Came in for an oil change. Found this new spot from advertisements in the mail and called around to find this as the least expensive location. Most times, places either do minimum work and/or up-sell you on more services (that I assume are unnecessary). The manager walked me through my vehicle's car facts and two major preventative fluid changes have never been done (175k+ miles). Crazy, given the fact that I try to do as much as possible. My whole thought is safety first as well as preventing larger expenses. Needless to say, went ahead and added onto the original work order. Would definitely recommend this place for maintenance. Advertised as a drive-thru service. But they were swapping out oil drums when I arrived. So I ended up stepping into the office. Quick edits: apparently differential fluids were out of stock and had to order it from outside. Caused an almost hour delay and wasn't told until :30 after initial completion time quoted. Came in for full synthetic oil change and witnessed a customer going off on the manager. She want to combine offers off Groupon for an oil change on full synthetic oil. The manager said they couldn't combine offers but offer a discount that was a little less than one of the Groupon offers. Customer was adamant in their demands despite the manager doing his best to diffuse the situation. I think he handled it in a professional manner by giving alternatives, explaining policy and how the discounts work, while maintaining a calm tone throughout the conversation. Besides the amazing customer service where else can you get a full synthetic oil change for 96$? Been coming here for a year for good reason, always satisfied with the customer service and work here. read more

I have a Kia that is burning oil and I asked about a PCV valve replacement and an oil change. Eddie told me there's a recall with Kia on this issue and replacing the PCV valve would be a waste of money due to the recall. He changed my oil and said to bring the car back after 1000 miles and he would top it off if there was a long wait for the dealer to address the issue. My car had check engine light and was very much in need of an oil change, Jovany was very knowledgeable and explained all sorts of inner workings of my vehicle. As a woman, I felt heard and that he was honest and that he didn't sell me stuff I didn't need unlike Jiffy Lube which LOVES to sell you air filters. They checked the engine light for free and gave me excellent advice for further vehicle care. The only note was that I thought their price match guarantee was for any other oil change but they only match other drive thru oil changes, so not Walmart, but I'm guessing Jiffy Lube. Came here a few months ago. Guy manipulated me into giving him a 5 star in exchange for $10 off a $200 oil change. Everyone, and oil change should be under or near $100. He made it seem like he was giving me a GREAT deal.... My partner went here again last week. He had a coolant leak and the same guy told him he needed a new engine?!? I am a 21 year old girl. I looked under his hood, saw there was a buildup of fluid below his radiator hose, replaced the hose, fixed. I know this guy isn't an idiot. He is a lied. My husband took our car in for an oil change on 3/2/20 using a Groupon. There were no issues, said it was quick, no issues with charges. Here we are on 3/6 and there is a puddle of oil under the car. My husband checked it and could see oil dripping from the drain plug. He took it back and was told that they have had lots of cars coming back for the same thing. He was told it wasn't torqued enough. If you're reading this and you know how to change your oil, this is concerning that they torqued the plug to make it stop and said to bring it back if it still leaked. Now we have to be concerned they've stripped our drain plug. If you've had your oil changed here (especially recently) check for oil where you park you car. It could mean the difference of needing a new engine. read more

They charge 49.99 for a full synthetic oil change. Then another 47.00 at the shop bc the Groupon deal doesn't cover enough quarts of oil. Not to mention the guy spilled oil all over my brand new Denali truck engine bc he was talking to his buddy, an not paying attention. He washes it off with water an says "there's going to be some residue, don't worry if there's smoke. I washed off the oil. But oil always get spilled on the engine when doing oil changes." Wow. Red flag. This isn't my 2003 Toyota Camry!!!! This place is terrrrrrrribl My Denali has 20,000 miles on it. I'm driving around now. An my brand new tuck smells like burnt oil. Reminds me of my first car I got when I was 16 for 1000 dollars. My 60k truck smells like my old 1991 Honda with a blown head gasket thanks to these clowns. Run. Arturo has contacted me. I visited this location for the second time today, and thanks to Eric, Jovany and James, I was out in 10 minutes. I arrived roughly 15 minutes before they closed with 6% oil left. I wasn't sure if they'd turn me away or not, but they welcomed me with a smile. As soon as I entered, I watched as Eric and his team worked like a well-oiled machine to get me in and out. This team went above and beyond to take care of my car and didn't try to oversell any additional or unnecessary services. The price was reasonable and each of the guys was extremely personable. I came in for an oil and transmission fluid change and they were fantastic! The young man who helped me (I wish I got his name) was so professional and thorough. He talked me through every step, came and showed me parts and such as they worked to keep me in the loop. They were reasonably priced and fast, and they even double checked their work and fixed the transmission fluid levels when they saw they weren't full all the way.
