Oil change done lazily. They left my oil 1 quart low. They left part of my skid plate off and ruined the entire under carriage cover that my skid plate attached to due to their laziness in not putting my skid plate back on. Nope!!!! Got here at 1:45 pm there were cars parked in garage getting oil change. The car next to us drove in maybe 5 minutes after we both arrived at the same time. He finished and the car in our lane was still being worked on, 10 more minutes go by, now the 2nd car that arrived after us drove in to get an oil change, it's now 2:15 and we're still waiting.... Ridiculous! Right! These guys definitely deserve a five star rating for the wonderful customer service they gave me today. I was running late but in desperate need of an oil change. Initially I had plans to go to another place, but this location was more convenient. Even though I pulled in kind of late, I was immediately met with a friendly attitude and eager willingness to get the job done. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable, and even made sure my new tires had the right pressure. I believe they had to go drive and pick up a special part for my car (which I find common for my vehicle) and did so in less than 10 minutes without hesitation. I have to say this was one of the most thorough oil changes I've ever sat through. They really took their time to make sure it was done right and even did a few extra things I haven't seen before at other quick oil change locations. I was in need of an oil change for my 2013 Audi A4 and stopped in at Jiffy Lube off Winchester/Margarita thinking it would be quick and was told the wait was an hour and 20 minutes possibly more which I could not wait as I had to run errands for back to school. I called immediately after leaving and spoke with Art who said to come down and he would take care of my vehicle plus he matched Jiffy Lube's price. It was a very efficient experience. Without digging for a coupon, the dealership charged me $50.00. Synfast offers drive thru service, but at the price, you are paying a premium and then some for the convenience. I will say I appreciated the quick upfront price given to me over the phone. Several other places I called acted as if it was a mystery and did not want to commit to a price. But hey. $100 oil change ? I don't think so. I had a coupon for $25 off a synthetic oil change and came to Synfast. I anticipated paying around $50-$60 with my coupon. After the service I was told the service was $75. I said "with coupon?" The manager said YES! I was very surprised at Toyota Temecula auto dealership a synthetic oil change is $75 with a car wash! So basically to go to this quick change it is MORE than regular price at the dealer. I have gone to Valvoline 15 minute for a better inspection and better price usually around $65! I was very dissatisfied with the service as well as the price. The manager knew this and did nothing. The place was completely empty when I went I see why these outrageous prices. Will NEVER go back and would not recommend to anyone. A $100 oil change is not ok. read more
