The next day after my critical review of my experience with Tech CU, The Regional Manager of Tech CU, April Galindez reached out to me. She had a genuine interest in understanding my situation and offered to help resolve the issues I encountered in my HELOC loan process if I was willing to reconsider my decision to abandon the process. She had already reviewed my customer profile and was aware of my previous interactions with her institution. We had a productive conversation and I felt she was sincere in her offer of assistance so I agreed to have my HELOC loan application reinstated. Within two days she was able to finalized the process and arrange for the final signing of my load documents on May 13! Over those two days I received multiple phone calls from her keeping me up to date on her progress. I was totally amazed at her effectiveness and dedication to making things right. I have now become a dedicated Tech CU customer. One last comment I will make is that when I visited the Tech CU branch on 2010 N 1st ST n S.J. to cancel my new account, everyone I encountered at the branch was friendly and accommodating which was so different than my HELOC experience. Customer service is a big deal for me and Tech CU now rates high on my list as a bank that cares. Thank you April! read more

We've had an excellent experience with TechCU, and we especially want to recognize Richard Toletti for his outstanding corporate support. Richard assisted us over the phone and went above and beyond by walking us through key government documents and requirements that specifically applied to us as a business/nonprofit. His knowledge, clarity, and patience made what could have been a complex process feel manageable and reassuring. We'd also like to highlight Jose Milo at the Dublin branch. While we were speaking with another representative, Jose immediately recognized our organization's name--he had already been contacted by Richard--and stepped in to help right away. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and proactive. On top of assisting with our immediate nonprofit needs, he even took the time to offer helpful advice on a personal banking question that may benefit us in the future. Overall, we truly love this bank and, most importantly, the people who work here. TechCU consistently makes us feel supported, valued, and confident that we're in good hands. Highly recommend. read more

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Rowena, Rohini, Deepika, Evelyn, Joey, and Dheepika for their excellent support throughout my HELOC loan application process. The entire team was professional, responsive, and helpful every step of the way. They consistently followed up, kept me updated on the status of my application, answered my questions promptly, and ensured the process moved forward smoothly. I would especially like to recognize Dheepika for her outstanding support and dedication. She was always proactive in following up, providing updates, requesting documents when needed, and ensuring that all my concerns were addressed promptly. Her patience, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service made the entire experience much easier and less stressful. Thank you all for your hard work, professionalism, and excellent customer service. It was truly a pleasure working with your team. Sreevidya Jagadeesan read more

After my mom passed away, I had to navigate the stressful process of sorting out her accounts and making sure her mortgage could still be paid while we settled the estate. The team at Tech CU Dublin made an otherwise overwhelming situation feel manageable. Evelyn, Deepika, and Rowena were consistently kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain each step, answered every question thoroughly, and treated the situation with real care and respect. Special thanks as well to Margarita from Special Case Support, who helped guide everything behind the scenes and ensured nothing fell through the cracks. This team went far beyond basic customer service. They were supportive, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me do the right thing during a difficult time. I'm deeply grateful for their professionalism and compassion. Tech CU Dublin is lucky to have them. read more

The customer service of this particular branch is second to none. When I wanted to pay off my existing car loan with Tech CU, I was served by Deepika K and she walked me through the entire process without a hitch. Recently, I was looking to get another car loan for a new purchase and because of the pleasant experience I had before, I decided to stick with Tech CU. That was a wise decision. Not only did Deepika explained the process in great detail, she went out of her way to recommend various coverage that will benefit me, without being pushy at all. I managed to secure a loan with a lower APR for the same term and was able to complete everything, from pre-approval to a confirmed approval in a span of 24 hours. That is amazing. If you need a reliable credit union and happen to be in the East Bay area, you can choose Deepika as your relationship banker and Tech CU with confidence. read more

I wanted to give TechCU a review for sometime but just did not get a chance to do it. The reason is that they have been pretty good already. However, after I moved from Silicon Valley to Tri Valley (east side of San Fran Bay Area) 7 years ago. I experience the same TechCU with great services and the staffs there are awesome! Thanks to the whole team! So that makes me to write this review and I must give TechCU a 5 stars! Please allow me to give some back ground when I started TechCU. That was back in the early 1980s, when I started working in the Silicon Valley. The company was very close to TechCU branch so I joined TechCU. I have been a very very happy custom since. I even referred my children to TechCU! A great place for banking and I have enjoyed their services and staff members. They are very friendly! Please keep up with the good work! read more

My wife and I recently did a home equity loan with Technology Credit Union. Not only was it done in a favored timeline, but with a great interest rate as well. What really made us happy was the amount of thought and meticulousness used while working our file. Every step of the way, Candy Arnold updated us on every action and educated us fully about parts of the transaction we didn't understand. There was never a moment where we felt we were in the dark, and her responsiveness was impressive to say the least. Candy Arnold also educated us on financial matters to make our position for any future transactions more favorable. We are truly fortunate to have used Technology Credit Union and Candy Arnold, senior universal banker, and feel at ease knowing they are there if my family needs any mortgage lending in the future! read more

Dublin's Tech CU office provided exceptional service when we found ourselves dealing with the death of our father and transitioning his accounts to his wife/estate. Gabrielle devoted several hours to us (his daughters), working through and resolving issues, ultimately addressing all of our concerns. We can't thank her and Tech CU enough for their stellar support during this difficult time. Since then, she has worked with us through email to wrap up additional account matters. Knowing that we can work with a single individual and not be routed to an impersonal call center means the world to us. We would also like to acknowledge the office as a whole for the support they have given our family during the past few years. Tech CU has been great as a whole, and the Dublin office team outstanding. read more

Deepika Khandelwal helped me with refinancing of my heloc and throughout the entire process she has been extremely knowledgeable about the product and helpful with submission of the materials. She makes it clear what additional requirements are necessary and takes the time to explain to me what they are and their purposes. She is super responsive to questions and confirmation of the receipt of documents. At the end she follows up with me to make sure I'm aware of the funding status. Deepika makes the entire process super smooth and easy and stress-free. Due to her hard work and knowledge, the whole process takes less time than I thought. She over-delivered in the entire application process. I'd definitely go to her and tech cu for my future financing needs again. read more

I have been customer of this credit union since 1985 and have always enjoyed great service. I have been going to Dublin branch since 2013. Yesterday I went to Dublin office where staff includes Evelyn, Deepika, Joe Milo, Rowena and Edwin Asis. All these staff members remember my name and my grand daughter's name. When I enter the office they call me by my name and provide me with exceptional service. They are polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to help me time to time on matters which are not even their responsibility. They call other branches and main office to get me the information I need. This is the best financial institution and I will stick to it for rest of my life.I wish them great success. read more

Subject: Heartfelt Thanks for Your Exceptional Help Dear Deepika and Evelyn, I just wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the kindness, patience, and dedication you both showed me. Even after hours, you went above and beyond to help me with my banking needs, never once making me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Spending over 20 minutes to assist me in posting my payment, even after closing time, speaks volumes about your integrity and the level of care you bring to your work. It's rare to encounter such genuine compassion and willingness to help, and it made all the difference for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your support meant more than you know. Warmest regards, Alesia Charles read more

First of all I cannot say enough about the team that works with us from the TechCU Dublin Branch (Rowena and Evelyn especially). They are just fantastic. TechCU has been my personal banking institution since I got to the Bay Area back in 2000. They are great with regards to banking services they provide and/or loans (I financed couple of cars and homes thru them at rates I could not get anywhere else). However, it is customer service that differentiates the Dublin Branch from others - staff there is always personable and gives quick attention even via phone or email. Just want them to continue to excel at what they are already doing so great at! I have referred a number of family members to TechCU. read more

Tech CU location in Dublin is outstanding in customer service specially in these COVID times. Evelyn Kaneshige is the best Banker that I have worked with. I never seen anyone like Evelyn who can simplify and make it happen irrespective of any products on floor e.g.: refinance, HELOC, auto loan and others. Evelyn is gold-standard when it comes to customer experience and I do rate her work ethics and customer support at 10 in a scale of 1-10 where 10 is the best. Deepika Khandelwal is the other Banker in the same location with whom I started interacting during last few visits. She is the rising star due to her quick understanding of the customer needs and filling with necessary recommendations. read more

Exceptional customer service always!!! I have been a member of Techcu for 35 years first going to the branch in San Jose and Mountain View. While I never had a complaint about the service at either of those branches, I was amazed when I relocated to the East Bay several years ago and started using Techcu in Dublin. After my first visit the teller remembered my name and greeted me warmly when I returned the following week and ever since. I soon realized ALL of the employees made it a point to know everyone of their customers by name. The service is consistently exceptional and the employees are warm, friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommended this branch! read more

I had a very positive experience with the bank team during my HELOC application process. They handled everything on priority, kept me proactively updated throughout the days the application was in progress, and made the process smooth and efficient. They also helped me retrieve older account statements with just a single request, which saved me a lot of time and effort. Most of the work was completed over the phone and by email, making it way easier for me. I really appreciate the whole team's(Rowena, Joey, Evelyn, Rohini, Deepika and Dheepika) responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help get everything done quickly. Excellent customer service. read more

I applied for an auto loan with Techfed and was scheduled for delivery on Sunday at Tesla factory. Tesla informed me that they have not received the loan amount. I went to the Dublin branch just as they shut the doors for the day. Jose and Deepika were still inside. Jose came up to the door to informed me that they are closed. When I explained him the situation, he understood the urgency and pulled Deepika into the conversation. She quickly offered to check whether the funds were transferred over to Tesla. Together, Jose and Deepika provided me with evidence that indeed the funds were transferred. Kudos to both for going above and beyond to help. read more

Kashish deserves more than fiver stars. Tech CU branch in Fremont(Pacific Common) has elevated my experience of banks to a new level. Their customer service is impeccable. Everyone is super helpful, and I have to give a special shout-out to Kashish Shah- Universal Banker. She not only went out of her way to provide her cell phone to ensure a follow through on an important task at hand, she also ensured execution of a couple of pending items with numerous follow ups via email. She is super responsive and accountable. As long as people like Kashish are there, who go the extra mile, I know I can count on Tech CU for my financial services needs. read more
