I don't know why everybody is complaining about this AMAZING bowling alley. Is it their fault that you suck at bowling?? This alley has plenty of space, great music, nice people, and it's NOT crazy loud like some of these other places. The music is def there, but you have no problem having a conversation with your bowling partner. People complain about the games, that's funny because I won the game "stacker" here and got my sister a drone helicopter. I mean maybe they should give the arcade little more attention, but a quarter stuck here and there is inevitable. I'm sure they'd give you your money back. On top of that, it's a bowling alley, and the best one to say the very least. P.S. That bartender is way cool!! Went here for the third time and will never come back. Had a 2 o'clock reservation and from the start it was a downhill slide. Started with waiting in line for 10-15 minutes as the people at the desk assigned people to lanes. Finally got on a lane, started bowling and about 5 minutes in they come by and re-oil the lane. Disrupting our game and costing us time, which started when we walked in the door. NOT when we actually started bowling. So I decided to ask for a couple extra minutes to compensate for the oiling and was met with "No, we already give you 10 extra minutes." So the 10 minutes waiting in line is what they were counting. They couldn't even add 5 minutes for the oiling that should have already been done.. Absolutely horrendous business practices. Whoever owns/manages this place is a total clown. It would be such an easy thing to open the door 15 minutes early. That way everyone could get assigned lanes and actually start bowling at 2. If time needed to be added for a broken pin setter or oiling the lane it could be done and still have everyone out by the next reservation time. Customers would be satisfied and happy. Will go to round 1 or bowlero from now on. read more

I don't even want to give it 1 star! This place was horrible! Save your money and go to the Murrieta bowling alley! The VIP room was the biggest waste of money. Our room wasn't even ready when we got there to check in so that cut into our 90 minutes of bowling and they wouldn't even give us an extra 15 minutes to finish our games when they were late cleaning it and letting us in on our scheduled time. There was 2 families there so they couldn't even use the excuse that they were busy! They have a Lazy and rude staff that works up front. This place is outdated and dirty! read more

Temecula Lanes takes the gold medal for worst bowling lanes establishment I have ever been to. To start off the service was beyond terrible, every game I tried to play was broken and more infuriating to play than anything else. The workers were offended and very rude when asked simple questions, for example "is there more than one dart that works?"- No "Can I have a refill on my dr. pepper?" -No, could I order a drink from the bar without it taking more than 10 minutes on a slow Saturday night? -No It was as if every worker was so pained that I had the audacity to ask for them to do their job (that was after I had to walk around the entire building looking for someone who was actually working) Just as the cherry on top of the terrible service, their marinara sauce tastes straight like tomato paste out of a can. A friend recommended I check out the VIP room at Temecula Lanes as an option for our child's birthday. I went yesterday and checked out the space. Looked like it'd be a great fit for us so I inquired with staff about the need to bring our own food due to allergies. Staff said since it's a health issue they should be able to come up with accommodation. I was excited that we'd found a place for the party and contacted the 800# I was given (found it odd that I couldn't book directly onsite since I was already there) only to find out that there are no accommodations and the only option was to eat the food offered by the alley. I was disappointed to get the news and hope that the owners/management would consider offering more accommodation and options considering that 32 million people in the US have food allergies and for children under 18 one in thirteen are affected. read more

I wanted to write this review and say how pleased my family and I were with our visit here today. You did have to make a reservation, which we did in advance. As soon as we walked in you could smell the cleanliness of this bowling alley. Everything was awesome! The customer service was amazing and it was very clean. There are 6 of us in my family and we loved how they gave each group their own space. We got super lucky and recieved the VIP room. Very clean, spacious and just overall a wonderful experience. You must go and check it out! Make sure to call or go online to reserve your lane. No food or drinks are served at this time but it was great to finally get to go out and bowl. Pretty cool place compared to Brunswick! Been coming here to recently to play pool. They have 4 tables which could probably be spaced apart little more or in a better section , it's next to a bar (which had very slow service) and an alright arcade ,but on a Friday -Saturday night, when kids are playing games and screaming it ruins the atmosphere since the tables are right next to them. Tables are 10$ an hour, usual price ,and it's enough time ! I would say if your planning on coming down on a busy night. Defiantly call ahead and get on the waiting list ! read more

I've been coming here since they've opened and I love it! The environment is very clean and well kept. Sometimes the wait can be a while but it's worth it. They typically have a good music selection and fun arcade area. They have a wide selection of beers and other mixed drinks. They have good food as well, sometimes a little pricy but if your hungry it's worth it. Overall, love coming here and definitely recommend it compared to the other bowling alleys. Good fun for the family and was able to book within a short timeframe, on the topic of bowling we were happy all around, they had everyone's sizes, clean place. Low stars for the service. They didn't have our order even though we placed it when we booked the event about a week prior, the pizza was doughy and not worth what we spent,the crust was burnt I'm assuming they baked it on high to try to make up for the lost time on the order, it wasn't sliced all the way through and they gave us a plastic fork to serve the $35 salad we ordered. read more

So, I gave 4 stars only because Jared made things right. We looked online and saw they served food and drinks so we planned bowling for lunch. We got there and food and drinks aren't available until 3:30(website doesn't say that). Then we tried to get drinks from vending machine and it wouldn't take our money. Jared was the only staff working the whole place and it was a Friday (all schools are off) and the place was slammed. The poor kid was running all over trying to make sure everyone was getting service and being helped. Bad management to only schedule one employee. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did have to wait for about 30 minutes for a lane to open up, but it is summertime and a lot of families (ours included) are taking advantage of the kids bowl free passes they offer, so I could understand them being busy. We had actually been here earlier in the week, and there was also a wait time, but that time we chose not to stay and wait. So, either get here early, or just know that you may have to wait a bit. In the meantime, there is an arcade area, pool tables, a snack bar, and a bar you can hang out at while you wait for a lane to open up. The bathrooms are clean, happy hour is good, the atmosphere is fun...mostly families with children or young adults. Fun way to spend an afternoon with your family or friends! read more

Fantastic place for a birthday party! We recently celebrated here for our child's birthday, and it was wonderful. Mark was very helpful, he assisted with the lane set-up and made sure the kids had drinks available the entire duration. The pizza came out exactly when it was supposed to, and everyone seemed to have a wonderful time. We also had a great experience with Michael who helped coordinate all the details prior to the party. The only area I could suggest for improvement would be to make sure a ball ramp and smaller size bowling balls are available for the party. We had a difficult time locating these at first as other parties were also happening at the same time. We also had to find our own tables, as they were first come first serve. It would have been easier if some tables were set aside for each party. But overall, we were very impressed with the event and glad we chose this bowling alley for our celebration. read more

Temecula Lanes threw a fun birthday party for my 9 year old son! Low stress! Be patient in trying to contact the Party Coordinator to book a party (because they don't have regular work hours), but it's all worth it. When we arrived- the VIP room, fully decorated dinner table, and party host (Amber) were all ready. The VIP room has its own 2 lanes with lots of comfortable sofas. Amber was attentive, readily available and kept the party flowing and organized. After an hour of bowling, we had pizza, played arcade games and opened presents. We were able to bring our own dessert. The games, shoe rentals, pizza, soda, decorations and tokens were also included! My son also received a bowling pin souvenir. Plus, no cleanup! All in all, a good time for all! All the staff I spoke to were really pleasant. I would definitely recommend Temecula Lanes VIP party! read more

It's a bit of a drive to get here, but overall worth it. They have a huge parking lot and located near a Del Taco too! You can't miss their huge entrance. This place has a lot of lanes and even offer private lanes. They have a bar and and mini arcade. They have pool tables and dart boards. This place seems to have it all to be keep you entertained and even open late on the weekend! The line was really long to get a lane assigned and they needed more people to help at the register or they could of had more sheets explaining prices because that's what ultimately slowed everything down! They offer military rates on select dates...be better if it were daily. The lane we were assigned was 1 and it was neon lit. We had about 3 errors during our play and had to wait a good amount of time to get it repaired. Towards the end we needed two more people to finish their 10th frame but had this lady literally tells us we had to pay for 5mins to finish...like really, if you would of paused our time during the lane errors we wouldn't be discussing this time. Also, they need to clean their couches because we kept getting a putrid smell from one of the cushions. Overall 3 stars because of the customer service and lack of clean sitting area. read more

We LOVE going to this bowling alley. The arcade area is fun for us to play games with the kids. We always get a soda and pizza (so yummy) and they deliver it to our lane. GREAT customer service! Everyone is always friendly and helpful. We have been twice this week. Looking forward to the kids bowl free this summer because my kids have so much fun every time we go. We were first timers at Temecula lanes this past weekend. We loved the small town feel inside and that it wasn't crazy busy on a Friday night. The place was full but not over packed like others get. They had ramps for my daughter and kids size balls we came for the cosmic bowling and enjoyed the music they played. The arcade is well taken care of and everything works from what I saw. All my years living in this area and I've only ever gone bowling at Brunswick on Cal Oaks. I'm glad I got to experience a different bowling scene. It was basically the same thing, but with comfy couches. We got our lane, set up our game and ordered a pitcher of beer. It's definitely more laid back than Brunswick. They played good music, and there weren't too many people. There was a really dodgy set up of what looked like cowboy mannequins to the right of the entrance. Since there is usually nothing to do in Murrieta/Temecula area, this is a go to spot to hang out late at night to play pool, darts, and bowling. Even if you want a drink, they have a bar for you too! For a bowling alley, this place is pretty poppin' at night. I usually go here just to play pool with my friends and it's only $10 an hour, which is pretty cheap if we all split. Overall, I love that this bowling alley offers more then just bowling, that it's open late, and has an energetic atmosphere which I really enjoy. Will definitely be here often! read more

The wife and I stopped in here after a less than great dinner experience and it was just what we needed to turn our night around. We really enjoyed the vibe of the place. This is NOT your typical bowling alley with hard plastic chairs from 1970 and everyone in the place is 65+. It has a pictures from the movie "The Big Lebowski" on the walls, pool tables and an old timey shooting gallery. Not to mention a full bar, arcade and of course a snack bar where you can all of your favorite greasy fried foods. The pricing I thought was reasonable. Two games of bowling for two people, including shoe rental ran about $30. We ordered a couple of pitchers of beer, $12 per (If I remember correctly). Snack bar stuff seemed inline with what you'd expect. Definitely no Disneyland pricing. I deducted a star for one thing and I'll admit it's minor but they had no cocktail servers or wait staff. Now I'm not a lazy person and I was perfectly happy to walk to the bar and get my own drinks but had they provided a server, I likely would have bowled a few more games and for better or worse drank a little more. Also, it's worth noting that the place was rather busy with 60% of the lanes occupied and most groups drinking. That aside, we really enjoyed our visit and will be back the first chance we get. read more

First time in Temecula and decided to go bowling so my group and I made reservations. We had an allotted time slot of an hour and a half and planned on bowling two games. The balls were a bit worn down but not terrible. However in our last game, we had one frame left and ran out of time. I asked one of the employees if we could just play the last frame which would have literally taken two minutes and he told me no due to reservations. At this point the bowling alley was almost empty with no one coming in and we waited a good 10 minutes just to see if people would show which they didn't. My son has special needs and he lives to bowl! This place is perfect. Comfortable seating clean atmosphere and friendly staff. We go here at least once per week while I'm home. For weekend nights they have delicious pizza and a full bar. Recently we held my son's birthday party here with 25 students from his class.
