I come back first thing the next day, and screen is not in stock (he didn't pick it up), advising that instead his boss is going to bring it in a couple hours. I call back 4 hours later to check on it, and the screen isn't there and he doesn't know the status but he said he'll call his boss. After discussing with my wife, we decide to drive over there and get the phone (about 30 minutes after getting off the phone with the employee) - he doesn't not recognize me ("ugh, can I help you?") and once I remind him of what's going on he says "honestly, I haven't even called my boss". In retrospect, I should have not been surprised due the employee wearing sunglasses inside during all three of our interactions and wearing the same clothes has he was the day before. Ultimately, I found a cheaper and more professional option in Stockton to complete the screen repair, and will never consider RepairALL at any location ever again.

Happened about 10 minutes after I took the device to be fixed and the gentleman was kind enough to "re-fix" it however "nothing was wrong" after he initially fixed it and sent me on my way with the device working. A few days later the device is now no longer working and am unable to get ahold of anyone from the location to see what they will do to fix it. They were able to open it but thats where the service stopped. I got my LCD back opened and paid for the labor. I was told they would look for a replacement LCD for me but never did. I called to follow up and just end up giving up and completing the fix on my own. On the plus side, I learned how to repair my own LCD dash so thats a plus.

Absolutely impressed by this place that I kind-of dismissed as "why would we need a store that just…read moresells batteries?" We bought a used 2014 car that didn't have a remote fob, just a regular key with chip. The Chevy dealer told us they can't help since the remote fobs are discontinued. Two local locksmiths both told us they can't guarantee their work but it would cost $75 just to try, plus the cost of the fob. So we called Batteries Plus. They also said $75 just to try, but only $10 to cut the key. We bought a remote fob on eBay for under $30, took it in to be cut for $10, and the guy programmed it for us for free (it only took 2 minutes). Absolutely nice, professional guy there and we'd definitely come here again.

#UPDATE After a little over a week of use. The caveats below…read morestill persist. One thing I've also been noticing is my screen will sometimes lag heavily. This goes for watching a video as well. Video will be choppy/laggy and this never happened to my original screen. Sometimes if I charge my phone and play music and use Apple Maps, the screen will also lag heavily I'll. Again this never happened with original screen. I've also noticed greatly that my battery % is being drained a lot faster. Even if it's regular use like how I did with my original Apple screen. I suspect it's the aftermarket screen. However, the 4 star review will still stay. Just an update. Will probably buy a new phone soon but this is still decent for $85. Great customer service. Fast service. I replaced my iPhone 15pro screen due to cracked screen. The only downside that resulted in 4/5 star is the aftermarket screen. It's great for a quick on the go if you don't want to spend $180+ for an original screen. The lighting on the aftermarket screen does have a light blue led color to it and it is not as vibrant as an orignal Apple screen. This you can tell. I don't mind this as my eyes will get adjusted to it. However, my biggest gripe to where I can tell a big difference on is the lag input on swiping. Just swiping the Home Screen to the next screen, the apps become blurry and it isn't a smooth transition. Another, big issue is the touch screen. I did put another screen protector layer on top of the new after market seal (the seal is part of a warranty depending on if it breaks or not). So I decided to try and protect my screen further. Upon doing so, I can tell a big difference in typing my letters especially the letters to the side of the screen "A a S P L & backspace". I now have to press my screen ALOT harder to register the letter I want. I find myself having to backspace and retype my words a lot more as pressing the letters do not register sometimes. Sometimes swiping from bottom screen up to close an app also does not work and I would have to press my screen hard to swipe up. Overall, this is a good purchase for a quick $85 on the go. If you do not mind the caveats I have listed here (maybe it's just my screen) then $85 is great. Other than that, you may want to spend more and get an original Apple screen.

Once finished he told me to unlock test it out and the home button was a bit glitchy so he gladly adjusted it and viola phone screen was fixed. A pleasure to do business with! The first time I cracked my screen I went to some place called zoom or something rather off march and 5 and they wanted my unlock code, I was like for what, he says so we can check it, I was like I'll be here to check it myself, then he's like well it'll be an hour, I said that's fine, 15 minutes later it was fixed. It all seemed too shady at that place, they don't need your code you can test your phone out yourself!

I was fighting charging port connection problems for a little while until today, I woke up with a…read morephone that wouldn't turn on or charge at all and couldn't insert the charger hardly anymore. I took it to onsite concepts here in galt and was the best decision, they were very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They located the problem I had rocks and other debris stuck in my port from landscaping. They were able to get me in same day and solve problems very quickly. I actually had them work on my other phone after that, it had a mic issue, my clients would say that I would cut in and out on the phone and was hard to hear me. These guys got my phone back to normal in no time after discovering the problem.
