I came in for an oil and transmission fluid change and they were fantastic! The young man who helped me (I wish I got his name) was so professional and thorough. He talked me through every step, came and showed me parts and such as they worked to keep me in the loop. They were reasonably priced and fast, and they even double checked their work and fixed the transmission fluid levels when they saw they weren't full all the way. Excellent service!!! First time there, the experience from the start was amazing. Told me pricing before I even pulled into the bay which I loved. He then gave me advice on which oil would be best for my baby. I sat in my car the whole time, didn't have to get out. Service was fast and spot on. I came here on 4/16/23 for an oil change. It was my second time returning because I had such a great experience the first time with Jovany as the person who assisted me. Jovany was the person who assisted me this time as well, and his over-the-top custom service certainly deserves a great review. I was due for new breaks and rotors as well, and he got the whole job done in 1 hour, and I didn't even have an appointment. I know very little about cars, and it was so refreshing to have an honest mechanic educate me, show me examples, and walk me through the process for my own personal knowledge so I understood what I was paying for. I used a Groupon at this place before. They charged me about $50 because my car required an additional quart of oil. Really? 1 addiquart is $50? OK, so I thought I still I might be a recurring customer, so I bought another Groupon. I drove 30 some miles for a synthetic oil change. I pulled my car up to the rack and the kid looked up my license plate and said I, I can't use the Groupon on the same car. I thought, what the hell, I never heard of such a thing. So much for trying to be a repeat customer. Anyway, I gave the Groupon as a "gift" to someone else. Turns out my friend who has a VW bug "required another quart" too. The Groupon says they'll do a oil change up to five quarts. Since when does a VW bug take 6 quarts. This place is a scam. Don't partake in this stupidity. read more

My daughter just went in for an oil change she has a 2006 Mercedes and was charged $170 I told my daughter to wait as I was trying to find out what the average cost is. Well she didn't and they did her oil change. I then asked a mechanic that works at a dealership and he said the cost should be about $80-$90 for an oil change for her car. I spoke to the gentleman who did her oil changed and asked him and basically said yes it's cheaper at a dealership to get your oil changed and more expensive at their location and locations like jiffy lube and such because that's what they specialize in. I just feel like she was taken advantage of because she's young and didn't know better. read more

I'm so glad I came here. Randy, Eric, Eddie and Art were very helpful. 1st time I went Randy and Eric did a oil change on my care and mentioned some recommendations that needed to be done on my car immediately. So I made a 2nd appt to get the stuff done and my car is running so much better. Eddie also mentioned that my struts needed to be changed immediately so I had that done. Granted I bought the car only for 800 bucks and have literally paid that much and more getting it running smoothly and so I can drive to and from Escondido for work but I feel now 100% safe driving. On the first visit I purchased a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change, and they did not honor the Groupon, I was there and still needed an oil change so I got it anyways and tried to get a refund from Groupon. (Which they did not do). So, today I was emailed a coupon from Synfast directly, for $25.00 off a full synthetic so I decided to give them another go. I get there and I was immediately quoted 110.00 for the oil change, so I was thinking ok, with the $25.00 off from the synfast coupon, it was high but ok. I presented the coupon they were confused at the coupon, which had been sent out by their own store/company. They said they would honor the coupon but the price went up to 129.00, go figure.
