Tucked away in a strip mall off the interstate this place would be easy to miss but our appetites encouraged us to investigate further. Large menu with everything from paninis and sandwiches, salads, pizza, pastas, and fresh sides. Service was quick and friendly. Our food came out quickly. Cute place to stop that's open later than most places. Waitress was super nice and gave great recommendations stating everything is fresh and mainly done in house which was a huge selling point. Based off previous reviews I got the pizza rolls and the previous reviews and a beef, mushroom and cheese sandwich. Pizza rolls 10/10 would definitely order again The sandwich... eh 3/10. Meat was VERY salty, canned mushrooms. Anywhere that uses canned mushrooms is huge red flag especially after how it was explained everything is fresh and homemade. Definitely open to trying other stuff on the menu but just avoid the beef and mushrooms. read more

We are quasi-locals. Never went here, because it's off the beaten path for us. Happened upon there, because there's virtually nothing up here in the furthest and remotest part of Northeastern PA open on a Monday, so we tried it out, expecting pizza and beer. WHAT a surprise! First of all...the waitress could open a school to teach waitresses. She was the most pleasant and competent waitress...possibly the best this seasoned 60's couple has ever experienced...literally, the best that we have ever had. Throughout the entire evening, we watched her work the tables and peruse the dining room with the utmost efficiency and with a charming personality that cannot be taught. Her name I think was Madison Baker? Got that off the receipt. Next...the food. We went for pizza. We were taken aback by the menu. This is an unassuming "hole in the wall" place in a small shopping center, in a small town. No reason to go there for anything expected to be special. The menu was so much more than would be expected at a "pizza place". Essentially Italian, but varied. Three homemade soups. Alfredo. Marinara. Seafood. Steaks. Ridiculous. We had Linguine and clam sauce, and fettuccine Alfredo. It was exceptional. And Stella on draft(with several others). Seriously. That's unexpected. Clean. Clean. Place. Bathrooms basic and clean. No smell, other than antiseptic. And the bill was more than reasonable. No price gouging here! So...GO THERE AND LEAVE A WORTHY TIP! Food is good when they make as asked other than that the BOSS OR OWNER IS VERY RUDE THE FOOD WAS NOT CORRECTLY MADE AND WE NEVER CHECKED IT Before leaving so when we got home to eat it, it was made incorrect and they said they would make it up to us and so we ordered something the next time and it was supposed to be taken care of and I guess they wrote it down or something and they would you know not make us pay for it next time when we went in they told my husband to just get out. He wasn't welcome back in there Because he made the statement that our food was wrong and they were supposed to fix it the next time that we have a charge well here we go you know we went to get our food the next time and we told him about it that's why they he said that we were not. He's not allowed back in there not even it was our fault that the food was made wrong. What is our fault that we were complaining that we paid whatever it was almost $30 And our food was not right I mean it was a while ago but still they never made it right we went to pick up our new order after placing it and they decided they weren't gonna cook it when we got there we wasted our gas our time for them to tell us that and we never got our food. That was very rude very rude. I would never say that it's OK to do anything like that. It's not fair to a customer that you take your money don't give them the correct item or even try to fix it and then be rude about it. Get the pepperoni rolls! Made with fried wonton wrappers like an eggroll rather than bread like a West Virginia pepperoni roll, but hot, crispy and delicious! Marinara sauce is terrific, too. My favorite sandwich is the chicken pesto panini. Pizzas are good and the pastas all look great. Found this spot right over the PA line while working yesterday. A co-worker and our customer both spoke highly of it, so it had to be tried! Pretty unassuming location in a plaza, tucked in amongst other stores and services, but worth keeping your eyes peeled! When you enter you can see the pizza warmer display built up and into the front main service wrap, and greeted promptly by staff! Definitely had a diner feel in my opinion, but a decent charm to the interior based on color and material choices. A pretty packed in house for around 12:30 on a Tuesday, which is always a good sign IMO. Plentiful pizza offerings, from standards, to Alfredo, and even mashed potato (Old fashioned mashed potatoes and creamy butter covered with a blend of four cheeses, ham and bacon)! Lots of sandwich and wrap options, calzones, Stromboli, pasta dishes too! I took a swing at their Italian wedding soup ( my jam) and it was flavorful and packed full of the good stuff! Shredded chunks of chicken, pastina, the little meatballs, vegetables, so good! For my main course I got the chicken parm-wich - a classic chicken parm cutlet with cheese and sauce and a decent quality roll, served with fries. I was kind of "meh" about this place at first, but the more I tried, the more I loved. The Italian wedding soup is REALLY good. Surprisingly good. Not over spiced, well balanced, and with several meats and veggies. A super pleasant soup. I'm also pretty fond of the ravioli. It's not an overlarge amount, which I like, but the pillows are stuffed with good cheese. The pizza is also really good. The crust is crispy without being a chore, there's plenty of sauce and just the right amount of cheese. My kiddos like it and I just had my first piece today (I ate two and a half), and it's definitely worth the time and money. Lastly, dessert. My sons love the tuxedo bombs. They're legit tasty, but a smidge too rich for me. The cannoli is right up my alley though, without being too sweet. This is a restaurant worth your time. Food was very good, and they were able to accommodate our very large group on short notice. The menu has a wide range of Italian American choices including pizza. Portions were generous. I had veal parm, my "standard" Italian test dish and it was very good. The spaghetti was not over cooked, which I liked. My 14 year old cousin got a large salad that she finished, having very much enjoyed it. The smash burger was to die for, white pizza had a nice crust just the way you want it and the soups were great!

We love stopping here when we drive cross country. It's the last stop before heading into crazy New York and has a good station next door for fueling up. I was very thankful this last time through to see they didn't succumb to Covid closures. We'll be back again and again! read more

Stopped here on our way to Syracuse. After 8 hours of driving this delicious dinner was heaven. I had the gnocchi and it's one of the best I've tasted and I've had gnocchi in different countries. My husband had the Alfredo and it was delicious. Complete with garlic knots. Great price, delicious high quality food!! Great service. Highly recommend! Wait staff is pleasant. I wish the pasta was whole wheat / optional? They don't serve pickles because the owner doesn't like them??? WHA? But I love Tedeschi's, the price is decent, the staff is nice.... I just wish the big TVs weren't there... the guys always stare at the TVs now, instead of in my eyes. Ordered some pepperoni rolls and two slices of pizza, it was three small pepperoni rolls that were made with egg roll wrapping , the sign said Italian cruise so I figured the rolls would be made with dough not egg roll crust. I was told 5-10 minutes for two sandwiches Togo showed up in 20 and had to wait 15 more minutes for two sandwiches. 35 minutes for two sandwiches is outrageous I can't even tell you how they taste because I'm late for work and won't be able to eat them for another 4 hours. No offer of compensation, a soda or something. I asked before I ordered because I knew time was tight. And that friends, was the best thing I ever ate. I'm taking about the pepperoni rolls at this place. You guys, I'm not kidding.. They are fantastic. It was our first time here. Place has a bit of an identity crisis - beer store, take out, sit down Italian restaurant.. But with food that good, it can identify itself however it would like. Ordered a large takeout buffalo chicken pizza. It is advertised as "roasted chicken covered in buffalo wing sauce and blue cheese". There were exactly 22 pieces of cardboard-like slivers of chicken on the pizza. And as far as the blue cheese, it was non-existent. And, yes, I experienced (much) better pizza just up the road in Montrose. I went here because it is closer to our home. Pump n Pantry pizza would have been better. To be fair, we have eaten here often, but usually dinners which are average, not spectacular. Their pesto chicken panini is to die for. read more

My brother recommended this. I'm Italian and I'm very picky when it comes to Italian food. My husband had the chicken parm and I had the gnocchi. Both were delicious. I got a side salad with mine. It was fresh, they used spring mix, not just soggy iceberg like some places. I mixed ranch, Italian and balsamic vinaigrette, all of which are home made. My husband had the chicken corn chowder, which he loved and said was very hearty, and he doesn't usually order soup. The sauce is nice and thick, no chunks of uncooked veggies and the acid level was spot on. Will definitely be back. read more

I've known about this place forever. I've had their food a few times as a kid but I've had it a lot more over the last year since this has been a new favorite spot to go when my family takes our grandmother out to dinner. The prices are pretty fair, and the restaurant itself is nice but not too fancy, you can dress up a little or dress casual, your call. They start off the meal by bringing out their famous garlic knots, which are great. They aren't over the top garlicy, and I like that, and they're also not drenched in butter or oil, they have a very clean texture with a nice flavor. The salads are ok, nothing out of the ordinary. I've tried the fried gnocchi appetizer and it was pretty good, they just kinda come out tasting like bread but they toss them in seasoned oil and give you tomato sauce to dip them in. In all honesty, while they are good, if you're already eating garlic knots then these aren't really needed in the meal. I've had 3 chicken entrees here. The chicken parm was decent, the spaghetti sauce on it is a little sweet and works well with the dish. The amaretto chicken was awesome, I loved it. It was a creamy sauce with the sweetness of almond extract added to it and there were also walnuts in the dish. The chicken was breaded nicely and it was very enjoyable. It's a tough call as to which I liked better, this or the chicken belize. the chicken belieze is part of their scorcher menu. It's pretty much fettuccine alfredo with sliced habanero mixed into the sauce with a chicken cutlet on top, and while it sounds simple, the flavor was great. I'm not too much of a pepperhead, but this was right at the boarder of the amount of heat I could handle, I was fighting it a little bit, but it was a welcomed fight. This place seems to be known for their pizza, and while it's pretty solid I don't feel that the sauce they use works well for pizza. the crust and cheese were very good, but the seasoning in the sauce seemed to work better for spaghetti than it does for pizza. The wings I got with it were good but nothing I haven't had before. They were just medium buffalo, so I'd like to try some of their more unique flavors. So far I've never had bad service. Usually we are in and out within an hour. One time I think one of the servers was a little slow, but when I was here on mother's day the server we had was great. I didn't catch her name but she seemed to be in her early 20's, she was brunette and she was efficient and friendly, she did a great job, she kept up with the drink refills very well for our large party. Since I'm from Binghamton, this is a little out of the way for me, so each visit is kind of a special occasion, and to me it's worth it, I really like it here. 4.5 out of 5 stars read more
