We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Finn helped us today and was amazing! He was so patient with us and is so knowledgeable. The evaluation for both our feet were shocking and interesting. They do email you the full report, so you can have it for your record. I love that they are not pushy or rushing you to make a decision. They also do price match if it's the same shoe. Unfortunately, they didn't have the shoe size and color on the shoes we wanted. But we did end up getting a pair of insoles that Finn told us about. Hopefully, this will give us more cushion and stability with the shoes we have now. He needs shoes for school as expected this time of year and after visiting Liq, he couldn't be more stoked with the shoes. Initially, we just wanted one pair of white sneakers, and after the sales guy's patient and helpful suggestions, my son found a second pair he really loved that wasn't even on display. We received excellent customer service because of the sales guys' patience, and knowledgeable helpful suggestions. He ensured the comfort, size and "wriggle room" of each pair. The last thing we want is to buy these shoes and for my son to outgrow it in a month. So not only did we find an additional pair my son loved, but he got his Air Force 1's in the crisp clean white, finally. Stock is still limited I think, but we caught sight of two pairs out on the floor and our size we needed was in the back room. I am so sorry we can't recall his name, but he was on the floor (curly dark hair) around 5pm today Sunday 8/8/21. Thank you so much for your time and help today. Phenomenal customer service and you were so patient with my son. He thoroughly enjoyed the shopping experience because of your time and help. I additionally used an American Express gift card I received for Christmas 2023-so I didn't pay a single cent for this transaction, 2 pairs of sandals for $103.29 (one pair was 30% off) All in all, it was a good experience even as I moaned & groaned about finding ones that fit well (wide width, a bit limited but better than most places) without causing pain, looked decent on my not-so-pretty feet & a good value. Decided to give them a second chance and went in this past Friday to look for a pair of puma ballerina shoes, someone came over to help me but the display was my size. As I was tying on the shoe, all the employees gathered by the register to talk smack about a group of children that were in there before me. The store is small, I was with my partner and his sister, we all heard them criticizing the children and complain that if anyone walks into the store with a backpack they should be obligated to leave it at the door or better yet not even bother coming inside. It all didn't click to me that it was one of the workers talking until I went to put the shoe back on the shelf and realized all the employees were gathered gossiping, then one of them started talking about the kids looking a certain way/ making assumptions about the kind of people they must be. I walked our without purchasing anything, that kind of behavior should be unacceptable, these were a group of 20 something year olds talking about young teenagers. I couldn't believe how unprofessional they were being.
