Went here for a bachelorette and near the end of the evening one of the brides tripped and fell down the stairs, which promptly got them kicked out for being "too drunk" and wasn't even allowed to wait for their uber inside. It was 7 degrees. When we all caught up and waited for the uber outside we were also shooed away from the door and threatened with the cops. I understand not serving someone if the staff thinks they are too intoxicated, not a problem. But kicking someone out for simply being clumsy and forced to wait outside with arctic winds and 7 degree weather is digesting. Do not recommend, spend your money elsewhere. read more

Was at a corporate networking event and aside from hiking the stairs to the meeting space, it was a good time. There was a variety of heavy hors de oeuvres and a good drink menu. The food was tasty and from the comments around me, the drinks were strong. The tables were kept clean and the food was replenished timely. As I was leaving, heading back downstairs, I could hear they were finishing up a trivia night. I do love a good trivia night! read more

I absolutely love this place, the food is great, the drinks are great, and the vibes are great especially in the summer when the rooftop is open. However, on Saturday nights their music is complete garbage. I certainly wont go back whenever "DJ edge" is "performing". I have never witnessed such bad DJing, if you could even call it that. Popular party songs were skipped after being played for only 15 seconds, yet random tiktok songs from 2020 (only 15 seconds worth of actual music) were played for much longer. Additionally, this "DJ" would randomly switch up the vibe entirely and start playing Caribbean music that only some people knew. It would be one thing if this were a particular section of his set to appeal to the people that liked it, but it would occur randomly and completely shift the mood. I have never seen a crowd so bored at times. I have come to the conclusion that this person must have a personal relationship with an owner of Tellus360, because there is no other reason this "DJ" should be employed. read more

A security guard accused me and my friend of bringing in our own alcohol after we already bought plenty of drinks. He threatened to watch the security cameras and I said I would gladly watch them with him. Apparently there were bottles hidden in a bush near an area my friend and I took pictures at. Why would we leave the bottles there to be found? I understand the security guard was just trying to do his job, but the way he handled the situation was rude and unprofessional. read more

Hands down my favorite rooftop bar in Lancaster, but Tellus offers so much more. The bar/music venue downstairs hosts some super talented bands, the bar in the middle of the building is speakeasy style with comfy couches, and the rooftop of course has plenty of comfortable and interesting seating options. They have closed in the space around the bar, so in case of bad weather, you can stay warm and dry while ordering. There's plenty of private booth seating, long tables, and a couch seating area to enjoy as well. Bands play on the roof, you can order some great food, and try a game of corn hole. You will always get ID'd at the entrance, you will always pass a delicious smelling cheesesteak window on your way to the second floor and you will always have plenty of restroom options, ladies. And if you want to play a game of Connect Four, Guess Who, or Battleship, I know where we can meet up. read more

This place gets glorified for being the biggest club in Lancaster but the staff is horribly rude, dishonest and inconsiderate. I have known many people that have been robbed by bartenders and were never given proper change. I have known people that were turned down for having a "fake id" when they were 25. The list goes on but I am finally making a review after the experience I had for my little sister's 23rd birthday. My sister had multiple friends that came in from out of state and we had to uber from Harrisburg to Lancaster and then back at the end of the night (about 45 minutes each way). This cost us about $400 total in Ubers. When we arrived I stepped out of the uber holding a half drank WATER bottle and was immediately grabbed in an aggressive manner by one of the Tellus bouncers even though I was on the street. They snatched the water bottle out of my hand and had me move on. No big deal I moved on but once we arrived at the door where the staff is checking IDs. The lady (whom was the same who rejected my other friend, saying his real id was fake on a separate occasion) took a look through my sisters purse. Unfortunately since we came from a pregame my sister had a mini shooter of alcohol in her purse. The lady said in a rude manner "you can leave. You're not coming in tonight". My sister explained I had no idea that was in there can you please just throw it away. My friends and I spent $200 on Ubers to get here and it's my birthday. The cold heartless and lonely lady didn't budge. Being the older brother I am I asked for a manager and they brought me a bouncer. I tried explaining to him what was going on and that it was ridiculous but he would not budge. He said "it's our policy", which is a lie because we checked the policies on Tellus360s website, and it wasn't on there. Long story short we never got in but the staff made my sister cry on her birthday, treated us unfairly, and we're just downright nasty. I will never be giving this place my business again and I recommend everyone reconsider who you give business too. These people are horrible heartless and on a power trip. I won't go on about the plenty of other stories of mistreatment over the years. This should do. I hope this place changes or is forced to shut down. read more

Warm and intimate but I feel Like there is something missing. Drinks are a reasonable price. There are two separate spaces- one reserved for a special event I was at and asked to work and another part open to the general public at the time. The stage has uniqueness, but rather than personality, the makeshift house bare bones structure feels there to me rather than organic and naturally good to be there. This is a place everyone has been telling me about. The staff from the moment you enter are amazing. The rooftop garden is the best. They have live music and little huts with different types of food. Tacos Del Soul is a must place to eat up on the roof. Get the power bolw it is freaken amazing. Also I am not a hot sauce guy but ask for the homemade hot sauce. I litterally drank it was so good. What I experienced tonight at Tellus 360 was beyond bad -- it was an insult to anyone who values music. That DJ wasn't just terrible, they were a complete joke. Every transition was a catastrophic failure, tracks were cut off at random like they had no idea what beatmatching even is, and the song selection felt like a 12-year-old shuffling through the worst parts of Spotify. It was so chaotic and clueless that it made my head hurt. The crowd wasn't dancing -- they were standing around confused, bored, or walking out. I left early because honestly, life is too short to be tortured by someone pretending to DJ when they clearly have zero talent, zero skill, and zero awareness. Whoever this was should never be allowed to touch a pair of decks again. It was embarrassing for the venue, humiliating for the audience, and genuinely the worst performance I have ever seen in any setting. Tellus 360 should be ashamed for letting someone this incompetent ruin their stage. A complete disgrace -- 0/10 doesn't even come close to what one's expecting for this venue. My fiancé and I are 26 years old and showed up dead sober. Not one single drop of alcohol in our system and the older lady said we were stumbling and couldn't go in. The people behind us were all below 21 and blacked out drunk. She let all of them in with fake id's, no hesitation. We tried to explain ourselves and they said we had to leave before they'd listen. I've been here twice now and loved it both times. First was after a Yelp event nearby and the second was an Official Yelp event. How awesome it that? This place definitely has something happening on every floor and provides a different vibe in each area. The roof is awesome and open year round and has a great selection of different food vendors. Wow!!!! How could I have never been here before? This has to be the best establishment west of Philly, East of Pittsburgh, south of Toronto and North of Baltimore and definitely in Central Pa. I can't wait to go back. Multiple levels (5) rooftop bar, multiple amazing food vendors (Mexican, East African, Cheesesteak, etc.) great drinks! Cool staff, plenty of seating, nearby parking garage, and it's a SOCCER BAR!!!!!! Can't wait to go back hang out all night and just get a room at the neighboring hotel. We came here to watch the Fifa World Cup and were very impressed with this establishment! It is the perfect Irish bar. We did not explore the entire place, but it looks like there are at least 3 floors. The second floor has delicious food to order from. They give you a buzzer to know when to pick up your food. I had the Philly cheese steak. It was delicious! Since we were there on a Saturday, they had a lunch special for $7 Irish coffees.......it was the best Irish coffee I've ever had!!! Last evening at Tellus360 was a fabulous night of food, drink and socializing in a welcome newly-discovered locale that was a furniture store the last time I was there! Green rooftop garden is a terrific space, especially on such a beautiful evening, and the rest of the building has just enough gritty character to feel genuine. Food choices are awesome. Best samosa ever from Xulbo(!), great Mexican street corn from Tacos del Soul, fabulous steak sandwich from Joe P's, and wonderful housemade chips and queso from Nacho Cabra. Great talking with the bartender (didn't catch his name) manning the whiskey bar, where we had a chance to try Thistle Finch ryes. Very impressive whiskey selection behind the bar! Tellus 360 is a wonderful facility, and we can see ourselves returning for whiskey and food. I know I also have a ticket for an upcoming musical event. So glad to have learned of this drink/eat/entertainment space!! read more

Went to Tellus recently for the first time and I have to say that the layout and atmosphere of the place is very cool. It has 3 floors and each one has a different vibe and area for you and your friends to hangout. I believe during warmer climates the top floor has a nice garden area but I haven't been yet. My only complaint is that the bartenders were very very slow with making drinks and it was a long wait to get drinks. We were on the second floor and my brother actually was able to walk down to the main floor and get a beer and come back by the time I was able to order. Overall though the place is really awesome looking and is a great spot to go to on a weekend. read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! Me and my friend got tackled by bouncers here for a misunderstanding. We were kicked out of the club for smoking a cigarette on the rooftop. When asked to leave, we left without making a problem. It was me, my friend, and my sister. After we left me and my friend waited a few mins for my sister but she wasnt there. So we were worried because her phone and id was in my jacket pocket. We tried going back to tell them my sister is still in there. Then one of the bouncer starts trying to tackle me down as im trying to explain him my sister is still in there and i have her stuff. My friend then moves forward like what are you guys doing and gets tackled by 2 police. I kept asking for the CCTV footage because later they realized we were right when my sister came by and let us go. We were humiliated in front of the entire club and beat up pretty badly. I still have bruises on me and i think my rib cage may even be broken. Also i was handcuffed and threatened to be sent to jail in the back of a police car during all this. I was threatened by the police that if i kept speaking that i would be sent to jail without a reason which is unlawful and i was just trying to explain to the police we were asking for my sister cuz no one listened to us. I later came back to start recording everything with my sister and recorded every single person involved in the situation, they were scared to touch me when i had a camera on but multiple times i was threatened by these officers for being sent to jail for using my 1st amendment. I did ask for all the police's badge numbers and unlawfully was refused to be given this information. However i have recorded every single person(bouncer/staff) and officer involved in this incident. Currently speaking with my lawyer to sort things out at this point. Also i have requested a formal legal request for CCTV footage through email and still waiting for a response. read more

We had a horrible experience at this place. I do not recommend it at all. They advertise "All who entered are equal " but in reality they are racist , there is no other explanation for the way they treated my husband and his son , forcing them out of the premises with unnecessary violence just because they went to the wrong place trying to get to the bathroom (we are not locals and this was our second visit to this place,so we don't really know our way around the place ) .We were about to leave , our uber was 4 mins away when security guard told them they couldn't use the restroom because one of them was too drunk and they needed to leave right away , my husband explained that we were about to leave and just needed to use the restroom but the rude and insane security guard not only kept yelling at them but grab his son by his clothes , my husband pulled him away from the security guard and started walking towards the exit , this guy called for a backup and a second guard came and grabbed my husband from behind by the neck with his arm preventing him from breathing and took him outside , there was no reason to mistreat them , they harassed them for being hispanics because they did not do anything wrong , needles to say we will never go back to this place and we do not recommend anyone to go , especially if you are part of a minority just trying to have a good time , for your own safety stay away from this place. I've been to Tellus in a variety of capacities over the years and had mixed opinions of my times there when its functioning primarily as a bar/nightclub. Going for dinner is much better. During the pandemic, the rooftop is open with most of the food stands offering alternative ways of ordering and delivering meals to your table. It's all straightforward, easy to follow, and a nice switch up from the normal going out to eat experience. I'd recommend getting something from each of them - Xulbo's samosas and Nacho Cabra being my favorites (add the ranch!). The main reason for my review is the impeccable attention to customer safety. We were staggered in being allowed to make our way upstairs. Our temperatures were checked and masks required until we got to our table. read more

Had a really good time in this place. Interesting clientele, fabulous views overlooking Lancaster. Attentive servers bartenders waiters etc. rooftop deck, pretty cool. Comfortable seating, couches on the second floor. Food was very interesting, but a bit disjointed in the ordering online process. Our Drink server was great. Very interesting and innovative idea of customer/server interaction by using a Red and Green block of wood on the table. Red for stop, Green for go avoids the always awkwardness of the server stopping by too much or too little.. I really appreciate the red/green block stop and go effort. I can't even post about service. I never got that far. I visited their website and there was nothing indicating their handicap excess ability. Multiple times I reached out two weeks prior to event by phone leaving multiple messages requesting a phone call in return. I never did receive a message. I did purchase two tickets but ended up not going after thinking it through. The fact of paying for a parking garage to find a handicap parking spot available as they can be few. Unload a Mobility scooter. Scooter the distance to Pub to only find out it would not be handicap excess able. To only return to the car to once again load the mobility scooter to return home. This evening could have been a pleasant evening had I just received a return phone call. I guess that was asking too much. Tellus is a great spot to grab a drink or apps! The rooftop is super cute and they have different food stands up there. I love the variety of cuisines! They also have affordable drinks and $6 Titos drinks all day every day. There is tons of seating and plenty of space for large groups. I had tacos from the Taco stand and they were awesome! I had one chicken and one fish taco. They were very filling and flavorful. The fish taco was salmon and that was my favorite out of the two. I would get both of these tacos again for sure! I had the raspberry hard cider that was on tap to drink. It was refreshing and the perfect drink for a warm day! The only reason that I did not give it 5 stars is because I think that the bar is a little understaffed sometimes and it takes a while to get your drinks. Tellus360 serves as an excellent alternative to clubs in downtown Harrisburg for those who want a lesser chance of getting shot at. There are many spaces in this venue, all with a different feeling depending on how you want your experience to play out. Listen to alt rock at the front bar, dance the night away on the floor in the back, and catch some fresh air on the rooftop (which also features several food vendors so you can soak up the alcohol). The drinks are also good, and there are plenty of coolers where you can enjoy complimentary water throughout the night. On that topic, however, my sole issue with Tellus is that the back dance floor is not ventilated well enough for the amount of people and movement that can be expected on a typical weekend. I needed to catch a breather multiple times throughout the night, and I'm pretty sure that I would have been able to keep going if there was some decent air conditioning back there. I finally got to the infamous Tellus 360 or (Tellus Three Sixty depending on which logo you see in the place). I was lucky enough to have it be Saturday night on St. Patrick's weekend, with the live U2 Tribute band, who were great and kept the crowd entertained! The place was very cool. I loved the high stage, the bar layouts, the openness and general unique vibe of the venue. I mostly wanted to leave this review because of the awesome Guinness draft pours. My bartender (shout-out to Janelle, per my receipt) knew how to do them properly (so I kept returning to her), and they were perfect each time! There's an art/training to it, and this place has it down! Sláinte! Also, thank goodness it was served in glassware! Nothing worse than a draft in plastic, especially a Guinness. That should be cause for imprisonment! (just kidding; well, maybe not) The other staff, including at the entrance, check in, and security were all very nice folks! Friendly, decent, looked as though they enjoyed their jobs, etc. It made for a great evening. I can't wait to visit the place again, maybe when it's a DJ night, to get a taste of that. read more

Tellus360 is a pretty wild place. The bar is absolutely massive -- there are tons of different floors and rooms to get your drink on. There are at least three floors, plus a rooftop and a speakeasy. The area has a lot of restaurants and more casual spots, so this definitely seems like the most obvious pick if you want more of a party vibe. On a Saturday night at midnight the space was unsurprisingly very packed out. A large part of the reason was because of the band. They were dope, and this was easily one of the best parts about our experience. I'm forgetting the name, but they were playing rock and blues and even mixed in some fun covers like The Stones + Beatles. My friends and I were loving it! Drinks are also insanely cheap (but then again, I live in Jersey City). I walked away with 4 beer and a well drink for something like 20 bucks. I'll take it.
