My family and I dined here twice in one week last week and both visits were seamless from start to finish. We had the privilege of being served by Danielle both times, and she truly delivers a fine-dining level experience. She was attentive without hovering, genuinely warm, and clearly invested in making sure we were pleased and well cared for. Although I grew up in the area, I moved to Las Vegas 25 years ago. I have enjoyed many exceptional dining experiences in LV, and Danielle is that high level. I was home for my mother's funeral, so her kindness, etiquette, and professionalism meant more than I can say. On top of that, the food is obviously absolutely out of this world, easily the best restaurant in the area. I sincerely hope Danielle is our server every time I'm back home! I was in Binghamton for work so we all went to Cacciatore's for the 1st time and the place was packed for a Tuesday night. The place was nice when you walked it was pretty much right into the bar area and then the Host station after that it was the dining room which was packed so we waited about 45 minutes for a table. We all got our drinks and talked but the place was loud just from different conversations going on. When we were seated we were a party of 6 so we ended up sitting at big table in the bar area. Our waitress came shortly after we sat down and took our drink orders and then she came back with our drinks and put bread on the table which was warm and the butter was soft, we were all hungry so the bread went quickly. And then she took our appetizer and food orders. I ordered fettuccine Alfredo with mushrooms which when it came out it was a huge portion I ate a 1/4 of it and it was delicious, of course I ended up taking my leftovers home. The waitress and waitstaff were all friendly and knowledgeable and it was a pleasant experience. I recommend this restaurant if you are in the area, you will not leave hungry. read more

We came to this place after a busy day and before a busy night of continued work with colleagues from across the state. This was the night of the famous cacciatore special of spaghetti. It was a packed house and they were even able to just fit us in with a group of 10. The staff was amazing as they kept engaging with us, even though they had many tables to wait on. I got the regular special of spaghetti and I can understand why people are there . The flavor was authentic and on point, but especially as the price was very reasonable on the night. To begin with, there are 2 doors. The front door leads into the bar area, which also has tables. But there is a back door that brings you into the dining area. We came in the front and didn't really know where to go. So hopefully knowing about the back door helps you. This place was hopping! Full dining area and many waitresses busy taking care of customers. That was a good sign that we'd picked a good place to eat. They don't appear to have a kids meal, but they do have a placemat with activities on it and crayons for kids. We asked for a kids spaghetti & meatballs and that was fine. Not sure what other options they have for kids. Prices were reasonable. For an appetizer, 2 alcoholic beverages, 2 adult meals, a kids meal & soda, we paid around $75 before tip. They serve you warm bread, which was absolutely delicious. Meals came with a side salad and side of spaghetti with sauce. My chicken Marsala was a generous, large portion, enough for another days lunch! Lots of mushrooms too. I loved it. My husband got the Tuesday night special, the 8 oz prime sirloin steak. It was a nice cut of steak. However he said it was just ok, as it lacked flavor. The spaghetti made up for it, he said. The appetizer we picked was their signature appetizer, the grilled mozzarella. It was 2 balls of mozzarella wrapped in prosciutto ham and grilled on an open flame. It was interesting. I can't say we'd order it again. Next time I will try the fried ravioli! The dining room is wide open. Not super intimate. But a good Italian meal at a good price. The staff was very friendly and many employees said goodbye as we left. We went there for our first anniversary dinner. Gabby was our waitress and was excellent. We both loved the warm seeded Italian bread! I had the eggplant parmesan special with their homemade fresh gemelli. I asked for and got the eggplant crispy. The entire dish was delicious. My wife got the chicken parmesan and said it was spot on. We had the fried Ravioli as an appetizer with two sauces, red and alfredo. They were excellent. I tried the sausage and bean soup, which left me wanting more. I mentioned I could eat a gallon of it, yum! There was no room for dessert. The portions were more than fair. I eat there every Wednesday night when I am in town. I was in line at 3:20 . The parking had around 10 car with people waiting to get a great spaghetti meal. The people in line outside are always friendly. They open.on time at 4 o'clock. I left at 4:45 and many people were waiting to get a table. I always get the sausage. The food here is great. Always crowded. My son from LA makes the rounds at all of the best Italian restaurants in town when he's here, and this is one of them. He says you can't get good Italian food in LA, even if you pay a lot. Lasagna, eggplant parm, Alfredo, haddock, everything is great. Only thing is make sure to call early (like right when they open) because it can take a LONG time for the food to be ready. Food here is all around pretty solid. Salads are fresh and I love their house Italian dressing. Had their house pork cutlet, which went very well with the accompanying dressing but was just a touch over cooked. Chicken piccata is really tender and the sauce is great too. Filet mignon over spinach was juicy but had wayyyy too much garlic, and this is speaking as someone who loves garlic. A bit of garlic flavor can add a lot but don't think there's any need to completely coat the steak with it. Pastas are decent. read more

Everything we ordered and ate was great quality. Chicken Cacciatore had two pieces of chicken and many veggies. The Pork Chop was thick, big and moist. My son ordered 2 chops and should have just ordered 1. Shrimp Fresca was perfectly cooked and plentiful of shrimp. My hubby and granddaughter both chose gnocchi one with red sauce other with the alfredo sauce. Alfredo had a awesome taste - great flavors not bland. My partner and I had to come up from Queens to get her her J and J shot, as absolutely nothing at all was available anywhere downstate. Afterward, we asked the person at CVS for a good restaurant recommendation, and she said to go here. Definitely a good suggestion. We looked over the menu on my phone, and called it in. She said it would be ready in about a half hour, and so I dropped my partner off at our hotel and went back. I got there a little early, so I sat at the bar and chatted with the lady that worked there. She was so sweet. When the food arrived, My God!! The bag was humongous!!! I joked that she was giving us dinner *and* breakfast, to which she laughed, "Yeah, they don't mess around." The food came with an appetizer, salad, bread, main dish, *and* a side of spaghetti with tomato sauce for my partner's dish. For the appetizer, we split the stuffed mushrooms. 4 *huge* mushroom caps, stuffed with a very generous portion of a crab stuffing, and roasted with butter. The mushrooms were so savory, and the stuffing was delicious! My partner had the Chicken Franchese, a lightly egg battered chicken breast, with garlic and mushrooms in a lemon, butter and wine sauce. It came with 2 very large chicken breasts, and my partner said that they were very tender and delicious, and she loved the sauce. I had the tortellini with a roasted garlic and spinach cream sauce The pasta was perfectly al dente, the filling was so creamy, and they were very generous with the cream sauce. I could definitely taste the garlic and spinach. We had so much food, we had the appetizer, salad, and barely half of our main course for dinner, we split her spaghetti for a "midnight snack", (the pasta was perfect, and the sauce was delicious!) and had the rest of our main dish for breakfast. The bread was good for "sopping action." Thank goodness our room had a fridge and microwave. We... were... stuffed!!! The best thing? All of this wonderful food only cost us about 50 bucks!!
