I usually go to Valvoline or Dealer for my oil changes. I work across the street, and I'm a manager for Costco Someone suggested trying these guys out and said there was a Groupon for them. Bought Groupon headed over pulled in Bay Hood up. Not one other car in Bay 2 employees come to help tell them I'm interested in full synthetic oil change. Employee tells me price. "Up to this point thought I found my new oil change spot." Explain I have Groupon voucher and instant negativity ."Did you buy it today?" Yes, I replied he said 24- to 48 hrs to use it.. I said no, it's confirmed that it's good to go I received email ... He replied no other people have brought them, and it takes 24 hrs. At least come back tomorrow, I drive out of bay and park contact Groupon, and they say no its good to go there is nothing that restricts same day use they are wrong, and we will send up to escalations. Long story short . After reading other reviews with same problems, whoever the owner of this establishment or management understands that you guys put your business on Groupon, if you don't want people to use it, take it off happily, paying more and waiting on refund from Groupon. Came in for full synthetic oil change and witnessed a customer going off on the manager. She want to combine offers off Groupon for an oil change on full synthetic oil. The manager said they couldn't combine offers but offer a discount that was a little less than one of the Groupon offers. Customer was adamant in their demands despite the manager doing his best to diffuse the situation. I think he handled it in a professional manner by giving alternatives, explaining policy and how the discounts work, while maintaining a calm tone throughout the conversation. Besides the amazing customer service where else can you get a full synthetic oil change for 96$? Been coming here for a year for good reason, always satisfied with the customer service and work here. read more

As a young WOMEN who is not super into cars but not dumb, please DO NOT GO HERE! I'm not sure if they are just unaware of how to do certain parts of their job or if they tried to take advantage of me. I think they were trying to take advantage because they did my oil change then told me next time that i will need a 4x4 service. I DONT HAVE A 4x4, I have an AWD which is different and has different maintenance. At the time I just let it be because if they want to recommend something to me that my car isn't even equipped for is wild and just blatantly either bad at there job or trying to take advantage of a small young women!!! I will not be going back here, and I know have to get it inspected at the dealership to ensure they did not mess up anything or do any suspicious because they clearly didn't know what they were doing. They also said I would be needing a AC service next time, my car is basically brand new and my service manual says I shouldn't need that for many, many more miles. Not to mention each of these services cost a lot of money , one being almost $200 and the other almost $500. Places like this should be ashamed of themselves for trying scam money out of a young women like me and cause more distress. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE A WOMEN! read more

I have a Kia that is burning oil and I asked about a PCV valve replacement and an oil change. Eddie told me there's a recall with Kia on this issue and replacing the PCV valve would be a waste of money due to the recall. He changed my oil and said to bring the car back after 1000 miles and he would top it off if there was a long wait for the dealer to address the issue. Eddie was honest and efficient and I would highly recommend him for your car's oil change. What a breath of fresh air to find a mechanic that is 100% honest!! read more

My car had check engine light and was very much in need of an oil change, Jovany was very knowledgeable and explained all sorts of inner workings of my vehicle. As a woman, I felt heard and that he was honest and that he didn't sell me stuff I didn't need unlike Jiffy Lube which LOVES to sell you air filters. They checked the engine light for free and gave me excellent advice for further vehicle care. The only note was that I thought their price match guarantee was for any other oil change but they only match other drive thru oil changes, so not Walmart, but I'm guessing Jiffy Lube. All in all I preferred their service, knowledge and expertise. Would recommend. read more

Came here a few months ago. Guy manipulated me into giving him a 5 star in exchange for $10 off a $200 oil change. Everyone, and oil change should be under or near $100. He made it seem like he was giving me a GREAT deal.... My partner went here again last week. He had a coolant leak and the same guy told him he needed a new engine?!? I am a 21 year old girl. I looked under his hood, saw there was a buildup of fluid below his radiator hose, replaced the hose, fixed. I know this guy isn't an idiot. He is a lied. My husband took our car in for an oil change on 3/2/20 using a Groupon. There were no issues, said it was quick, no issues with charges. Here we are on 3/6 and there is a puddle of oil under the car. My husband checked it and could see oil dripping from the drain plug. He took it back and was told that they have had lots of cars coming back for the same thing. He was told it wasn't torqued enough. If you're reading this and you know how to change your oil, this is concerning that they torqued the plug to make it stop and said to bring it back if it still leaked. Now we have to be concerned they've stripped our drain plug. If you've had your oil changed here (especially recently) check for oil where you park you car. They charge 49.99 for a full synthetic oil change. Then another 47.00 at the shop bc the Groupon deal doesn't cover enough quarts of oil. Not to mention the guy spilled oil all over my brand new Denali truck engine bc he was talking to his buddy, an not paying attention. He washes it off with water an says "there's going to be some residue, don't worry if there's smoke. I washed off the oil. But oil always get spilled on the engine when doing oil changes." Wow. Red flag. This isn't my 2003 Toyota Camry!!!! This place is terrrrrrrribl My Denali has 20,000 miles on it. I'm driving around now. An my brand new tuck smells like burnt oil. Reminds me of my first car I got when I was 16 for 1000 dollars. My 60k truck smells like my old 1991 Honda with a blown head gasket thanks to these clowns. Run. Arturo has contacted me. I wasn't sure if they'd turn me away or not, but they welcomed me with a smile. As soon as I entered, I watched as Eric and his team worked like a well-oiled machine to get me in and out. This team went above and beyond to take care of my car and didn't try to oversell any additional or unnecessary services. The price was reasonable and each of the guys was extremely personable.
