Let me start by this, I HARDLY EVER GIVE REVIEWS! However I could not wait to get on YELP to inform anyone looking for Cell Phone HELP. TECH SABE has saved me more than once. I am an I Phone owner and really needed some help retrieving my SIM CARD that I mistakenly placed in my phone WITHOUT the frame. (Unbelievably stupid I know) Thankfully once again I calledl TECH SABE and they told me to bring my phone in. Also the very nice guy at the counter told me "Dont feel stupid, this happens more than you know" Hard for me to believe tha,t but I thought it was incredibly nice of him to say that. Anyway they had my phone ready in about an hour. Sure beats driving to the MODESTO APPLE STORE. I have also brought my phone there for screen damage and again my phone was ready in no time at all. TechSabe has now saved me twice! Back in November 2017 I brought my phone in for a screen repair after dropping and shattering my screen. I was so impressed by the amazing service that I brought my phone back to them again today (June 2018) when my phone was no longer responding to touch and some of the bottom buttons stopped working. I received the same excellent service I remembered. Enrique was the person who helped me today. He explained to me all of the things that could be causing the issue with my phone and actually had a desk model of the inside of the phone to show me how the connections worked and what could be malfunctioning/disconnected. I explained to him that it was a tough time for me and I could not afford a new Iphone; he was extremely understanding and assured me that he would take a look inside my phone and try his best to diagnose the issue and sort out a solution. I left for an hour to get some coffee and popped back in and there he was with my repaired phone, ready to go. Not only did he solve the problem quickly and find a resolution, but he was cognizant of my situation and took into account my loyalty as a repeat customer at check-out. I discovered Enrique by a referral from the AT&T store after I cracked the glass on my iPad. He had not yet opened up TechSabe, and was working from his home. He fixed my iPad for a very reasonable price. I have since brought him my iMac for an estimate: (too much wrong to be worth the fix). I just got my Mac Book Pro cleaned and debugged - overnight service, and the iPad is back for a second life. Great customer service, knowledgeable owner/staff, and reasonable prices. Amazing help! After getting hairspray all over my laptop screen and taking it to Apple where they said there was nothing that could get it off, I came into TechSabe and they helped and cleaned it right away leaving it looking brand new! I will definitely be coming in here a lot more! read more

What a great shop! I brought them an iPhone 4 which had been soaked in sunscreen hoping to get out of there with a few hundred dollar repair - less than $100 later, I was the owner of a perfectly functioning phone. They did not have the screen I needed in stock - told me it would be 3 days to get it in - had it fixed late the next day! I would feel comfortable bringing any computer, cell phone, etc to Tech Sabe and know I would get good service at a fair price. read more

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME !! Took my cell phone in with a cracked screen, the ordered the part and it took 3 days to arrive, part came in and it was wrong,they said it was a manufacture issue, explained it away as if it was the parts dealers fault, so they said the right one would arrive the following Tuesday, so I took my phone(with limited function) home for the weekend. I called that Tuesday and the part had not arrived, they said Wed for sure, so my wife took the phone down Wed afternoon and they said the part would not arrive unti Friday!! By this time my patience had run out, I called Simplify Simple in Stockton and found out they had the part in stock and would have my phone fixed in 2 hrs, so I called TechSabe and said I would be coming in to get my phone, and that I wanted my deposit back, the Owner Enrique told me I can have my phone but was not going to get my deposit back because of the time put into my phone!! I was incensed, and told him I will be in there in about an hr, I showes up and he was conveniently not there, his little helper at the door gave me my phone and said that he is not authorized to give out money(but he can take it..go figure). There was no offer of a discount or anything to make up for Me and my wifes time, truly unprofesional and incompitent, Simplify Simple in Stockton fixed my phone in 2 hrs, not two weeks! So I have been debating whether to write my review but I want people to know you may read positive reviews and think everything is ok but consumer beware. I had a crack screen and called TechSabe to see if they work on my type of phone the Owner said yes, I rushed over and the owner Enrique said I would have to leave my phone overnight. I arrived at the set pick up time and the Owner Enrique said I have some news for you? Ok , he preceeded to tell me my phone no longer worked like before but I could still use it but SIDEWAYS?? The apps on the touch screen no longer worked I could not make calls. he continued to tell me it would cost 80 more dollars to fix and he was just trying to save me money? I was so upset I did not know how to react I left and the experience cost me eighty dollars and the cost of replaicing my phone. Please ask if the work is guaranteed and if anythings does go wrong will he stand by his work and not charge you more. read more
