I loved my first visit to Tellus360. My review is based solely on stopping in on a warm sunny Sunday afternoon in early March to grab a beer. I had heard good things about this place & I was quite impressed. There are 5 levels to the building and on the first floor there is a long bar & lots of tables. There was live acoustic music from a "guitar circle" going on in the front window area. Restrooms are one flight down in the basement. Up one level you can order food & then up again to the 3rd floor is another bar & music event space. Up yet another level is another bar & then 2 separate rooftop patio areas-one smaller area with a patio & fireplace and then an area with grass & picnic tables & food stalls that make you feel like you're in a park-with a rooftop view. They have $6 Titos vodka drinks all day. I had a Guinness & sat in the sun & boy was it divine considering Spring hasn't even sprung yet. I didn't look at a menu or partake of any food, but I would definitely return in the future to check it out. It's a unique space for sure. Worth a look see & fun for groups of people. read more

We went here for the first time last night to see a concert by the Yonder Mountain String Band. We arrived early to get dinner. It's a bit overwhelming at first because it's 3 stories tall and so much going on. My advice would be to walk around and go to all three levels. After your tour choose where you want to eat. You won't be disappointed with any of the options available. We ate at the rooftop restaurant but saw many other options that people around us got and it all looked amazing. This is a must try if you are in the Lancaster area. read more

They make a good Irish Coffee here. Mike makes a good cheese steak and real boardwalk fries. Parking is very close but the car entrance is a block away. A sign directing cars where to go is needed. They need a sign out front. You could drive or walk right past it. There is a large lady soccer player on one outside wall. It's a large pub space and they have big TVs. They had a good crowd watching the rugby. Later they had a session with 4 local musicians. On the 1st floor behind the pub, there is a very large concert hall, with a stage and good sound system. I could see corporate meetings and weddings happening here, as well as a live music venue. I was in the concert hall with 125 ukulele players and you couldn't hear any uke's in the pub. Upstairs they have the steak and fries. I guess you bring the food to the pub area yourself? There is a roof top bar but I didn't go up there because it was cold out. The bathrooms are in the basement. They were nice and clean. It is a look of post industrial repurposed for entertainment, stall barn doors and an interesting granite sink. Never go to this place. After going to this place multi times, my friends and I were kicked out one night because my friend of Color was getting cat called by three white straight men who were friends with the bouncers . She refused to go home with them and told them to get away from her, the bouncers saw this and then kicked her out instead of the guys. After confronting the bouncers on why they threw her out instead of the three men, they never answered us and proceeded to kick our whole group for standing up for our friend. Tellus360 is a wildly fun bar in downtown Lancaster with multiple levels featuring a live band, huge dance floor with with a DJ, tons of food options, and a rooftop bar. Plenty of spaces to either get crazy or take a more quiet break and chat with friends. Great for groups of any size, and for people of all interests and ages. If you're looking for a great night out on the town, it would be hard to beat stopping by here. read more

I can't speak about the food, but the place itself has a lot to offer... live music regularly, even on Sunday afternoons without a cover charge for starter! There's a decent enough size stage in the front of house on the main floor and bar area. Check their website for lineup....there's a few really great acts that swing by! There are many different really neat areas in this huge, multi floor space for many different tastes, and for many different reasons for visiting. We saw a business meeting happening one of the quiet higher level floors, Boozing happening at the bar, and we took a seat on the green garden rooftop which offers 360 views of Lancaster for a casual drink late afternoon and it was awesome! The staff was firing up the grill up there and there were large picnic tables with coolers at the end of each one. Neat. Drinks were reasonably priced and what you wouldn't expect from an Irish pub with a few unique additions. Staff in each floor were friendly and welcome. I can imagine even on a busy night with a large crowd there would still be room to breathe and spread out a bit as it's so large. Hubs and I both said it reminded us of our favorite local establishment back home (which is closed these days) for watching bands in a chill, no frills, fun atmosphere! For that bit of nostalgia alone, we would return. Would love to give this place a 5 star review because I know the potential, and love the service. However, today is my birthday and I came for a typical lunch that we usually have. What they did now, was happy 5 different vendors on the rooftop that you have to order from. I'm sure they will make a lot of money doing that, but the food here before was so good! Everyone is nice, and we love this environment. My wife and I do not like the fact that there's no designated smoking or vape spot upstairs, on the roof. We came for food, but left because we thought they had the original good! We did have mimosas which were so good!!! We were also told the mimosas were half off.. and paid $10 for 2, so originally they are $10 a piece? Crazy. This place advertises open for lunch, but only two of five vendors are open. read more

I am an avid tellus360 goer that usually loves it there but after the other night I feel a lot different about it. I went to the middle floor bar and ordered 2 drinks which came to a total of $10. I gave the bartender a $50 bill so I should have gotten $40 back. I didn't check my change (I know now to check right away) until about 10mins later when I was at the upstairs bar and realized she only gave me $8 back. Right away I went back down to say something but of course no one was helpful since there was no proof. Usually I'd understand since that was my fault for not checking but after talking to people about it all night, I ran into another person that got stiffed by the same bartender the same night. Hire better people that don't steal cash from people that are drinking. Or if you plan on going here, pay with a credit card and/or make sure you count your change right away Edit: I later found out that the mentioned bartender is also an owner and has accused people of using counterfeit money as well before. Definitely not the type of person you want running one of the biggest bars in Lancaster city. read more

Beautiful rooftop bar. Cool spot for a pint. Bartenders are super friendly. Eclectic art, music, entertainment is constantly happening here. Inside has two floors with vaulted ceilings and lots of character. The roof is very serene and is covered in fresh growing herbs and veggies they use in their dishes. We love going here on music Fridays in Lancaster. It's a charming place full of friendly characters. A few of the employees have an Irish brogue and it's fun to have a chat. The pub food is decent. 5 stars for ambiance, 3 for the food and service. As is the trend right now, Tellus 360 is and industrial rustic building with 3 different levels. When I visited for lunch, live music was on the main level, the mid level had a big screen TV with the soccer game on, a long bar and a pool table. The rooftop is where most people were despite the hot and humid day. Fresh mint and tomatoes grew amongst the flowers between the pergolas. The ambiance was great! Unfortunately service was slow and inattentive and the food left something to be desired. The mix drinks all sounded great and my orange crush was very refreshing. The foccacia was good and doughy but the mozzarella completing the caprese was not quality and dry and had little taste. Everyone else's meals were so-so. I'm really curious about the night life here and would love to come back for a night of the roof. read more

Incredible (huge!) multi floor bar/ club with a ton of character, great service and countless things to do - music, entertainment, food, games and pianos to play. Even a rooftop. I live in NYC and was visiting - was wow-Ed by all the fun and eye candy here. In NYC you have a 100 places to go with different character and activities- here you have 100 activities and things to do under one roof. Anyone living in Lancaster knows this spot, and anyone visiting Lancaster should know and go. First floor- fantastic live music. We saw the fabulous 3 woman band Lula Wiles, and they were so talented - so fun. - Food service. Irish food including shepards pie and bangers and mash- my first time having this and while the potatoes and gravy were great I am particular with sausage and theirs was a bit mushy for me. My brother loved it. Also a dance room thru the back that's sizable. Second floor. I was blown away by the character and loved this floor- antiques, rustic decor wood tables and rustic frames turned Into mini walls partitioning off little seating areas; they feel like little semi private rooms the way this is creatively done. On this floor there are also games games - darts, a pool table, giant Jenga... different nights they have open jams, art nights... Third level - rooftop. My brother said they also have silent disco here sometimes - put on your headphones and dance; great fun concept I want to try! Servers and bartenders very friendly. New Years Eve was a mess.. my friend waited in line for over two hours in the rain, and was able to get in at 11:30ish PM (we arrived earlier and were already in). Shortly after, and one drink later, he was cut off and asked to leave. It was a mistake but it made our New Years Eve pretty crappy! The wait for a drink at this time was 20+ minutes too. I wouldn't recommend New Years again, unless they start doing tickets and don't pick you in like sardines like they did this year read more

If we are talking just the food this place gets two stars, maybe one. Drinks and primarily atmosphere 4.5. The food is just not good. The best thing on the menu are the chips and the hummus/salsa. The empanadas were insanely dry and served with no sauce. Also skip the burger...again, dry and they only cook them well done. Really weird tasting meat with no flavor. Onto the positive...the atmosphere is great (roof.) The drinks are good and there are so many tables to choose from, picnic bench types, lounge chairs and a huge bar to sit at. The pictures don't lie, it's a great spot to grab drinks and relax on a summer night. Regrettably the food was not good Had some Wings and a burger.. just wasn't feeling it at all.. Burger had some sorta weird seasoning that made it inedible. As great as rest of experience was the food was equally bad.. kinda bizarre actually But as far as a cool spot to hang, listen to great live music and drink some good beer.. I was pretty drunk by the time I arrived at this bar but I needed a night cap to top off my last night cap. Cool vibe. Strange little lounge with a bunch of privacy screens on the bar and tables throughout. Very old school. Drinks were nice and strong. Good beers on tap. There is an entire flood dedicated to local art. Some very strange pieces, nothing memorable. Seemed a little out of place. There is a roof bar. A partial green roof with a bunch of group seating. The unsettling part if this roof is it feels very spongy under foot. You could feel a "bounce as you walk across it." So we can all sit back and wait for the collapse. So I had a drink and left. Last night was the second time we visited Telly's for Celebrate Lancaster! Last year our ticket included a great meal served family style. This year the management decided to switch things up and offer a limited menu. At first I was disappointed, but then we went to the buffet line and filled our plates with great ribs, chicken, salad, or burgers. The staff was great, the music was great and the FIREWORKS were great! On our way out we stopped at the first floor bar and listened and swayed to the most amazing band, Soggy Po Boys. You never know what to expect from the Tellus crew but you won't ever be disappointed!! read more

Just saw Langhorne Slim here the other night and the venue and crowd we're awful. First, the venue forced the artist off the stage at 10:15 PM ET bc they had a "DJ" set to perform afterwards. Second, the crowd that was attracted to this show was abysmal. They talked the entire show and it made it impossible to here Langhorne play or tell his signature stories prior to his songs. Third, the layout of where the bar is (literally right in the middle of where the crowd is) caused for a lot of confusion, pushing and loud shouting for people trying to order drinks while the show was going on. I've never been here to see a show before and most likely will not return. Not a fan and wouldn't suggest to anyone who actually enjoys going to small concerts. read more

It has been almost a year since my last review and a lot has changed here at Tellus. First, lets give mention to the new menu. Last year I had to plan my time at Tellus by getting something to eat before I arrived. Now, I find myself eating at Tellus more and more. One of my favorite items is the Irish BLT. Its a hefty sandwich tons of bacon with a healthy dose of chips. They have monthly special items and new flat bread pizza. Its pretty good too. Again, this is not fine dining but the food is leaps and bounds better than what it was. Second big change is the second floor. WOW I spend hours there. Its a lounge area and whisky bar. Its a big open area with chairs and sofas, a pool table, darts, a ping pong table and a record player with hundreds of records. This is my favorite spot in the building. Order a drink, sit down and listen to some vinyl. It is perfectly relaxing and a great place for friends to come and hang out. Last but not least, the whisky bar. I touched on that in the paragraph above, but it needs its own mention. This is not just a few bottles of Irish whisky, we are talking about some very high end rare scotches. If I had to guess, they have over 100 different bottles of whisky from all over the world. Overall this place is 5 out of 5. The food is good, the drinks are great, the staff is AMAZING, and the entertainment is the best in Lancaster. I never thought it could get better, but it did! read more

I just went here for the first time in a few years and I LOVED the new rooftop bar! Such a cool vibe, and the mojitos were awesome. I love mojitos but it's really hard to find a good one, and Tellus's rivaled those I had while in Cuba. Tellus is one of the coolest spots in Lancaster, and I love how every area on all the different levels has a different atmosphere. Live music downstairs, a very chill vibe upstairs, and then the rooftop deck. read more

My friends and I love coming here. We usually go upstairs and hang out at the bar or play pool and ping pong. We like that there are those games to keep it fun. They have a piano you can play as well on the third floor. Employees are friendly, never had a problem. They have live music almost all the time. They hold many different events there. They have a limited menu but the items are good. During the Fifa world cup, they hosted gatherings for the USA games which was a blast. They also host St. Patrick's Day events including a King St event that has bands, beer, and food. read more

I have not eaten here yet, so I may need to update my review when I do. The beer selection is good, even some cheap ones available. The whiskey selection is poor - it's not hard to keep a half dozen diff bottles in stock. The biggest plus is the bevy of live music. YAY LIVE MUSIC. Four stars for the ambiance and the potential of this place alone. The set up here is not what you would have seen in Lancaster five years ago and it's a step in the right direction for downtown. Most of what I could say is already covered in prior reviews so no need to rehash that but one thing that caused me to knock them down a star was the bartenders (the guys on the roof), the old fashion I had was kind of terrible.
