The next day after my critical review of my experience with Tech CU, The Regional Manager of Tech CU, April Galindez reached out to me. She had a genuine interest in understanding my situation and offered to help resolve the issues I encountered in my HELOC loan process if I was willing to reconsider my decision to abandon the process. She had already reviewed my customer profile and was aware of my previous interactions with her institution. We had a productive conversation and I felt she was sincere in her offer of assistance so I agreed to have my HELOC loan application reinstated. Within two days she was able to finalized the process and arrange for the final signing of my load documents on May 13! Over those two days I received multiple phone calls from her keeping me up to date on her progress. I was totally amazed at her effectiveness and dedication to making things right. I have now become a dedicated Tech CU customer. One last comment I will make is that when I visited the Tech CU branch on 2010 N 1st ST n S.J. to cancel my new account, everyone I encountered at the branch was friendly and accommodating which was so different than my HELOC experience. The customer service of this particular branch is second to none. When I wanted to pay off my existing car loan with Tech CU, I was served by Deepika K and she walked me through the entire process without a hitch. Recently, I was looking to get another car loan for a new purchase and because of the pleasant experience I had before, I decided to stick with Tech CU. That was a wise decision. Not only did Deepika explained the process in great detail, she went out of her way to recommend various coverage that will benefit me, without being pushy at all. I wanted to give TechCU a review for sometime but just did not get a chance to do it. The reason is that they have been pretty good already. However, after I moved from Silicon Valley to Tri Valley (east side of San Fran Bay Area) 7 years ago. I experience the same TechCU with great services and the staffs there are awesome! Omg! This location has the best customer service ever experienced. I deposited cash in their ATM location, the plan was to deposit 3K. Of course I didn't know that there was contingency that allowed to make a deposit. Either 40 bills or Total of 1K which ever comes first. Long story short I deposited 40 bills with over total 1K. The machine asked if I wanted to refund the remaining and I pressed Y. I took my receipt and went inside the bank to deposit the remaining 2K. Jose, helped me and telling me I am short of 380.00, he wrote a dispute letter to the 3rd party regarding my transaction. A week later I got my money back. Dublin's Tech CU office provided exceptional service when we found ourselves dealing with the death of our father and transitioning his accounts to his wife/estate. Gabrielle devoted several hours to us (his daughters), working through and resolving issues, ultimately addressing all of our concerns. We can't thank her and Tech CU enough for their stellar support during this difficult time. Since then, she has worked with us through email to wrap up additional account matters. She makes it clear what additional requirements are necessary and takes the time to explain to me what they are and their purposes. She is super responsive to questions and confirmation of the receipt of documents. At the end she follows up with me to make sure I'm aware of the funding status. Deepika makes the entire process super smooth and easy and stress-free. Due to her hard work and knowledge, the whole process takes less time than I thought. I have been customer of this credit union since 1985 and have always enjoyed great service. I have been going to Dublin branch since 2013. Yesterday I went to Dublin office where staff includes Evelyn, Deepika, Joe Milo, Rowena and Edwin Asis. All these staff members remember my name and my grand daughter's name. When I enter the office they call me by my name and provide me with exceptional service. They are polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to help me time to time on matters which are not even their responsibility. They call other branches and main office to get me the information I need. First of all I cannot say enough about the team that works with us from the TechCU Dublin Branch (Rowena and Evelyn especially). They are just fantastic. TechCU has been my personal banking institution since I got to the Bay Area back in 2000. They are great with regards to banking services they provide and/or loans (I financed couple of cars and homes thru them at rates I could not get anywhere else). However, it is customer service that differentiates the Dublin Branch from others - staff there is always personable and gives quick attention even via phone or email. Exceptional customer service always!!! I have been a member of Techcu for 35 years first going to the branch in San Jose and Mountain View. While I never had a complaint about the service at either of those branches, I was amazed when I relocated to the East Bay several years ago and started using Techcu in Dublin. After my first visit the teller remembered my name and greeted me warmly when I returned the following week and ever since. I soon realized ALL of the employees made it a point to know everyone of their customers by name. The service is consistently exceptional and the employees are warm, friendly and very knowledgeable. I applied for an auto loan with Techfed and was scheduled for delivery on Sunday at Tesla factory. Tesla informed me that they have not received the loan amount. I went to the Dublin branch just as they shut the doors for the day. Jose and Deepika were still inside. Jose came up to the door to informed me that they are closed. When I explained him the situation, he understood the urgency and pulled Deepika into the conversation. She quickly offered to check whether the funds were transferred over to Tesla.
