The staff are friendly, easy to work with, and lobby is nice! I took my car in for partial hood PPF and ceramic coating. I also did a paint polish before the ceramic coating. The price was reasonable. After they gave me back my car, there were spots of the PPF that was sticking out. They fixed it on the spot. Then took it home, the spot lifted again. I contacted them and they had me bring it in to take care of it. They took care of the lifted PPF and haven't had a problem since. Also took the car in for a complimentary wash 2 weeks after the coating. Overall, great service, great price, and happy with the results. Would go here again and I'm bummed I didn't find this place sooner, I would've taken my truck here as well!

Brand new 2026 Raptor, spent well over $100k to have the car brought to Arizona etc in perfect…read morecondition with no rock chips or any damages etc. i did a complete inspection piece by piece before bringing it to Hyer Quality Detail for a detail. All for them to scratch it while cleaning and ruining my leather. Dealership quoted me $2600 before tax just for the lower section of my seat. Hyer denied that this was his staff (as most owners would) but i know this wasn't there before the detail. Ultimately ended up in him saying he has a guy who can repair it and make it look like new but that's beside the fact that this is a BRAND NEW TRUCK with 0 MILES on it. And now I'm sitting here having to worry about getting an aftermarket repair on my brand new truck. Not very happy. I've recommended my own employees to this shop too and tons of friends. Unfortunately it's looking like this is no longer a trusting option with all their recent employee changes etc. they're not what it used to be. If they make this right and replace the cusion i will update the review.

Engine compartment looked brand new, the interior looked great and the exterior was bright and shiny. Matthew took the time to show me a few water spots they couldn't get out, and recommended that a ceramic coat could eliminate the flaw. The did a phenomenal job detailing all the exterior trim and the interior. Love the cleaned and conditioned leather! They were able to finish the job pretty quickly too--they estimated it would be ready at the end of the day, but they were done in 3 hours.

The garage is clean and bright and the staff is friendly, and Andrew knows his business. We had a great conversation about putting a clear PPF over a color wrap to help extend it's life. We had our Tesla Y wrapped and were ready for a refresh. Andrew and his folks took good care of us. They removed the old wrap and installed the new wrap in less than a week. We chose to have a clear PPF applied over the color wrap. They suggest that the wrap set for a couple of weeks before the clear PPF is applied, so we took her back a couple weeks later and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. In total, this is the fourth time I've taken a car in for a wrap and our first with OzBraz. Our experience here was definitely a notch above any other. We highly recommend Andrew and his team. We live in Fountain Hills, so it was a bit of a drive for us, but it was WELL worth it.

The place was easy to find. I was a bit confused on which door to enter into but go to the one in the corner! Once in the lobby area, press the doorbell for service. Hector came out and greeted me and we went out to look at the car. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He confirmed which areas would be worked on for full front PPF with door cups added and asked if there were any other areas of concern. We talked about a few other things that I was planning to get done as well (services not offered here) and he recommended a few places! Picked up my car today (Wednesday) during lunch around 2:30. We went to the garage to check out the work. Hector and his team did an amazing job with the PPF! He said give it a few more days to cure and let him know if there is anything that comes up that needs to be looked at. I'll be coming back for tint in about a month or so. We looked over the tint shades and he showed me an example of the shade I wanted and how it looks on a car. Everyone here is really nice and you can tell they care about their customers. I had some cosmetic damage to my car from a…read moreleaky pipe in the parking garage where I work, and I went to Scott to see if a detailing would take care of it or if the panel needed to be completely repainted. He took out his power washer and buffer on the spot and got almost all of it off right then and there in about 5 minutes, then explained what it would take to really get the rest of the staining off, with a decent quote to do the whole car. I had the property manager of my work building call him to pay for the service, then Scott got me scheduled on a weekend, picked up my car first thing in the morning, drove it to his shop for the job, and drove it back when he was done. He was very communicative and honest, quick to respond to my texts, and knows his stuff. When he brought my car back looking almost brand new, I fell in love with her all over again. Scott walked me through everything he did, recommended how to keep it looking nice, also pointed out how the paint on the hood is beginning to suffer some micro cracks from this awful heat and what to do about it. He also noted an oily residue on the engine that he couldn't completely get rid of and advised I might want to ask a mechanic about it just in case. Scott does good work, he's easy to talk to, punctual, and knows what he's doing. For the work he did and in this kind of heat, I'd say it would be worth every penny even if I'd been spending it myself. I'm going to want to have this done again next year, I know that for sure.
