I recently completed two auto loans with Tech CU and had a great experience working with Deepika at the Dublin location. Deepika was extremely thorough throughout the entire process. She was prompt, knowledgeable, and very clear about the exact steps involved and the expected timeline. She kept everything moving smoothly and was always available to help when I had questions. Interestingly, I completed one of my loans online and the other in person with Deepika. While the online process worked fine, the in-person application with her was significantly smoother and almost twice as fast. Having someone knowledgeable guide the process from start to finish made a big difference. I really appreciated Deepika's professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend working with her if you're considering an auto loan or refinancing through Tech CU, especially at the Dublin branch. read more

Our family has been members of TechCu for decades, and our recent interactions only reinforced why we hold TechCU in such high regard. A big thank you to Deepika for her incredible support over the past three days. She ensured we stayed updated and informed, proposed smart solutions when we encountered hiccups, and went above and beyond to help us complete the logistics for our auto loan by Tesla's deadline. Even when Tesla delayed providing the necessary documents, Deepika had everything set up on the back-end to expedite the process once the documents were received. Her patience, knowledge, and positive energy throughout every interaction made all the difference. Thanks again, Deepika and Abby, for your outstanding efforts. Due to online payment security concerns, I have started using cashier's checks for some of my payments. Joey was very helpful today by preparing and providing the check I needed, and he also took time to share with me a number of other financial safety tips to avoid future problems with identity theft, fraud, etc. I truly appreciate Joey and the rest of the Dublin team for always supporting and looking out for their members. I recently had interaction with this branch of TechCU involving application for a loan. I was so pleased with the service I received especially from Deepika, that I decided to post a review for the branch. Being a customer of TechCU for many years, mostly I do not go in, but do my financial stuff over the web. This branch was always sufficiently staffed so I could be helped upon entry, and each visit I felt welcome and was able to complete what I needed to do with minimum fuss. Good work, Dublin TechCU! read more

I really dislike this credit union, but it's too much of a hassle to change my bill pay and automatic deposit to another bank. Issues: Debit cards expire after 2 years and don't have tap-to-pay. Practically anything causes them to freeze your account, including using your card out of town or making an error and having to re- enter your pin. They don't notify you that your account is frozen, though, so you get to be embarrassed the next time you use your card, and it's declined. The app is awful. It's funny that it's called Technology, as it is entirely technologically impaired. read more

I first applied for a car loan online and it sent me to the office in Milpitas. I needed to get some paperwork and headed to my local branch in Dublin. Got what I needed, met up with my seller and filled out all paperwork needed, so I thought. Didn't have a appointment and walked into Dublin branch and was immediately met by Gabrielle to start my paper work. Seems like not all my paperwork was inline, but Gabrielle took the time to rewrite up my papers (I have horrible chicken scratch writing). Made sure to have multiple copies for the seller to sign just in case. Had everything FedX to the seller. Fedx had issues getting it back to office for a few days , but when they did Evelyn and Gabrielle made sure I was notified. I came back in and finished my signing and next day had funds for purchasing my new used car. Thanks you to Gabrielle & Evelyn for all their help making this process very easy! Thank you TechCU!!! read more

I have been a member of Tech CU for over 20 years and I always feel treated like a VIP. I want to recognize Kenneth from the Dublin branch. My wife and I opened a student account for our daughter who is going to college in the fall. Our experience with Kenneth's customer service was friendly and professional. He explained everything to my daughter the whole process during our time with him. He even called and followed up with me today just did a courtesy call and see if everthing was working ok with the new account for my daughter. Tech CU always shows their best foot forward when it comes to their members. Tech CU is member centric and putting their members first. If you are looking for a place of banking and wanting to experience customer service that treat you as a member and not just number in a data base, I highly recommend Technology Credit Union. Come visit their 10 branches in the Bay Area, you will not be disappointed. read more

I had a marvelous experience during my recent bank branch visit yesterday! I walked in without an appointment and got greeted by Kashish Shah right away. I had several complicated requests that didn't have straightforward solutions, but Kashish was creative enough to help me solve them successfully. She was incredibly friendly, efficient and professional as well, making me feel valued as a customer. I've been with Tech CU for over twenty years and have always enjoyed it. Low fees and customer services are the best about Tech CU. Thank you very much, Kashish for another pleasant experience with Tech CU! read more

I have been a member of TechCU for more than a decade now. And if I can use any of their services to make life easier for me, I do. Unfortunately, the recent experience with their Tech Car Shopper service put a bit of a damper to my satisfaction as long time member. When I reached out for help in shopping for my next vehicle, I felt like my inquiry was not taken seriously. The only response I received was whenever the person assigned to my inquiry responds to my email...there were no follow-ups. The Tech guy said he could not find a good deal for me...but when I decided to check thru my local dealerships, I found one that offered me $1500 in rebate + $500 less than window sticker price. Fortunately, this experience that had the potential to discourage me in continuing to be a part of TechCU was redeemed big time by two wonderful ladies in the Loan Department, Analyn Tayo and Deepika Khandelwal. Deepika made processing/approving my loan application seamless and when I reached out to her for help when I had issues picking up my car from the dealership, she was on it. With the help of Analyn, who made sure my pre-approved loan was recognized by the dealership, I was able to complete the purchase process of my car and finally take it home. These two ladies are awesome...I give them major kudos!! They both went above and beyond in helping me...my latest car purchase experience could have been worse if not for these two ladies. Thanks again, Analyn/Deepika!! You ladies are a prime example of what a GREAT customer service means... read more

I was recommended to Tech CU by one of my colleagues, so even though I had no prior experience with them, I approached them with the auto loan request I had. I was looking to finance from CarMax, and they gave me a good deal, but I wanted to keep my options open and checked with Tech CU. To my surprise, they offered me a fantastic interest rate on my auto loan. Kenneth from the Fremont branch, and Jose and Evelyn from the Dublin branch were SOO awesome to work with. Kenneth literally called me the very same day of my application and walked me through the entire process and all the required documents from my part. He was also pivotal in arranging the loan amount on a VERY short turnaround time - I'm talking within a FEW HOURS of me finishing up my tasks. Jose and Evelyn in the Dublin branch really helped me out in creating my accounts, setting everything up, and generally making me feel at ease - great people! I'm so very happy that my colleague recommended Tech CU to me - and thanks to them, I'm enjoying my new car today with literally no hassles. Hope to keep doing business with them in the future too! read more
