In and out in matter of minutes. Really kind workers, attentive to detail. I enjoyed actually understanding all the problems wrong with my car, (some mechanics just tell you a certain part is faulty or needs to be replaced.) all and all, I loved this place. Definitely recommended:) read more

Eddie and Jovany were fast and efficient. I went in around 9am, no wait, in and out in under 20 min!

Full disclaimer. Never went here. Just wanted people to be aware. I called and asked how much a full synthetic oil change for a 2014 escape. I was told, $94. and change. Without digging for a coupon, the dealership charged me $50.00. Synfast offers drive thru service, but at the price, you are paying a premium and then some for the convenience. I will say I appreciated the quick upfront price given to me over the phone. Several other places I called acted as if it was a mystery and did not want to commit to a price. But hey. It's your money. read more

$100 oil change ? I don't think so. I had a coupon for $25 off a synthetic oil change and came to Synfast. I anticipated paying around $50-$60 with my coupon. After the service I was told the service was $75. I said "with coupon?" The manager said YES! I was very surprised at Toyota Temecula auto dealership a synthetic oil change is $75 with a car wash! So basically to go to this quick change it is MORE than regular price at the dealer. I have gone to Valvoline 15 minute for a better inspection and better price usually around $65! I was very dissatisfied with the service as well as the price. The manager knew this and did nothing. The place was completely empty when I went I see why these outrageous prices. Will NEVER go back and would not recommend to anyone. A $100 oil change is not ok. read more

Thank you to Art for noticing my boyfriend and I stranded outside of his car in a parking space with the hood popped out. Art was attentive and extremely helpful with providing his assistance to help my boyfriend with his vehicle with the proper care and knowledge both Art and Eddie provided. They were both helpful and communicative. It was great doing business with them. read more

Not sure how you can run an oil change business when they tell you that it'll be over 200 dollars, and it's going to take longer than usual with no customers in the booths. read more

I had went in today get my oil change. The staff were Great and provided fast service! They were very professional!

Glad I came here on a whim. Just needed an oil change but had a question about my braking system fault. Helped me out with what was wrong and went further than I expected. Friendly staff, will come here again in the futur. read more

No complaints here. They always have me in and out quickly (I'm not kidding, today's oil change was well under 5 minutes) and are super friendly. Plus, I don't feel like I'm going to be pressured into a bunch of things I don't need. They keep great records and greet me by name when I pull in. Love supporting local businesses like this one. read more

I drove here from San Diego because of all the good reviews I have read! It's hard being a young female and finding a trustworthy mechanic and all the staff here at Synfast were more than accommodating! I came in to get my breaks replaced, full suspension, and spark plugs changed. Turns out my breaks were fine! They were honest and upfront about cost and repairs, which is hard to find now a days. I would recommend Synfast Temecula to anyone and everyone! read more

Brought my car in today for a usual oil change but had noticed it hadn't been running the best in recent weeks. Jovany brought a few issues to my attention and recommended several services, educating me about what each item means for overall performance. He wasn't pushy at all, but rated each problem and recommendation in terms of time priority and safety, and let me decide what I would like to do. He also gave me a really good deal on all of the services bundled. I feel better about my upcoming road trip and plan on coming back here for any future car needs. I have used several quick oil change/service companies previously but Synfast and Jovany are by far the best! read more

Quick service and reasonable prices. Art was helpful and informative. Will come back for future automotive needs

Came over to SynFast Oil Change after a not so great experience at Jiffy Lube. SynFast took me in right away, gave me a great price, were professional, kid and did a great job getting me in and out. Would recommend to anyone needing quick and quality service! Thank you Art and SynFast team! read more

If you're looking for a HONEST mechanic who will take care of you and your car. Come here! Had some issues with my car and they took care of every issue and the price was very reasonable! read more

I can't say enough about Eddie and his team at Synfast! I moved to town in Dec. 2020 and took a shot when 2 of my vehicles needed oil changes. He has serviced my transmission and A/C and diagnosed a couple other issues on my older cars. He knows his stuff, has fixed or advised on my issues and is priced lower than actual mechanics shops! My last issue was with my F150 and he fixed the problem with the A/C at a fraction of other quotes. Tell him Todd sent you. read more

Jovany did an outstanding job of helping me with my oil change today. I had actually been in a few weeks ago because of the low oil light that came on in my car. He checked my oil level and showed me it was just a bit low, I didn't really need oil then. Talk about honesty! Well, I knew I'd be back when I actually did need my oil changed. Highly recommend SynFast! read more

Came in for an oil change and was greeted by Art! I was expecting to have a bit of a wait time, but the service was fast. Not only was the service fast, but also handled with care. No longer than 10 minutes for my oil change. After Art finished the oil change, he was super helpful and recommended some services that needed to be done. He broke it down and made sure I understood what he recommended. To help out he also sent an invoice of all recommendations, which made it so much easier to look over. I ended up getting the services he recommended and could not be happier. Art and the rest of the employees work diligently and with care. Love the service and employees here! 100% recommend!! read more

I brought my Ford Mustang here for a oil change and they discovered that my serpentine belt had cracks in it. They were able to quickly replace it along with the rear end fluid in about 35 minutes with the oil change. They also cut me a deal on the oil change since I had other services. Art seemed professional and knowledgeable. I'll be coming back. read more

They're very efficient and don't bother trying to upsell you with things you don't need, or I assume aren't critical to drivability. Ask if they have your grade of oil since they have a few selections on tap. read more

I navigate my life using Yelp lol but one thing I realized is it's rare I take the time to rate businesses. I definitely need to rate this place. If I could give 10 stars without a doubt I would. I first located this place from a Groupon. My initial visit was fast, easy and pleasant. Beyond an oil change, they advised me my transmission had a leak and he educated me about potential problems. The gentleman offered to take a picture for me and did. Being I'm a female and clueless on anything car related, I was skeptical. My car was under warranty so I took it to the dealership. Over $500 worth of work was done based on what this man noticed while doing an oil change. That gained my trust moving forward. On my last visit, they noticed wear on my belt. Again, they took a picture, I consulted with my father and they repaired it for me at a great price. I then brought my 16 year old sons car in for an inspection. Just wow. They did it for free and educated me with honesty. Even offered their opinions on how I should proceed. I believe it was this visit I said I need to speak to a manager because all my encounters have been fast service, cost effective, positive, professional, great customer service, just exceeding all my expectations. If you got this far reading, don't hesitate to go here. THIS IS IT! Here's where I am at fault, I don't remember anyone's name. I believe the manager I spoke with was the district manager, a Hispanic gentleman. I hope corporate is reading this because he is absolutely indispensable to your company! Whatever he is doing and the people he is hiring is exactly everything right. The gentleman who noticed my transmission was also a Hispanic man. So kind and knowledgeable. Two others I have encountered were a Caucasian female (her father is a mechanic) and a Caucasian male with tattoos I believe. I was in shock how much knowledge the woman had, sorry if that sounds bias but it was impressive. Each employee I have encountered has been excellent! I only gave a description in hopes this will identify them. Regardless, your team is full of excellent customer service, honesty and integrity. I am officially a forever customer. Thank you, Alexandria Borsack EDIT: Eddie is the manager I spoke with and is the absolute best. I then spoke to Art to commend his team. Great job everyone. read more

Jovany to great care of me. This was legit a 10 min oil change. He only recommended what I actually needed. Which, being a woman, honesty is a tough commodity to come by. I'm in temecula once a month for my doctor and I'll only come here! *****5 stars read more

Called in for oil change with my oil etc, told them 2016 Diesel Ram 1500 told me $35 worse case or maybe $25. When I got to their place the guy wanted to charge me $69.99 I even told him the max I have ever paid was $40. They would rather be empty to charge double then to have some business... read more

Thank you so much. We went in for an oil change and that went great. While the car was there the person working at the shop also mentioned that the water pump is making a strange sound. I am really happy that he took the time to let us know about that so that we could get it fixed. It went above my expectations that the oil change technician would be able to provide that kind of information. I think we would've paid a lot more for just diagnostics at any shop. read more

Great service and great customer satisfaction. Art and Eddie were great in helping me get what I needed for my car. Not once did I feel like they were trying to sell me something. They were honest with what my car needed. Thanks Art and Eddie! read more

Very friendly and quick staff! Went in for an oil change and light change. They didn't have the light so i went next door to get it and they told me which one it was. When I came back they not only fixed that but fixed the battery placement on my car as it was loose and informed me on my low tires that as a new driver didn't notice! Super cool and friendly staff! read more

I am new to the area and I came here because of a flyer we got in our mail. Once I got there they received me very quickly and with great service. They even took my coupon from a pic on my phone. Also it was drive thru style which I loved as I have little ones and I didn't even have to get them out of the car. They checked my car and had me out and ready in 15 min. Would definitely recommend. read more

Jovany was the expert who helped me out today. My oil change was done in an easy 8-10 minutes. I came in blind as this is my first car i've owned on my own. He filled me in on all the information I needed to know and even went through my cars carfax with me because I mentioned how the car was new to me from the dealership. He told me about how quite a few cars recently had come in with problems from the dealership and things that had been overseen by the dealership. He really went above and beyond and more than that he was just easy to talk too and get along with. Car is working perfectly and running beautifully. I will DEFINITELY be coming back, thank you Jovany!!!!! read more

Usually I'm pretty skeptical when it comes to mechanic shops, however Art, was very transparent and genuine. Him and his team of guys got my car out with a full service of a time of items out in about 3 and a half hours. He worked with me in regards to the price which I appreciate very much. I'd definitely recommend coming to this shop if you need service on your vehicle. Very cool guys that will actually take care of you and your vehicle to make sure you're good to go. 5/5 read more

We use synfast as our normal oil change place. But, yesterday we went in because we have been putting off some work needed on one of our commuter cars. Giovanni was very helpful in letting us know what needed to be done at the moment or could wait about 6 months. They did not do anything unnecessary, were honest, and affordable. I'd recommend them to anyone. read more
