    Sausage paella with caramelized onions

Really good food. Ordered the sausage paella and rabbit paella along with sangria. The food was delicious and so was the drink. Service was great, no complaints. The decor was modern and it was relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend going to Teleferic if you're in the area

What a treat this was. I solely went here based on their location in walnut Creek and I am glad I went to the original. The flavors of each meal was an explosion. The sangria was delicious and the rabbit and duck paellas were a must try. Seasonal veggies gyoza was presented in a delicious sauce which we used for the chicken and the papata bravas. The service was very welcoming and the waiters went out of their way to speak their best English due to my lack of Spanish literacy. Ambiance was cozy and stylish. We didn't make a reservation because it's early in the evening but if you plan to go later, I would recommend it.

We came early (6:45pm) as a family. Barcelona has a late eating culture so this popular place was virtually empty aside from one other table. The kids didn't want anything, so we ordered 5 tapas. My favorites were the salmon sashimi on brioche bun, the Peking duck ravioli, and the cheese fritter with a honey lime sauce. The croquettes were my least favorite. La Flauta did croquettes much better in my opinion. This place is more expensive than La Flauta and their food was on par with La Flauta. Both were very good and we were lucky to come early because everything had been reserved for 8 pm. I'm sure this place gets popular in the night. 69 ę for two drinks and 5 tapas versus 40ę at La flauta for something comprable. Both are great! Enjoy!!

First tapa restaurant in Barcelona. Enjoying the ambience with the Octopus with creamy truffled sweet potato and tuna tartare. The octopus was nice the tartar a little salty. We topped it off with a Spanish Tempranillo wine, priced well at $5.

Teleferic Barcelona is one of our favorite Walnut Creek (California) restaurants, so we smiled big when the concierge at our Barcelona hotel suggested we try the original Teleferic restaurant just a few blocks away. It did not disappoint! Outstanding food, excellent service, and same yummy pink sparkling wine sangrias (oh, and the bill was about half of what it would have been back in the States).

Fabulous tapas in a cute, simply and beautifully decorated restaurant. Excellent service!! We had the rabbit paella, cheese fritters, tuna tartare tacos pan con tomato and papatas bravas plus some Cava and red wine. All excellent! Fresh and great flavors. Highly recommend this lovely place!!

This restaurant is beautiful on the inside and the food does not disappoint. Both the red and white wine sangrias are delicious and fresh. Their selection of tapas provide a great way to taste classic Spanish dishes. The chicken bravitos in particular were very good. We also got dessert and the raspberry compote was made in house and so delicious. The service is also so kind. Definitely recommend visiting this place if you're in Barcelona for some classic Spanish food!

I came here as a recommendation from my hotel. My hotel even provided me a voucher for a complimentary glass of cava. I ordered the patatas bravas and chicken tenders. The food came out piping hot which was great, but the flavor was lacking. I ate the food because I was hungry, but there was nothing special or tasty about it. Staff was super friendly, and the restaurant is clean, but I wish the food offered more.

Hola! There are several Teleferic locations and a couple in the SF Bay Area. It was shared that Teleferic was founded by a couple who worked in the tech industry who are passionate about food? Speaking off, service was excellent, and our grilled squid was the best in the menu. Really loved the ambiance here. Super modern yet Spanish traditional feel. It's located at the circle and not far from the University. It gets pack by 9PM so we found coming in before 7PM was the best. I forgot to mention, most Barceloneans eat late around 9PM. Cheers!

Dear owners of Teleferic, Before traveling to Barcelona, my wife and I occasionally went to your other locations in Walnut Creek and Palo Alto. By far, that was the closest we could find to authentic Spanish tapas and paella in the Bay Area. We knew we had to visit the store during our Barcelona trip recently and we couldn't believe how much more blown away we were! The menu surprised us and we wished we could have eaten more. Also, special shout-out to Alina, Jimmy, Mila, and Sajani! Whether in the bay or in Spain, the crew is amazing. It was so nice to hear from Mila how Teleferic was born and to know a bit about the history of how things came to be. Sajani killed it on the cocktails especially with a couple of concoctions that we asked her to think of on the spot. We're just upset that we couldn't be closer to this location because the menu is sooo unique compared to the ones near us (like the duck and foie gras paella!) Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Ahí tuna tacos (my personal favorite), cheese balls, and eggplant burrata salad (the coolest, creamiest salad you've ever had!)

After 10 days of Spain, we had experienced pain and pleasure in the hunt for a good place to eat. This was our last day and last shot. After walking for 20 minutes we were finally delighted to see Telefèric's menu. On a Friday night there were open tables too! The four of us were seated immediately past the self-serve pinxos and olive bar. We ordered several tapas that sounded exciting and tasty amidst the typical tapas we had eaten before. Everything was great. It was a food adventure! Telefèric took a creative route to tapas that we hadn't seen any other restaurant excel at. Even the things we didn't like much sparked fun conversation and tickled our tongues. Pictured are some of the plates we got. My personal favorites were the tuna tacos and eggplant burrata salad but agghh it's so hard to pick!! Our waitress was adorable and funny. She treated us at the end with some cava with grenadine. What a perfect way to end our Spain trip! Salud!

This was recommended by friends awhile back, I remembered the modern ambiance, amazing Tapas, friendly service and the place was as busy then until now. The fact that even after a decade, it's rare that I go back to the same spot let alone they're still around after all these years. You already know that tells a lot and I feel bad for those who didn't have the same great experience, hope they give it another shot. See y'all soon! Salut, Vermouth!

My son had been here last year and thought, it was a solid. We put our name in, went to a nearby park bench to wait and watch people for 50 minutes. The servers outside are grumpy as to many people are crowding the sidewalk and impeding his service. Finally, our name was called, were seated at the bar, and watched a chef make the magic dishes. The menu is huge and I can't help but watch the delicious dishes flying by us. So little time and yet so many great choices, this won't be easy. We began with the beef tenderloin montadito foie gras. It was presented as a open face sandwich on a bagette. We split it as it had a huge piece of foie gras. The tenderloin was tough and the tapas tasted like indivdual components, not a blended or refined profile. The grilled razor clams were nicely cooked, slightly gritty and needed to be washed more thoroughly. The Spanish omelet wedge was spiritual, dish of the night award. The onion made the dish! The sliced fried artichoke was finely shaved, and again lacked a enjoyable flavor that I would order again. The chips with fried eggs and Jabugo ham was different, tasty and a concept I would not of thought about. Delicious! Casveseria Catalanahe was packed and stacked for a reason. A high vibe and energy even in the face of a revolt at the check in desk from hungry dinners. I came say without hesitation, we will give them a second try. The staff was friendly, engaging, warm and a good sense of humor, nothing but smiles. I can't wait for our next trip to Cerveseria Catalana and let them tell me what to order. Good luck and see you sooner than later.
