I was very surprised and impressed to see a brewery in downtown Endicott I think when I had first visited that they were still brand spankin' new, but they already had good beers and a great atmosphere. Flash forward 4 years and I had the opportunity to return. Still the only brewery in town, but they've stepped up their game with some additional decor, an outdoor seating area on the sidewalk and digital menu boards. Oh, and they continue to produce great beer. Really liked how they're also canning their beet now too. On my last visit, I had the opportunity to chat with the owners for a little bit. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Hope to make it back to the area soon to visit again!

The owners and bartenders came right up to introduce themselves and get to know us. They gave us some complimentary samples of beer from another brewery they love, which I've never seen, but appreciated. Overall, it's worth the trip, and I'm glad we were able to meet the guys who run it!

We'd arrived on a Friday morning, about an hour after they opened, and we were the only ones. When we walked in, we were instantly greeted by the brewery dog: a large, calm girl. While we drank, she lounged around. There's only one picnic-sized table, and no seats at the bar. So we stood by the bar to grab a flight- and since there wasn't any "real" food, we grabbed a bag of pretzels and chips to snack on. Eight beers on tap and five per flight, so we opted to try the White IPA, DIPA, Belgian style ale, azacca IPA, and the hard apple cider. Everything looked, tasted, and smelled great! The bartender was friendly and helpful throughout, and answered all of our questions. There's nowhere to eat in the area and not much other reason to be in the area, but if you happen to be passing through then this place is certainly worth a moment of your time.

Y'all, they moved to Hallstead…read more Oh. My. Goodness. I cannot sing enough praises for this brewery. I have found, I think, only two of their beers that I wasn't keen on. The beers are always very well balanced, always gentle with a very distinct flavor (if you can imagine that), and always served with a smile. Try the Belgian Peach, if they have it. Or the midnight lager, which is a similar darkness to a Guinness, but you don't have to chew it. The (forgive me, I've forgotten what they named it) jalapeño beer is most definitely worth your time, if you're into that slight burn in your throat and belly. I've heard they to some excellent hard seltzers, too, but I'm always too excited to try the new beers to actually drink any seltzer. And when you're ready to eat, 2 Dogz has partnered with a BBQ joint worthy of being served with the best brewery in the area: Red Rock. Definitely try out their chicken, it will change your life (especially after a few of those midnight lagers). The staff adores dogs, so bonus points! There's a treat jar behind the bar, and they will absolutely coo over your pooch and bribe them with treats. If you're passing through or in the area and trying to find something interesting to put in your mouth, definitely try 2 Dogz. They're worth every penny.

After about 10-15 minutes of this, we complained to our server who said there wasn't anything that could be done but it should be over soon. Not long afterwards, it started to quiet down and everyone on the patio started clapping and cheering and THEN IT STARTED BACK UP. Slightly less loud, but still requiring shouting back and forth at our small table. This went on for another 30 minutes. I asked for the manager, who again said there was nothing she could do and then gave us "free drink" chips we could redeem for a free drink on another visit. We dropped over $80 for the two of us on this visit and were nearly hoarse when done talking. Then, as we are leaving, we look at the chips that we were given for our "free drink" and it's for a COFFEE on the house!! Not even a real drink. Good grief. I may have said this last time, but if at all possible, I'll never come here again. The price/atmosphere equation is radically out of balance here.
