurant.

Chili Naan delicious!!!

Call us crazy, but we decided to go out for dinner after the storm last weekend. We were one of…read morethe few b/c Tapri was empty that night - which was the unusual - from what I understand. Food-wise, we were happy with our selections. We started with the Babai Punugulu. I can't tell you what it was b/c the description only said: A south indian snack enjoyed on the street side, served hot with house chutneys. I can't tell you if there was meat / protein / veggie in it or not. TBH - the menu should have described it a bit more - but it was good and we enjoyed the chutneys that came with it. Having just looked it up online - they are: golden, bite-sized fritters are made from a fermented batter of rice and urad dal mixed with onions, green chilies, and cumin. For entrees - we got the Butter Tikka Masala (w/ chicken) and Rogan Josh (w/ lamb). We asked for them spicy and I thought the spice level was good, but we could have gone spicier - but one never knows. It came with white rice and we ordered a garlic naan. The naan had a good amount of garlic on it so quite good. We enjoyed both of our entrees - I might have gone chicken for mine instead of lamb next time. The sauces for both dishes were really good and plentiful. The only drawback is the ordering / menu. It's on your phone (no menu in the restaurant) - which makes it hard b/c the phone is small - and you literally have to click on each dish to know what it is. Took a while to order. I would recommend having a hard copy menu - or changing the online portion where you can see the descriptions easily w/o having to click on each one. Overall - a great place with good food.

The chickpea stew, puffy bread, and samosas were my favorite! The sauces were all delicious as well. What a wonderful little gem! I wish I lived nearby. I would be here every week. I have been to many restaurants where food is not that great but the customer service is top notch and for that I give them credit, but at this place they turned out every small request we made for food for our small kid, we didn't ask for anything for free, we asked to customize, which they straight turned down, they have nothing that is kid friendly here. Good Food, But the Difference in Service Was Hard to Ignore…read more My daughter and I visited on August 30th, and I deliberately waited a few days before writing this review because I wanted to be fair about our experience. We have lived in this area for almost four years after moving from the East Coast. We consider ourselves foodies, especially when it comes to international cuisine, and have explored several Indian restaurants throughout the Naperville area. I first discovered this restaurant when ordering takeout. During that visit, a gentleman whom I believe was the manager was exceptionally kind and even allowed us to sample a few items from the buffet. I told him I would return, and I did. Unfortunately, our dine-in experience was very different. After being seated, we received water, but no one returned to check on us. I finished my first plate, and my daughter finished hers before the naan and tandoori chicken were brought to our table approximately 20 minutes later. I am vegetarian, so the chicken wasn't important to me, but we had almost forgotten about the naan by the time it arrived. My daughter also ordered a simple tea. The waiter acknowledged her order, but the tea never came. What concerned us most was watching what happened with the customers who arrived after us. As new customers were seated, we repeatedly heard the sizzling tandoori chicken being brought to their tables, along with naan, within minutes. My back was turned, but my daughter could see the room and began noticing how quickly the other tables were being served. Meanwhile, no one returned to ours to ask the most basic customer-service question: "How is everything? Do you need anything?" My daughter and I were the only Black/African American customers in the restaurant at the time. I am not claiming to know anyone's intentions, but I would be dishonest if I said the noticeable difference in service didn't make us wonder why our table was being treated differently. We frequently dine at Indian and other international restaurants where we may be the only African American customers present, and that has never been an issue. What made this experience uncomfortable was the obvious difference in the level of service we received compared with the service provided to those around us. Before leaving, I quietly spoke with the gentleman at the register, whom I believe was the manager. When our waiter approached, the manager asked him why my daughter's drink had never been brought. The waiter apologized and appeared ready to get her a tea to go, but by then I declined. I want to acknowledge the manager for his sincere, respectful, and genuine apology. He explained that they were short-staffed because someone had not shown up for work. I appreciated the way he handled my concern, and he is the primary reason I chose not to leave a one-star review. However, being short-staffed does not fully explain why customers who arrived after us, received prompt service while our table was repeatedly overlooked. In a restaurant, teamwork should help fill those gaps. I worked as a waitress many years ago; I am a professional writer, and I own my own business. I know what good customer service looks like, and I understand the importance of how people are treated when they choose to spend their money with your business. The food was good. The service experience was not. After giving it considerable thought, I don't believe I would return for their weekend buffet. There are many Indian restaurants in the Naperville area, and good food alone isn't enough when a dining experience leaves you questioning why your table received a noticeably different level of service. I may consider ordering takeout again because I did enjoy the food, and I sincerely appreciate the manager for listening to my concerns. I hope management receives this review in the spirit in which it is written: not simply as criticism, but as an opportunity to make sure every customer who walks through that door receives the same respect, attention, and hospitality. In comparison, excellent food and customer service have kept me coming back to A2B, Shimla Peppers, Indian Harvest, and Bombay Chopsticks (which also offers an excellent buffet). Unfortunately, after this experience, I don't believe I will add Cuisine of India to my list of favorite restaurants or recommend it to friends or others in the area. Because in business, you never truly know who has just walked through your door. Never judge a book by its cover. You don't know who they are. By Author P
