I've been a Chase customer ever since a long time. Came here on Halloween cuz I needed a money order because I left my checkbook at home. Actually the agent was able to print three checks for me for three bucks. Not bad. I was unaware of this service and I was glad for their customer service. The location has plenty of parking and nice, courteous and well-informed people working here. At least. That was my impression for the one time I had been here cuz I normally don't come to this location. read more

Chase branch on Hopyard, in Pleasanton California. Entire staff is always very friendly and professional. NEVER a long wait or bad experience with Chase at this branch or it's other locations. I have had business with other banks other than Chase, but this Chase branch as with their other branches tops all other banks. Thank you, Chase! read more

Justine and Johnson helped me merge my southwest chase credit card with my banking acct on the app. They were SOOO nice and SOOO helpful! Great customer service! I left the bank feeling relieved as I was having issues doing this over the app and on the phone previously. Appreciate them so much. Justine was so delightful! read more

Absolutely love this bank. The employees are so nice and made my experience go very well. Love coming here.

I had a wonderful experience as always with the crew at the Hopyard branch. Justine is wonderful and remembers the names of customers. Today I opened a business account with Ms.Damle and she was excellent too. read more

This CHASE back has the most knowledgable, friendly, efficient and thorough employees. Gabriel helped me today and he is efficient, knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with. He got me in and out for a (1) transfer from this account to that account, and then (2) a Cashier's Check ... all within 5 mins. Gabriel's manager was equally pleasant when she had to step in to approve the transaction. Way to go! Love this Chase! read more

I came in for a cashiers check and was helped by Johnston! There were a few things going on with my accounts and he went the extra mile to clean things up and get me situated! He was very transparent and helpful. Thanks again, Johnston! read more

A beautiful bank, with no long lines and great treatment. The two guys at the windows were attentive and personable. Its in a nice neighborhood so no bullet proof glass and your not treated like a criminal. A bowl of candy, convenient parking - what more can I say? A banking experience couldn't be better. read more

One of the chase banks I sort of regularly visit, I probably would have given them a 4 star rating since I rarely have any complaints or problems until one of my last visits where the teller lost my check re-order slip so waiting around roughly a week and half or close to 2 weeks without any checks, I had to come back here only to find out they lost the slip and there wasn't an order for my checks of coarse. Overall, it's nice and clean inside and the tellers are friendly, but this mistake was untimely and could have been prevented. read more

Most recently, this bank has been good to me. I say recently, because in the past, I remember getting service that was seriously less than OK. I don't remember the guy's name that helped me in the past but I have noticed he hasn't been there. What I Like: - This bank is close to my work so I definitely love the convenience. - The Bank Tellers are nice. - The bank looks clean and organized. - The bank is in a business center so the environment feels safe. Overall, I would recommend this bank. read more

I came in to get some documents printed and was helped by Casey! She went the extra mile for me with excellent customer service. Thank you so much to Casey for helping me with my issue! read more

Super quick review because, well it's a Chase bank, how much can you really say?! I had to change my pin number (for some reason my old one was no longer working). I was lucky to find out they were open until 4 on Sat which is great. They have actual people as tellers. The other Chase I went to recently was all ATM machines with just one banker. They were all super nice. It was quiet and they even offered me a water while is waited for the banker. I try and avoid banks at all cost, I love online banking. But if I needed to, I'd definitely come I here. read more

actually didn't pay my chase cc on time last time. got a $25 late fee. came across this chase (almost randomly). memorized wrong address. no one in line near closing, so in and out in minutes once i found my paperwork. lots of parking, free cofffee too. (skipped). read more

Went into this branch today with $100 in cash to do a wire transfer to my son who banks with Chase in Chicago. The teller who claimed she was the branch manager said she was unable to do this because I didn't have an account with Chase and practically accused me of money laundering. I would never have an account with Chase after their part in the housing crisis became public. These bands of thieves were practically accusing me of being a thief. Too little attention is being paid to people who are coming from other countries with suitcases full of cash and too much scrutiny is being given to people attempting to do simple cash wire transfers. read more

So I've been here so many times and hoping their level of service would get better but they failed every single time. The bottom line is, I don't like to do my banking here, this would be the last place that I want to go unless the Stoneridge location is closing. You guys need to treat your clients more polite. Just a feed back to the management team. read more

Thank you Andrea and the gentlemen co-worker for all your help today ! Above and beyond phenomenal customer support and service! I've been coming to this location for almost 4 years now and this has been one to remember! Thank you both and wishing you continued success and growth! read more

This is my main branch that I visit, the tellers are always happy to greet me and the Bankers always offer to do my transactions for me. I always bring my daughter so its easier just to sit with a Personal Banker. They have always been very polite and exceeded my expectations especially from what you read in the news now a days. If you are a Chase customer or looking to move banks I suggest this Chase Branch in specific, they will make sure you leave satisfied and relieved. read more

I went in today because I was having difficulty with a fraud situation. I had already called customer service and received the worst service and was so frustrated when the call ended. Once I was waiting in the lobby, I was greeted by Patrick who was very friendly. He was professional, knowledgable, and handled my issue within 10 minutes.... Something the customer service rep couldn't handle in an hours time. I have always liked Chase Bank as a whole before this but the help I received from Patrick was the topping on the cake. read more

This branch has been fantastic. Not only is it bright, and new, but everyone is always super friendly. If you just need to run into to see a teller there is never too much of a line, and if you feel like checking in on your accounts and seeing what else you can take advantage of that is completely doable in a timely manner. Also they stay open till 6:10, so if your running late its the only bank you can get into after 6. For all the media hype against banks, it really comes down to what you need. I need a bank that is all over, with lots of atms, and that can work with me to meet my needs and expectations. This is a one stop shop, everything can be done from one branch, making life so much easier. read more

My boyfriend and I both opened up accounts here. WE LOVE IT! Our banking assistant was wonderful to work with, and even called us a week later to follow up and see if we had any questions! It was great that she was just checking in to make sure we were happy, rather than trying to get us more features, get us to order things, etc. I really wish I could remember her name. She has blonde hair, and sits in the front left corner of the building as you walk through the front door. I've returned back to this branch for most of my transactions, and have not had a bad experience yet. No lines most of the time, quick service, and personable staff. We are most definitely going to be long term customers of Chase. read more

Worst Customer Service ever! I have to bank her for the company I work for so there is no way around having to bank with Chase, but I can honestly say I will never go to this branch again. I have been to this branch since May 2017 4 times and out of those 4 times 3 were very bad experiences. Yesterday my most recent visit to this branch I walked in and was totally ignored for a good 5 minutes, no greeting of any kind. As I am waiting another customer walks in and is immediately greeted and asked how he can be helped. I piped up and said I have been waiting to be helped as well. Upon leaving I let the teller know my displeasure and she simply dismissed me and essentially shooed me out the door. The manager of this branch needs to step it up in the customer service department otherwise they will most likely not be a branch manager for long. read more

I had a very bad experience today at Chase Bank on Hopyard Rd in Pleasanton. The branch manager, Jill Bowman, was very rude. She greeted me with a long face when I walked up to the counter. She seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and never smiled throughout the transaction. When I asked her to please separate the cash into two bundles, she had the audacity to say to me "Now you are asking too much !". My regular bank is Wells Fargo and their tellers are trained to provide great customer service. I am always greeted with courtesy at Wells Fargo. I am not used to the cold, rude, and unfriendly service at Chase Bank. If Jill Bowman is the branch manager and supposed to set examples for the staff, I wonder how rest of the staff would behave. I urge the management at Chase Bank to remove Jill Bowman. I am a VP at a corporation and I know how bad leaders can have a devastating effect on the business. read more

I had a problem on my account, Cynthia greeted me with a smile and was a pro solving the problem. She also gave excellent advice that helped me with my business and my family! She made my priorities her priorites and didn't feel like a mark to make money off of. Overall the repeated service from Cynthia and others at this branch is better than any other branch I've been too. I've made this branch my go to branch. Driving past other Chase branches and waiting for Cynthia is worth it. The free tea and hot coco as an alternative to coffee is a nice touch. read more
