We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Finn helped us today and was amazing! He was so patient with us and is so knowledgeable. The evaluation for both our feet were shocking and interesting. They do email you the full report, so you can have it for your record. I love that they are not pushy or rushing you to make a decision. They also do price match if it's the same shoe. Unfortunately, they didn't have the shoe size and color on the shoes we wanted. But we did end up getting a pair of insoles that Finn told us about. Hopefully, this will give us more cushion and stability with the shoes we have now. We highly recommend going to this store and seeing Finn if you are needing to find a good pair of running or walking shoes. We will definitely be coming back here again.

I visited LIQ on a Saturday and purchased a pair of shoes, clearly requesting a size 7. The salesperson gave me a 7.5 without even confirming. After realizing the mistake at home, I returned to exchange them. At that time, I decided to purchase another pair and again specifically asked Michael for a size 7. Yet again, I was given a 7.5. When I returned a second time due to their repeated mistake, I was told there are no refunds--even though it was their staff who provided the wrong size on both occasions. This was not my fault. They did not have my correct size in stock and refused to issue a refund, offering only store credit. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, Jorge was put on the phone and incredibly told me to "go f*** off." Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior, especially from someone in a management role. To make matters worse, when I became visibly frustrated (which any reasonable person would be), they called security on me. There is in-store video footage that clearly shows me requesting a size 7 both times. This is not how customers should be treated--especially when the mistake is entirely on the store. If you value customer service and professionalism, I strongly advise staying away from LIQ at Glendale Galleria.

I additionally used an American Express gift card I received for Christmas 2023-so I didn't pay a single cent for this transaction, 2 pairs of sandals for $103.29 (one pair was 30% off) All in all, it was a good experience even as I moaned & groaned about finding ones that fit well (wide width, a bit limited but better than most places) without causing pain, looked decent on my not-so-pretty feet & a good value. As I was tying on the shoe, all the employees gathered by the register to talk smack about a group of children that were in there before me. The store is small, I was with my partner and his sister, we all heard them criticizing the children and complain that if anyone walks into the store with a backpack they should be obligated to leave it at the door or better yet not even bother coming inside. It all didn't click to me that it was one of the workers talking until I went to put the shoe back on the shelf and realized all the employees were gathered gossiping, then one of them started talking about the kids looking a certain way/ making assumptions about the kind of people they must be. I walked our without purchasing anything, that kind of behavior should be unacceptable, these were a group of 20 something year olds talking about young teenagers. I couldn't believe how unprofessional they were being. It's that kind of behavior that made me realize they're probably so caught up in gossip that they messed up on my order the first time I shopped there. I don't recommend any one at all coming here.
