He opened it on 12/25, but we didn't actually use it until mid-January. On his very first use, the coffee spilled all over him because the lid was cracked. I tried to avoid driving an hour back to the store, so I searched everywhere online for a replacement lid but couldn't find anything even remotely close. My last option was to return to the store to see if they would replace the defective lid. Unfortunately, I was told the return/exchange window had passed by just three days (01/15), and the employee refused to help. He even called the manager, who also said there was nothing they could do. When I asked where I could buy a replacement lid, the employee didn't know and mentioned that other customers have had the same issue with this type of lid -- which makes this even more concerning. To make matters worse, the only solution offered was for me to buy another insulated cup. That felt like a slap in the face considering the one I bought was defective. Because this was a Christmas gift, it sat in a gift bag for a while, which caused the defect to be discovered too late. For a store to refuse to help over three days, especially right after Christmas, is unreasonable and poor customer service. I will not be shopping at this location again.

Had hoped to get the same customer service here in California however was surprised to find, although my $20.00 card your store offered for becoming a member had expired, the on duty manager stated he could not honor or support my current purchase in any way in light of the expired signing up card. My purchase was for an expensive pair of shoes needed for an upcoming event; however elected to shop elsewhere after finding my customer loyalty was not of value. Hoping your store leaders can make better customer service decisions that would keep customers by offering some latitude for purchases that are revenue worthy for something as little as $20.00.

Steve is a great guy guiding me through the feet scanning process (which I think is incredibly useful). After that we went through the scan and that's when we decided on the shoe brands that I was interested in trying on. Totally no pressure and he made sure I tried on the various brands to make sure I liked what was presented. Highly recommend then if you're a beginner or an advanced runner. Selection seems to be pretty darn good for my size. I wanted to add that you can buy running shoes just about anywhere. Big box stores online etc. The prices are pretty much the same as I'm sure they have to follow minimum prices set by the manufacturer. But a place like this that offers that little bit extra like the feet scan just tilts the scales towards Fleet Feet. So of you're going to pay the same amount why not go here and get personalized service versus a sales clerk that's just the to retrieve the shoe size you're requesting.

I ask if they have dressing rooms I can try my three items on in. One rep comes while using her cell phone, assumes I'll follow her without looking up or acknowledging me, of course I follow her. She blocks my way into my dressing room stall as she's more worried about texting on her phone to the point where I have to ask her to please move out of my way, then she side steps me and walks away. I'm having a bad experience already. I take pictures of the tags and decide to buy them online. There was no customer service experience that would make it worth me buying in store, literally just people who show up and want to get paid for simply being there. No checking up on you, asking if you need help with anything, no offering of any deals or trying to sell their vip membership. Whoever is in charge of this store obviously didn't hire the correct people that are fitted for this job. Ordered my stuff online and never coming back here. Save yourself the trip.
