They are completely ignoring the fact that I am the victim in this scenario and just refusing to help whatsoever. That's how trash they are. To make it worse, a lady representative from the local branch called me while I was literally inside Bank of America paying my rent to badger me about a negative balance. She tried to threaten me, claiming Wells Fargo wouldn't recommend me to another bank and that I'd have a hard time opening an account anywhere else. I told her straight up, "I've been with Chime for 7 years before you guys, and they don't treat customers the way you guys treat customers. I got to go," and then I just quickly hung up on her. There is absolutely no way I'd ever go back to their garbage company. They completely deserve their terrible 2.5-star average. Don't waste your time with them.

However, the funds never became available, they froze them and then closed my account, closed my personal account, and closed my personal credits cards, taking my cc points/money and dropping my credit score 20 points. For 6 weeks their representative lied to me stating that they are fixing the problem and will get my accounts reopened and my funds available. He also lied and said Michael would be calling me shortly to explain everything, which never happened either. Nothing the bank representative told me was true. I just received official Bank of America correspondence in response to my CFPB regulatory complaint that they reviewed my issue and determined everyone did everything correctly at BofA and I will not get my funds and need to contact the Treasury Department. This bank gave me erroneous information, causing me damages, then lied to me for 6 weeks, took my money, and walked away from me. Awful company and horrible people there. I will now need to sue them for the damages their constant lying and caused me.

After banking with them for several years, I can confidently say my experience has been just as exceptional. This will now be my second auto loan through them, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. Not only do they offer some of the best rates available, but their team is also professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping their customers throughout the entire process. I especially want to recognize Vinisha Patel for the outstanding service she provided. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to customer care truly stood out. She made the entire experience smooth, stress free, and informative from start to finish. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle, whether through a dealership or a private seller, I highly recommend reaching out to them before allowing dealerships to run your credit multiple times. Being pre approved ahead of time gave me confidence and negotiating power throughout the buying process. It allowed me to focus on finding the right vehicle and securing the best deal without unnecessary pressure or repeated credit inquiries. Having financing already in place puts you in control and makes the entire car buying experience much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you again to Vinisha and the entire team for providing such excellent service and making the process seamless.
