Arrived at 6pm for a section 5 basketball game nearby and were seated immediately. Slight weight for a server but she (Alexia) was excellent and served us quickly. Restaurant felt cozy, it was clean and busy. I had lasagna and my wife spaghetti & meatballs and both tasted great!! Tastes like authentic Italian and very reasonably priced. We would visit here regularly if we didn't live 125 miles away. Definitely recommend!

Last night, my family wanted pizza for dinner. We recently moved to Binghamton area and we heard great reviews from NIck's Pizza. Unfortunately, I didn't have the best experience. I bought a Lg Pepperoni Pizza, Lg Mushroom/Sausage Pizza, and an order of Garlic Knots. The first thing I noticed when grabbing a slice from the pizza box is how MINIMAL the amount of cheese they provided on the pizza. I figured, "Oh, they might've just messed up on the one pie." No, it was both pizzas that were like that. I've been to several pizzerias, and I've never had this kind of experience before. My kids even mentioned how there's barely any cheese on the pizza. I was hopeful that the garlic knots were going to be a kick since my wife loves them. We open the bag and what we saw looks like someone went to the supermarket, bought a bag of Hawaiian Rolls, minced garlic from a jar and some parsley to call it, "Garlic Knots." After saying all of this, we've spent over $50.00 for this order. I'm sorry, I don't plan on coming back.

Had been asking around for a while what some good pizza spots are down here near Binghamton. Got referred to Nicks more than once! Got a pizza later at night was actually the last one of the night. Super nice inside area. The pizza was great! The dough was nicely done and flavored well. There weren't any dry spots, sauces both done nicely. An 8/10 pie wish the chicken was a little bigger, and the garlic had a little more cheese. One of the best I've had down here in the Binghamton area. We will BE BACK! Also excited to try their other Italian food sometime.

Mediocre at best. The pizza was the best part of the meal. The chicken parm tasted like a frozen chicken patty. It's just not my thing.

Im a stout girlie, but it is the wrong season for that. But... I made out fine with a tart cider. Since they brew their beer themselves- makes perfect sense to focus on ipas and lagers right now. The food is amazing. Hubby and I got a cheesesteak and the Don Don, honey chicken sandwich. We've gotten them before. By far, in our opinion, the best stuff on the menu. But everything is freaking good. Friends, we were with, had a pizza, and other sandwiches. Everybody raved about what they got. Menu is big enough for a great variety. Seriously FOMO is real. You are missing out if you haven't gone. If the weather is cooperating throw a captain chair in your car and experience the kinda late spring in Bingo. So happy this place is here and that the owner is a cool dude.

If you think there is only one kind of…read morepizza; if you think Papa John's/Pizza Hut/etc is "good" rather than edible at best; if you think that pizza has to be hot and triangular to be good, then, frankly, you might not like Roma's. Yes, Roma's is non-traditional in a sense, but it's old school non-traditional, not non-traditional as in yuppie pizza with weird wacky toppings or made in the shape of a goose, or whatever. Roma's pizza is fluffy, square, comes with less sauce and/or cheese than you might expect, and can be eaten hot. But its true genius comes out when you intentionally choose to eat it cold. Many people believe that the true test of a slice of pizza is whether it's good in an hour, or even the next day. And I'm one of them. Mass-produced ingredients tend to show their colors after they've cooled off - at some point Pizza A tastes a lot like Pizza B or Pizza Z for that matter. Those pizzas that are meant to look like the million dollar tv ads: stringy cheese, bubbling red sauce, jellybeans in the crust, tend to turn into glop after reaching room temperature. Roma's is different. Different in a way that it's almost like a combination of pizza and something else - bagel? croissant? German pretzel? Bottom line is that if you pick up a square of Roma's (either hot or cold) expecting conventional pizza taste and texture, you'll be surprised. And if you're surprised there's a good chance that you'll feel angry, disappointed or betrayed. If you just open your mind, close your eyes and take a bite, you might find that there's more than one way to make wonderful, delicious cheese redsauce bread. And that's why us locals absolutely love it. For breakfast, lunch, dinner or whenever.
